Covering your mouth,  you laughed loudly at a very funny scene on the drama you've been binge watching all day. This is what you have been doing past few weeks as you were not in the mood to do anything else. Hearing of sudden light foot steps, you reduced the volume and turned your head to see your husband finally coming home. A huge smile plastered his handsome face upon seeing you.

"How is my beautiful wife feeling, did you miss me?" He asks walking towards you.

"We did.. a lot." You say pouting at Jimin.

"Don't lie. You must have been watching dramas all day and eating ice cream." He chuckles and pecks your tummy before pecking your lips.

"Blame the hormones." You say pulling away to take another bite from your ice cream since he mentioned it.

"Ok. now that's enough. No more sweets for the day." Jimin confiscated the ice cream tub from your lap.

"But our little mochi likes them." You say rubbing your now grown belly.

"It's not good for you and our baby to eat them all the time. I bought many flavors so that I won't have to wake up in the middle of the night and drive around to fulfil my wife's cravings but now I think I did a mistake." Jimin frowns making a face at you but you chuckled because you found it cute.

"Fine! No more sweets. Anyways it will all go away once this baby mochi comes out." You smile to yourself thinking how soon will your little baby come out to see you. The days were near and you didn't know if it was a girl or a boy. Jimin and you want it to be a surprise so you didn't have a gender reveal.

"I really can't wait to meet my little one." He caresses your tummy and place few more kisses warming your heart. The baby felt it's dad's love so it moved inside of you making you giggle a little.

"I think our little one just woke up and says Hi to you."

"Really. Let me see.. Hey my sweet baby.. did you miss your daddy." Jimin touched all over your tummy to feel the baby's kick as he spoke. Hearing his angelic voice your little mochi responded with a kick.

"There you are. Did you sleep well.." Jimin continued to talk with the baby showing his love and affection. He had been doing this everyday since you broke out the news that you were pregnant. You never knew Jimin could be such a happy loving father even before the baby was born. After the wedding last year, it was the first time you saw Jimin tear up knowing that he is going to become a dad. His reaction was just so cute to see and it still makes you smile.

"Oh by the way, babe.. mom and dad will be back from their trip tomorrow night. They said that they will be coming here straight." You inform Jimin remembering your conversation with mom earlier. She is a one cute happy bubble just like Jimin. She would video call you once in two days to check if everything is alright.

"Really.. I'll ask Lee to arrange someone to pick them up then."

"Did Lee comeback? Is everything alright with his family?" You ask a bit worriedly since there had been an emergency and Lee went to visit his family two weeks back.

"Yeah his mother is all better, she just had a minor heart attack. Lee was all happy and smiley. He kept blushing every time he got a text today." Jimin chuckled remembering Lee's shy face as he have never seen him like that.

"Lee and blushing? Babe.. are you sure you are ok? Are you stressed or something?" You smiled touching his forehead to see if he was having fever.

"Don't worry Princess, I'm completely fine and sane. Apparently his mother had suggested arrange marriage with her friend's daughter. And to see.. she is the girl Lee had been crushing since he was a teen. So he had agreed and they were texting each other A LOT.. today." Jimin emphasized the word 'a lot' as he broke the news to you.

"Awe. He must be over the moon then. I should congratulate him later."

"I'll go wash up and then cook something healthy for dinner. You have been stuffing too much junk these two days." Jimin went on complaining again and you just rolled your eyes at him.

"Don't you roll your eyes at me Mrs. Park. You better eat what I cook for you today. No cute acts like the last time." He says kissing your already pouting lips before heading to the room to wash up. You smiled after him and shook your head to yourself. Ever since your baby started growing, your hormones messed you up and made you into a bigger baby. Either you would get annoyed as hell or cute as hell, but whatever it is Jimin knows how to handle you well.

