"Now have fun planning for a perfect revenge for next twenty years of your life because I have destroyed this one."

Sanaa spoke and all the people in the room were stunned except one who was smiling.

"Over?" Kabir asked.

With the smile still on his face.

"Yes it is over. I destroyed your revenge. It's over now." Sanaa replied to Kabir who just smiled.

"I'm not talking about my plan. I'm talking about your anger. Is it over now?" Kabir asked still smiling.

"You need not to worry about that. Just think about your plan." Sanaa spoke still not understanding why he is not taking it seriously.

"I have thought about it for so long. But now I'm thinking about you and I'm asking you, is your anger over? Are you ready to talk to me? How are you feeling?" Kabir asked and Sanaa shook her head.

"Kabir Shah, I just gave the papers in which you signed your inheritance, to your biggest enemy and you are asking me how am I feeling?" Sanaa shouted.

"Yes I am asking and no, you didn't answer me yet." Kabir replied casually.

"Have you completely lost it? I think that seeing your perfect plan getting destroyed has affected you really bad!" Sanaa yelled but he just shook his head.

And so she started hitting him on his chest.

Ever so lightly.

This man!

"Why Kabir? Why are you doing this?" Hit.

"You are not supposed to be this calm!" Hit.

"You are supposed to feel betrayed, like I did." Hit

"You are supposed to feel angry just the way I felt." Hit

"You are supposed to shout at me because I destroyed your revenge that you were planning to take from years. Just the way I wanted to shout at you when I realised that you lied to me for years." Hit.

"You are not supposed to stand here and ask me how am I feeling. You are supposed to slap me to knock some senses in me as I'm stopping you from taking the revenge for our mom." Hit

Why does he have to know her so damn well?

Sanaa hit him one last time before he hugged her tightly as she was now crying.

She was using her hits to hide her tears. Just like their childhood.

He gave her his handkerchief just like he did the first time he saw her and Sanaa took it for wiping her tears.

"Sweetie Pie will never betray her Bir. I trust you."

Kabir said and hugged her tightly, finally saying the words, which she was waiting to listen from last thirteen years, from their sixteenth birthday.

The words for she has to act like an evil angry sister.

Finally!

His sweetie pie was hugging him like she did when they were kids. The way she used to hug him before he left her.

And finally he was feeling the same warmth which he felt the first time when he saw his twin sister after entering the Malik Mansion.

Crying with curly hairs, blowing nose, chubby cheeks and wearing a pink t shirt with two pies holding hand, with 'You are my Sweetie Pie' written on it.

Bir and Sweetie Pie are together.

Finally.

He doesn't know what she was planning. He doesn't care for anything.

He just decided to trust his twin, unconditionally.

The way she always wanted him to and the way she deserved, from the beginning.

"Okay! What is going on? The papers are real, I know it!" Mr. Malik, who was stunned after listening to Sanaa scolding Kabir, finally spoke.

He was getting tired of watching them hugging each other like the twins they were.

Even the other three were confused but kept quiet because they didn't want to come in between and even though it was hard for Rehan to control himself seeing his wife crying; Kabir's words stopped him.

Sanaa and Kabir moved away from each other and a look of understanding passed between them.

Just like always.

Kabir understood that it was her time to lead the conversation.

"Thanks for trusting me Bir." Sanaa said his name after so many years and Kabir's smile widened.

Everything will be alright.

He realised and they both turned and looked at the man who destroyed their mother and separated them two times.

Sanaa realised that she can't cry in front of Mr. Malik and she wasn't the crying type. It was her pregnancy that made her emotional.

Kabir looked at her and she just nodded her head, understanding that it was her time to speak and stand up to this man who separated her from her mother.

Because this wasn't just Kabir's revenge.

It was hers too.

And that was the reason of the words he said on his sixteenth birthday.

Remember my words Mr. Malik and remember this day because one day Sweetie pie and Bir will stand together, in front of you and take away the business empire you created.

Today was the day.

