Reason: He's badass and is basically the anime version of the joker

Reason: He's smart and funny

Reason : He's very powerful , being the leader of  the phantom troupe he can do a lot [A/N: watch the anime to find out what he can do]

7. Issac Netero
Reason: for an old  man he's badass

8. Feitan (Phantom Troupe member)
Reason : He's badass

9.Machi (Phantom Troupe Member)
Reason: She can suture limbs together using her nen

10. Illumi Zoldyck  (Killua's older brother)
Reason: He's badass