After having dinner as usual Jimin took you down to the park for your night walk. It was so relaxing and peaceful. Hand in hand you and him would stroll the park at least for twenty minutes before going back home. He won't keep you out for too long fearing that you would catch a cold since it's the night time. He has been nothing but a perfect loving husband. But right now you suddenly started feeling a little bit uncomfortable. 

A gasp left your lips making Jimin look at you instantly. "Baby what's wrong? Are you ok?" He asks in a concerned voice seeing your pained expression. His brow creased as he put his arm around you to hold you carefully.

"I think we should go back. The baby is moving too much." You say to him. Jimin nods and helps you to walk back home.

As you reached the floor you both almost bumped into Jungkook, Who was standing right in front of the elevator. "Kook.. You came." You smiled seeing him.

"Of course I had to come see this baby mama when she asked to bring her favorite all the way from Busan." He says lifting his hand to show your favorite cake from your favorite bakery.

"You really got it. Ohh.. I love you so much Kookie." You say leaning forward to hug Jungkook. Because of your sensitive and heightened emotions, you are easily touched by even small things. 

"Awe how sweet. But too bad poor baby mama can't eat them today." Jimin snatched the cake box from Jungkook even before you could touch it. You immediately turned to your husband with a frown on your face.

"And you.. stop spoiling my wife so much." Jimin scolded Jungkook taking on the over protective role as the husband. Jungkook snorted and shrugged sheepishly.

"I'm just being good to her." 

"Yeah..  learn from my bestie Mr. Park. You better give me a piece of that if you don't want to sleep on the couch tonight." You say as you all entered your home.

"Me too. I want some too." Jungkook chimes in and Jimin just rolled his eyes and went to the kitchen muttering something under his breath. You and Jungkook looked at each other and high fived giggling. You both have been annoying Jimin time to time when ever you all meet up. And you know that he secretly loves it even though he pretends to be annoyed. 

"So where is June?" You ask straight away as Jungkook sat down next to you.

"How should I know.. I just got back from Busan remember." He says making an obvious face.

"And you are telling me that you two didn't go together?" You ask narrowing your eyes at him.

"Of course not. Why would I take her to Busan to meet my family." He says trying to act cool.

"Mmhmm.. You two have been like glue sticking together the past couple of months and you expect me not to think that you took her to Busan. I know you like her Kookie." You say smiling cockily at him.

"First of all we are hanging out together always because we are working in the same company. Second of all, yea I do like her. She is nice and fun. Not too serious about things like me. But I don't know what you are referring to." He says casually.

"Oh cut the crap. You know what I mean. Kookie you can't lie to me. Until when are you going to drag this? Don't play pretend when you know that she likes you too." You gave a light scolding.

"She does?" He asks, his doe eyes growing wide.

"Duh! It's so obvious and your stubborn ass just keep ignoring it." You say rubbing your belly as you felt a nudge.

"Then should I go for it?" 

"Of course you dummy. What are you waiting for.." You say rolling your eyes as you leaned back feeling uncomfortable. 

 "You know what. Just call her now and ask her out on a date." You say wincing a little.

"I will, but not now. I need some more time." He says squinting his eyes as he looked at you. "Precious, are you ok?" Jungkook asks in a bit worried tone. 

"Yeah I'm fine. I think it's just a cramp." You say taking a deep breath.

"Are you sure?" He asks rubbing the belly a little seeing you squirming.

"Ahh Crap!" You groan as pain gradually increased and all of a sudden your knee starts to shake.  The pang in your womb overtakes your expression, making you feel weak to your own body.

"JIMIN!!" Jungkook shouts panicking. "JIMIN COME FAST."

"Why what happened?" Jimin comes running from the kitchen with a butter knife in his hand. There was a little bit of chocolate smeared on his plum lips which is evidence that he had been secretly eating your chocolate cake that Jungkook got for you.

"Baby what's wrong?" Jimin quickly crouched over seeing you in pain.

"You! It's all because of you. I told you I don't want to eat that green shit you made. Now my stomach hurts and you are nicely eating MY CAKE!" You yell grabbing Jimin by his shirt.