"You are right Mr. Malik, these papers are real." Sanaa addressed him and everyone noticed how she called him Mr. Malik and not dad.

Finally everyone took a breath of relief. This was the Sanaa they know.

"These papers clearly mention that Kabir is major shareholder of Shah Business and he is transferring his shares to you. Kabir has signed them. You made the right papers, Mr. Malik." She said and Mr. Malik smiled in relief which disappeared as soon as she said her next words.

"You made the right papers but you got the wrong person, Mr. Malik." Sanaa said smiling victoriously and added,

"I am the heir and major shareholder of Shah Business Empire."

"What?" Everyone shouted and Sanaa just laughed.

"I would have been offended with your disbelief had I not known that you people are on my side." Sanaa smiled at them and shook her head.

"How is that possible?" Mr. Malik asked but everyone else wondered the same.

"I'm his twin. The elder one." Sanaa replied with a smile.

"Sorry Bir. But you are the kiddo and I'm going to tease you like hell about those five minute difference, rest of our lives." Sanaa said enjoying everyone's reaction.

People have really started thinking of her as a vicious sister! She guessed and shook her head.

As if she could go against her Bir.

"The day I got to know that we are twins, I was angry. Really angry and I didn't want to talk to you. But still I can't hate you Bir.

I cannot even if I try to. It was just the guilt of not being able to process the obvious truth earlier and also not being able to react properly after I saw my baby boy's eyes.

So, I had these papers with me which I took before I left for Sydney, more than five years ago. I took them away from Mr. Malik so that he doesn't have any proof that you signed your inheritance away, which I still think was the most idiotic thing you did. But we will discuss that later.

But I think God made me elder twin for a reason. I contacted Vaish the day after I gave birth and asked her to look in details of Kabir's inheritance to find a loop hole and she did find one.

Our grandpa prepared the papers before he met you Bir and in the papers he did not mention your name. He just mentioned that he is making his daughter's first born as his heir and he signed them before meeting you.

But the way he announced it, made you feel like that he has your name written on them and then he said that it will be all confidential to protect you from Mr. Malik and his loyal employees will take care of it, so you never saw the actual papers.

When his employees saw him meeting you, they automatically assumed that you are the only child, the first born and that's why you got your allowances.

But our Vaish finally managed to get the details of the contract and contacted me two days back.

So, the truth of the story is that, now we have a confidentiality contract and my birth certificate stating that I'm the first born and which according to grandpa's  will, proves that I'm the heir. And so Mr. Malik, you need my signature not Bir's."

Sanaa said looked at Mr. Malik angrily. She didn't get angry normally but this man really unnerved her.

"You made my mother sign the contract stating that she has to give up on me by showing your power, right? But you cannot make me sign away my inheritance by showing your power.

Because the daughter she gave birth to, is raised amazingly by her brother. I'm strong enough to stand on my grounds because of my brother's outstanding parenting and guidance.

I'm not your daughter Mr. Malik. I'm my mother's daughter, Kabir's twin, Rehan's wife, daughter in law of Siddiqui house and mother to two beautiful babies. I'm the strong because I'm raised by best, loved by best and blessed with best.

I'm not scared of you because my brother made me strong and taught me to be independent and fearless.

I and Kabir are happy after everything not because of this revenge but because we have the people we love with us, an amazing family and loving friends but you are all alone, no one to love you.

I asked you once earlier and I will ask you again today, what will you do with so much money if you don't have anyone to spend it with?

Now you don't have money nor do you have your children. You lost all your children because of your own mistakes.

Sanaa said and gave him one final look before leaving the room and everyone followed her except Kabir who wanted to say last few words to Mr. Malik who was now siting there like a statue perhaps contemplating his life choices.

"My mother was the best Mr. Malik. You lost a gem the day you lost her. I'm not your son and I will not make mistakes like you. I won't lose someone so special because of my mistakes." Kabir said and left, remembering one face that he was missing while saying the last words.

