"Hey Kaustuki!" Sanyukta waved at Kaustuki.

The flight landed on at Jolly Grant Airport, Dehradun. Sanyukta went to receive Kaustuki and Yo Yo.

"Hi, Sanyukta. How are you?" Parth greeted Sanyukta.

Before Sanyukta could reply, Vidushi interrupted," Parth, such a silly question. How does an alone woman lives? Poor girl lives her whole life lamenting".

Parth spoke out getting embarrassed "Vidushi I am talking to Sanyukta and keep your sympathy to yourself Sanyukta is a strong independent woman.Sanyukta I am really sorry for Vidushi's stupidity, don't mind it at all".

"No, don't worry Parth, I don't care. People have a lot to say about a life they have never lived" Sanyukta replied looking at Vidushi.

"Sanyu, the outside view is beautiful and your apartment is lovely!" Kaustuki exclaimed.

"Thank you, Kaustu" Sanyukta spoke out happily.

"Now I know why you love Dehradun, it's ethereal" Kaustuki stated.

"So, tell me what you want to have for dinner?" Sanyukta asked.

"Make something from Punjabi cuisine" Yo Yo spoke out entering the kitchen.

"Hmm... everything is so delicious" Yo Yo licked his fingers.

"Share all recipes with me" Kaustuki spoke out.

"Yeah why not...Randhir likes them a lot" Sanyukta blurted out.

Silence filled the room." Let me clean these dishes" Sanyukta made an escap from the awkwardness.

"Sanyukta, let me help you as well" Kaustuki entered the kitchen.

"Ohho... I will do them. You take rest now" Sanyukta replied.

"I am not a guest here" Kaustuki stated and started helping Sanyukta.

"Yo Yo sleep in the guest room. I will Sanyukta in her room" Kaustuki spoke out.

"Yeah sure, besties enjoy your time" Yo Yo replied with a grin and made this way towards the guest room.

"Kaustuki you are so lucky to have Yo Yo in your life" Sanyukta remarked.

"Destiny wrote him in my life" Kaustuki replied with a smile.

"Hmm...so happy for you guys" Sanyukta hugged Kaustuki.

"But I am not happy" Kaustuki responded.

"What...do mean?" Sanyukta panicked.

"I am talking about you, this is not the Sanyukta I knew. Your shine, smile and happiness is missing" Kaustuki spoke out.

"It's not the case, I am leading a better life full of peace" Sanyukta replied.

"You have become a compulsive liar, stop lying! You are not all okay, happiness is a far cry" Kaustuki stated with her eyebrows raised.

"No...Kaustuki. Life is way better now. It took me 3 years to come out of darkness" Sanyukta retorted.

"You are still in that darkness" Kaustuki stated.

"Then what the heck should I do now!" Sanyukta exclaimed, getting irritated.

"Your heart knows all the answers, don't put your ego into everything" Kaustuki reasoned.

"Ego! When did I put it forth? My life got spoiled, Randhir did the fraud, but people blamed and taunted me. I lost my baby, I suffered the miscarriage, the agony, and the hopelessness. Yes, Randhir creeps in my thoughts, but I have memories with him but it doesn't mean I will forgive him" Sanyukta erupted.

"Girls get ready fast! We are getting late. Engagement is scheduled for tonight and not tomorrow" Yo Yo spoke, checking the time.

"Yo Yo just 10 minutes more" Kaustuki stated.

"Kaustuki are you sure! This is too glittery" Sanyukta spoke looking at her saree brought by Kaustuki.

"No, it's looking perfect. I have gifted you this saree now you can't deny" Kaustuki stated.

"You are looking so beautiful, I can't take my eyes away from you" Randhir spoke kissing nape of Sanyukta.

"Randhir now we're getting late!" Sanyukta exclaimed.

"Then make the time stop or cancel the plan" Randhir smirked unwinding Sanyukta's saree.

"Randhir stop romancing now" Sanyukta spoke out.

"My romance has no timings and my love is timeless for you" Randhir spoke out to Sanyukta. Then he placed a kiss on Sanyukta's forehead.

"Sanyukta what are you thinking? Let's go" Kaustuki brought back Sanyukta to present time.

"Congratulations,Parth and Vidushi" Kaustuki wished the newly engaged couple.

"Thanks Kaustuki" Parth and Vidushi spoke in unison.

"Congratulations,Parth" Sanyukta spoke handing him a gift.

"It's my engagement as well" Vidushi jibbed.

"Vidushi control your tongue" Parth glared Vidushi.

"Why are you so concern about her Parth?" Vidushi raised her eyebrows.

"Guys don't spoil your day" Sanyukta intervened to ensure no fight between the duo.

Kaustuki fainted all of a sudden.

Sanyukta panicked, seeing Kaustuki unconscious.

"Yo Yo paji is everything alright?" Sanyukta asked apprehensively.

"Don't worry Sanyukta by God's grace everything is fine" Yo Yo spoke out.

"Kaustu,take rest while did you come out? If you need something, then tell me" Sanyukta spoke with concern.

"Nothing to worry, dear, I have special news for Sanyukta. You will be aunt soon. I am pregnant" Kaustuki revealed.

"What omg ... I am so happy for you both!" Sanyukta exclaimed in happiness.

All friends congratulated Kaustuki and Yo Yo.

"Hey congrats, brother" Parth hugged Yo Yo.

"Congratulations Kaustuki so glad for you but stay careful" Vidushi added.

"What do mean?" Kaustuki spoke confused.

"I mean maintain distance from Sanyukta, you know what happened to her, sorry to say, but she is jinxed for sure. All people close to her suffer. Her bad omen didn't even save her unborn and what happened to Randhir and her dad you know all. Like a witch, she spares none, "Vidushi spoke out to Kaustuki.

"Vidushi don't be stupid! You are a bad b*tch here" Kaustuki exclaimed in high pitch.

"Mind your tongue. What wrong did say?Sanyukta killed her baby. God knows how cruel she is" Vidushi shrieked aloud enough to let everyone hear it.

Sanyukta felt heat on her face, her heart sank instantly and her throat choked.

"This is an auspicious occasion for you, that's why I came. Now excuse me please, I really need to leave now" Sanyukta spoke to Parth.

"Sanyukta don't go alone. We will won't let go alone" Kaustuki pleaded.

"No, both of you don't cancel your plans of Mussoorie.Don't worry,I can manage" Sanyukta explained Kaustuki and left.

Randhir reached his destination. He looked exhausted. He then walked into dark alleys which led him to an old manor.

Vidushi's words kept stinging Sanyukta's delicate heart. After feeding the cat she thought to sleep early thanks to some sleeping pills.

After removing Randhir from her life, Sanyukta's first action was to sleep with these exactly same pills. Now after a span of 3 years she has again sought to sleep shelter under these pills.