"I'm sorry.. I didn't mean to..but baby tell me what's wrong?" He panics as you groan more in pain holding your stomach. 

"PARK JIMIN.. what the hell did you feed me?" You scold clutching on to his shirt harder as you felt it. 

 The pain was tens of thousands of times more intense than anything you ever experienced. You clutch your stomach and let out a gut-wrenching scream. Every twist was dominated by a searing ache that seemed like it was ripping your gut apart. When your knee shuddered, you felt  lack of air around your lungs, restricting you from breathing. As though the baby is crowning and straining outwards, your stomach tightens, causing your abdomen to almost split apart. In a split second, a pool of liquid flowed in between your thighs.

"FUCK! JIMIN HER WATER BROKE!" Jungkook yells.

"Y/N!" Jimin yells with an equal volume as Jungkook.  "Jimin go get her stuff. We need to get her to the hospital." Jungkook shouts snapping Jimin from his shock state.

"Oh yea yea. Let me grab them." Jimin stumbles backwards and hurries to the room. 

While the two men were panicking, you just grabbed on to whatever caught your hand as the pain was intense. You couldn't bear it as you felt the fluid still flowing out of you and then the next second you heard a howl from Jungkook.

"Oww Precious that hurts." He winces as you had harshly grabbed on his hair since he was the one near you. His yell near your ear just irritated you more.

"OWW? HURTS? Did you just say it hurts? I am here getting labor pain and you are saying OW!" You roared like a maniac and Jungkook froze fearing you for the first time. 

"NO NO.. SORRY PRECIOUS. Sorry." That's all he could say and decided it was best not to irritate you. But to his relief, you did let go of his hair. 

"Breathe Angel.. Breathe." Jungkook says in a calming  tone to make sure that you don't panic. But it's useless as Jimin stumbled back in looking like he is about to pass out any minute.

"Oh God!  Lets just go. I'll drive." Jungkook says helping you up. Jimin gave a nod and quickly carried you as you were still whining in pain. You wrapped your hands around Jimin's neck and clutched the back of his shirt as you whimpered into his neck.

"It's ok baby, I'm here. We'll get to the hospital fast as we can." Jimin kept saying that on repeat as they finally got you inside the car.

You were finally rushed into the hospital and you were taken to their delivery suite that Jimin had already arranged for you. The nurse came to check on you and you clung onto your husband as some sort of fear crept through you.

"It's going to be fine Princess. Just relax." Jimin kissed your temple and held your hand.

"The dilation has started. We will have to wait till its fully wide to start pushing. Seems like you two will be seeing your baby soon." The nurse beamed writing something on the notepad.

Jimin felt a bubble of nervousness and excitement burst in him. His hand automatically touched your tummy caressing the baby as a wide smile spread his lips. The sight would have warmed your heart but you were in too much pain as you felt yourself expanding. 

"Please change her into something comfortable and leave the bottom open. And Mr. Park, you need to come with me to sign a document." The nurse informs and leaves you two alone.

"Baby.. it hurts. I don't think I can do it." You say curling up a little.

"I know baby. But it will be over soon ok. I know you can do it. We are going to be parents soon." Jimin says kissing your temple again before moving away to take out one of his big T-shirts from the bag. You wanted to wear something of his than a hospital gown so you had them prepared before hand.

"Ok. I'll go have a look at the documents. I'll come soon ok. I'll ask Jungkook to stay with you till then." He says after changing your clothes and covering you with the sheet. You gave a nod as you were unable to speak.

Jungkook walks in immediately and holds your hand as you squirmed a little. "Hey don't worry ok everything is going to be alright." He says stroking your head.

"I told June, she will be here soon." Jungkook informs you and you give a nod. 

Five hours passed and the pain keeps increasing. You were loosing your mind and you kept cursing at Jimin and Jungkook. But you were calm whenever June approached you. You were getting ticked at almost everything.

