Whose heart is it that will leave first?

Zara looked at the picture of her mother with his parents and then remembered his words.

I waited years to take my revenge on my father.

Was he waiting that long to take revenge from her mother too?

And just what had her mother done to Kabir's mom? How could you betray your best friend like this?

She started feeling guilty and her nerves started kicking in.

Kabir's betrayal started settling in her mind. So this was why he was hiding it all from her?

All for revenge?

Was this his way of taking revenge from her mother?

Was this why they were not together?

He wanted her to go through the same thing that his mother has gone through because of her mother!

No it can't be true right? Kabir can't go to that leve... He always behaved like a gentleman...

But then what does she even know? He has done a full on investigation about her and never gave her any hint.

What was your name again?

That was the first thing he asked her. It was all a lie.

Ice skating plan... When he knew that she was a pro!

The words about being the best daughter... 

He knew that her father recently died and said the thing that would win her trust.

He manipulated so many things...

But a baby?

Did he...

She can't even begin to think about that.

Legal documents stating that you can't run away with my child nor can you separate me from my baby. Any attempt to do so will separate you from the baby forever.

His words started echoing in her ears...

Those words kept on ringing in her ears. Along with her desperate pleas to him, to not make her sign those contract.

So, this was the reason he made her sign that contract? He knew that she will know the truth someday.

It was all making senses.

She was a fool.

Really big fool.

She didn't care for any stupid contract.

She didn't care for anything at all.

She will not let him take away her child.

He won't be able to do what his father did to his mother.

The picture of their past was now clear to her.

But the future scared her to the core.

She walked out of their apartment and took a cab, with all their moments coming in her mind. She was not in the state to drive.

She was not able to process anything.

Her whole world was based on lies. Her trust was broken. The truth shattered her.

And her love... She was starting to hate herself because she still can't hate him!

Even after seeing everything with her eyes.

Just how pathetic she could be?

She didn't know where to go or whom to ask for help. She didn't have anyone, no friend or family. So she called the only person she could think. The person whom she met recently.

"Rehan Bro, its Zara here." She said as soon as he picked her phone.

Rehan was in his office for some emergency when he got a call on his personal number. He was angry because of sudden meetings and knew how these were impacting his family time. It was also causing the tension between him and his Angel.

He wouldn't have picked the phone but the caller app showed the name Dr. Zara and so he picked up remembering the girl he met earlier today.

"Rehan Bro... It's Zara here... We met today...?" She said and Rehan could hear her panic from her voice and immediately stiffened.

He gestured his secretary to go out and leave him alone.

"Yes Zara. Speak." He said in a calm voice.

"I... I need your help. He...my baby's father... he is not what I though him to be... He lied...He betrayed me.... He was taking... revenge... for what my mother did to his mother...We are not together... legally and he...wants to take away my baby... revenge...I need help...I signed something...I need to run..."

Zara said in a panicking voice as now everything was starting to fall in place and every lie that Kabir has said, was making sense.

Rehan started getting out of his office, immediately realising her panic. Zara was heavily pregnant. He wasn't a doctor but he was close to one and knew that this much anxiety at this stage is not good for her and her baby.

"Listen Zara, just relax. Breath. Remember that you are pregnant. You are going to have a baby. This much stress is not good for you." He reminded and Zara's eyes widened as she realised her situation.

Baby.

Her baby.

Only hers.

She looked around and saw that she was on a busy road, in a cab and driver was continuously asking her where to go. All the lights and sounds were becoming too much for her.

She didn't know where to go or what to do. Her entire world has shattered in front of her. The whole one year of her life was a lie.

Everything was a game.

She felt like she was a pawn in Kabir Shah's tale of revenge and she didn't know how to breathe after that.

Rehan heard the other side becoming silent and understood that she must have gone in shock.

"Zara, please listen to me. Don't do anything reckless. You need to stay calm if not for yourself then for your baby. Now I guess from the background noise that you are in a cab. Give your phone to driver." Rehan said and Zara did that while he gave instructions to driver to bring her to his hospital carefully.

He also told the driver to say to anyone in the hospital that she is Rehan Siddiqui's sister.

Zara didn't feel anything when the driver brought her to the hospital. She didn't feel anything when she came out of the cab. Her knees were getting weak and she was starting to feel dizzy.

Then she started feeling contractions.

No.

It was not the time.

It's still early.

They still have some time left.

And then she saw her.

That was the final trigger.

Just what was Dr. Sanaa doing there?

Why is it that wherever she tries to go, she sees the traces of him?

Why doesn't the world let her escape? What was her mistake?

She tried to stay away, always!

Then why?

Why is she getting punished and for what?

Why is the fate so cruel to her?

That was her last thought before her eyes closed with her abdomen paining and the world rotating.

Sanaa was in hospital for an emergency consult. It was already getting stressful when she saw Zara in the corridor.

Her eyes widened in disbelief as she saw Zara's state.

Zara was pregnant?

She immediately ran near her and paged Pakhi and also other doctors.

Zara's pulse was really weak.

Pakhi and other doctors took Zara into emergency room while Sanaa stopped outside. That really wasn't her area of expertise.

She then remembered the look of horror on Zara's face noticed her. As long as she knew Zara always smiled beautifully when she saw Sanaa.

Then what happedn-

One month. Give me one month sweetie pie and then I will introduce you both.

You found someone and you were making me angry because you don't want me to meet her, right?

Do I know her?

See for yourself when you meet her.

Don't tell him I'm the doctor who treated him.

Her eyes widened in shock, disbelief and her heart started beating faster...

No. Please don't be what I think it to be. Please. This will be a mess. Sanaa prayed and took out her phone to call him.

"Bir, Zara is admitted in my hospital. She is not well." She said, still shocked and hoping desperately that it was not true.

She wanted him to ask her anything which could prove her worst fears were not true. She wanted him to ask her, Zara who? But the silence on the other line confirmed her worst fears.

And the phone fell from her hand as she sat on the chair wondering how to react.

Just what had Bir done to this innocent girl who liked him so much since the college?

This keeps on getting worse, isn't it?

Now, back to the situation, Zara's panic and worries and Kabir's hiding are going to create a big mess and I'm scared to think what will be the consequences of it.

Her worries are justified. His reasons... Well, to be frank right now they don't matter.

Their baby does. Fingers crossed.

How does Sanaa knows about Zara's feelings in college? The answer is simple, what Kabir knows, Sanaa knows. Even though they don't talk about it. She has been a good observer since childhood.

Did you think she can trust anyone for taking care of her Bir when he was in coma? She trusted Zara because she knew about Zara's feelings in the college.

Then why did she never said anything? Was she taking Zara's advantage? No. She was not. She just knew that Zara had feelings for Kabir and trusted her for taking good care of him.

She never said anything because that's Sanaa, she knows but won't speak in other people's matter. Also, she stays out of two people's business until both of them come to terms with it by themselves.

That's what she did for our Drama Queen and King too.

Back to the situation, it's getting big. With so many people getting involved.

Rehan is coming for his sister, Zara.

Kabir is also coming for her.

I know that you people might think why bring others in this? But I guess it was about time that this comes out and Zara gets some strong people on her side. Not that she is weak or anything but, she has to have someone by her side other than Kabir.

Also, Kabir should know that he can't keep on hiding, planning and delaying things and expect everything to go as he thinks.