Wasn't it weird that he invested his whole life for this revenge and yet the first thing he thought as soon as it got over was; how his Sunshine was and how much he was missing her?!

"Angel, you didn't even tell me about your plan." Rehan said making weird face and Sanaa shook her head, looking at both Rehan and Kabir.

Sofia and Samar have left to meet her mother after talking to others and promising to meet them soon in Mumbai.

"Mr. Arrogant, this is the lesson for messaging my idiotic twin behind my back from last two weeks. You people really think that we women are so weak that you need to hide everything from us?

This one was to teach both of you a lesson. So that when people listen to what happened today, they will realise that at the end of the day two women saved you guys; me and Vaish!"

Rehan just shook his head and hugged her lovingly as he agreed with her whereas Kabir was still standing awkwardly.

For two reasons.

One, because he felt weird seeing Rehan getting all lovey dovey with his sister. For God's sake he has seen her since she was ten and kept boys away from her for forever.

Second, well he didn't know what to say, really.

"We need to leave as soon as possible. Our kids are with my family but they need her and she needs rest." Rehan said and Kabir just nodded.

"You both can talk in flight. I will be working on some presentation." Rehan replied. Kabir nodded looking at Sanaa who just shook her head.

Kabir was feeling guilty and awkward around her and she didn't know whether to laugh about it or cry because it was true that they needed to talk.

"Bir, it's okay. You can breathe. I didn't start biting in these five years." Sanaa repeated his words and Kabir smiled.

"How are the twins?" Kabir asked as they were in Rehan's jet.

Finally some advantage of knowing a rich businessman!

"They are the best but make us tired. You should come to meet them." Sanaa replied.

Yes he will. It's been two weeks. Now they will start remembering faces.

"Did you decide the names?" He asked and Sanaa looked at him smiling.

"Aayat and Ayaan." Sanaa replied and felt him stilling and Sanaa knew why.

Aayat.

She gave her daughter, their mother's name.

Sanaa held Kabir's hand who looked at her feeling proud of her.

"Beautiful names. Mom would have been proud." Kabir said and Sanaa smiled.

"I'm sorry for hiding the truth for so long. I really am. But I'm glad that you came after reading mom's letter. I knew it would help." Kabir finally said and Sanaa took a deep breath.

"I have not read the letter Bir." She said and Kabir's eyes widened.

"You don't know the truth yet? You don't know why I lied to you about something so important till now? Yet you decided to help me?" Kabir asked still in amazement.

"Sweetie pie decided to trust her Bir." Sanaa simply said and Kabir smiled breathing easily after so many years.

She really trusted him to the core. Just the way she always did. Just the way he now does.

"I don't need anyone to tell me that our bond is real. I have lived every moment of it with you. I know that there must be some strong reason for you to hide the truth from me, for so long." Sanaa said smiling and Kabir finally saw what others said about their understanding.

She was his sweetie pie and he was her Bir.

"You sent me mom's letter so I assume it's related to mom?" Sanaa asked finally and Kabir nodded.

"She made me promise that I can't tell you the truth before right time comes and I'm strong enough to destroy Mr. Malik. She said, 'All in time.' And I can't deny her last wish."

Kabir finally revealed and now Sanaa got shocked.

Why did their mom made him do that promise? Now she really needed to read that letter. She didn't want to jump on any conclusions before that.

"Let's read it together." Sanaa said.

"You brought it with you?" Kabir asked in surprise.

"I wanted to read it with you by my side." Sanaa said as they started reading the letter which started it all.

I'm evil I know. But even I can't make her bad.

She really isn't a vamp material. I can't make her bad. She was just checking Kabir's trust on her. The one that she was craving since they were sixteen.

And her trust on Kabir even after he kept something so important about her life hidden from her, isn't it awesome? Just like their relationship!

And this time our Kabir grew up and acted sensibly. Also, we now know that hiding truth from her wasn't his choice. Neither was his right but he was just honoring his mother's last wish.

Which now bring us to question why? A letter which started it all. It's time to open the box of Kabir's past.