"Hey it's alright. You got this." Jungkook started with is encouraging words again for the nth time but this time it pissed you off.

"Oh god shut up kookie. Have you even been in labor pain! Try giving birth and see." You cursed at the poor bunny. A snort escapes Jimin but he quickly presses his lips together to suppress the laugh that was threatening to escape.

"How dare you laugh when I'm in pain. This is all because of YOU! YOU DID THIS TO ME! YOU GOT ME PREGNANT. " You started getting loud again as you grabbed on to his arm as you felt another cramp. "AHH.. I'M GONNA CUT OFF YOUR FUCKING BALLS IF YOU EVER TALK ABOUT KIDS AGAIN!" You cursed at your husband. And now it was Jungkook's turn to snort and control his laughter.

"Ok.. you two just get away from her. You keep pissing her off.. shoo. go away." June stepped in trying to move away the two men. Right then the nurse walked in.

"It's time for another check up. Please step outside. This will take a while and you guys can take a rest." The nurse asks them to leave.

Jimin let out a huge sigh as they stepped out of the room. He flopped on to the chair and rubbed his face finally able to let out all the nervous feelings he had been getting apart from the excitement of seeing his child. He was having a hard time seeing you in pain, it worried him and it also made him scared of you as well. 

"You ok there bro?" Jungkook asks patting Jimin's shoulder.

"I'm certainly not." He says huffing out another breath.

"Do you want anything? Should I go get you a ball guard or something. Seems like she would rip it off any second." Jungkook joked seeing the tensed Jimin. June covered her mouth to hold back the giggles.

"Haha.. very funny." Jimin rolled his eyes at him. "I won't be surprised if she just murders one of us tonight." Jimin says shaking his head and Jungkook chuckles. 

"Dude.. never knew she could be this scary. Maybe I'll pray for you," Jungkook says nudging Jimin. Both him and June started making fun of Jimin to loosen him up.

"Oh yeah.. wait till its your turn. I bet you will be in this position anytime soon." Jimin smirks and gives a sly look to Jungkook and June.

"What?" June asks with big wide eyes.

"Oh.. nothing. Just Kook here have been meaning to ask you something lately. Isn't that right Kook?" Jimin asks feeling satisfied seeing the tensing man next to him as he put his arm on his shoulder.

"Me? N-no." Jungkook stuttered, giving them the innocent bambi eyes. Before anyone else could say anything the nurse came out with a big smile.

"It's time. Please go to your wife, I'll go get the doctor." The nurse informs and Jimin quickly get up feeling another bubble burst in his chest.

"Good luck Jimin." June smiles.

"Yeah.. Good luck man.. everything will be fine." Jungkook cheers on Jimin a little.

"Good luck to you too. It's now or never Kook. Just go for it." Jimin gives a knowing nod and goes to his wife.

"Go for what? What am I missing?" June asks turning to Jungkook.

"About that.. well.." Jungkook trailed off seeing the look June was giving him. His heart did weird flips. It's nothing new, he have had asked out many girls before this but something felt different with her.

"Well?" June encouraged biting the corner of her lip. 

It's now or never! Jimin's words rang in his head and he puffed out a breath. "I know the timing is not right given the situation." Jungkook starts off a bit shyly. "But would you like to h-hang out with me this weekend?" 

"To go gaming?" She asks in an uncertain voice. And the look she gave made Jungkook chuckle a bit.

"No idiot. Like a date." He said scratching the back of his head shyly.

June's face bloomed like a flower, she never thought Jungkook would ask her out even though you kept saying that he likes her. She couldn't stop the big smile spreading her lips as she shyly gave a nod. "I would love to."

"Really?" Jungkook asks smiling to confirm.

"Really." she confirmed.

"You're almost there baby. You are doing great." Jimin kept kissing your head and you kept pushing while holding onto him tightly. You were tired and you were barely conscious. But his voice kept you going. You let out another breathy moan as you squeezed your eyes and pushed harder.

"Just few more Princess. Few more." the love of yor life encouraged you. And when you did push this time a sharp pain took over you and you cried. Jimin wiped the hot tears streaming down your face and whispered sweet things. You could see that Jimin was scared and worried as well. His heart was pounding so heart right next to you and you could feel it well.

"One more dear. Just one more push. The baby is almost here." The nurse says and when you heard that, You just gathered everything in you and let out the final push with all your strength. And then you heard it. The first melody of the heavenly cries of your little baby. The pain suddenly ceased as you gasped, your body shaking, barely conscious and worn out.

"Congratulations! It's a boy." the nurse says bringing the baby forward to keep him on top of your chest. 

Your heart was filled with happiness and tears rolled down your eyes as you cradled your baby with shaky hands. "Hi baby.. I'm your mommy." You say kissing the top of your baby's head not caring if there was blood on him. You looked up at Jimin only to find him crying staring at you both.

"You did it, Princess," he cried, placing a lingering kiss on your temple. You cradled your crying son to your chest more, crying tears of joy, your heart overflowing with the immediate and overwhelming love you felt. You turned your head back towards your husband wanting to share the happiness. Feeling the same, Jimin leans in to capture your lips in a tender kiss, as your tears of happiness mixed together along with your love.

"Our son is here, baby. Do you want to hold him?" You ask in a weak voice. Jimin nods wiping his face with his sleeve and carefully took the baby from you. A smile tugged your lips seeing more tears flowing down his face.

 Jimin looked down at his son feeling amazed. He was so small and so beautiful. What he was feeling right now was the most beautiful feeling he had felt in his entire life. "My son.. Oh my god.. My son.. our baby. our love." More tears welled up as he kissed the baby boy.

The assistant had brought over warm towels to cover the newborn in, and Jimin wrapped him delicately. Jimin sat on the bed close to you and you leaned against him, resting your head on his chest as you both watched the nurse cleaning up your baby. Once he was returned to you, Instinctively, You lifted your bra and began to feed your son, the newborn turning his head toward you recognizing you as his mother and touched your skin with his warm hands making you cry again.

Jimin kept looking at you and his son with a filled heart because right now he was holding his entire world in his arms. Jimin rested his head against you and touched the hand of the little baby,  he never knew until this moment how much love could be felt for someone he had met only seconds ago.

He delicately caressed the baby with tears that never seemed to stop roll down his face. He was so happy and he felt so complete.

After few minutes Jungkook and June barged into the room as soon as they were allowed to come in. Jungkook looked so excited and let out happy giggles while June squealed seeing your baby in Jimin's arms. Jimin refused to let go at first as he had been cradling his son all this time, but Jungkook managed to take him some how. Everything looked perfect. Everything was perfect. You smiled at the family  you have created. You may have started with nothing but now you sure do have everything. 

Jimin saw the way you were looking at them and it softened his heart. He could see the pure happiness and love in your beautiful eyes. Letting the two hyped up duo to caress the baby, he walked over to you as you still rested on the bed. You both locked eyes for a brief moment and so many unspoken feelings got exchanged in those seconds. Giving you a beautiful heart warming smile, Jimin leaned forward to kiss your forehead, your cheek, your nose and then your lips as you smiled into his.

"I love you so much Mrs. Park. Thank you for giving me the world." He whispers holding you tightly against him.

"I love you too Mr. Park. Thank you for believing in me." 

Being with Jimin and coming a long way with him. You realized something and you strongly believe it. You and Jimin went through hell but at the end you made it. And that's because you believed that if two people are meant to be together... No time, distance or situation can separate them.  Because Fate will always find a way to bring them back together and Love will always keep them together...FOREVER! Just like You and Jimin!

Fateful/ Wistful has officially come to an end. I started this book last year December and it took me so many months to get here. It's been a long journey and I sincerely thank you all for being here till the end of this book.
