There stood Ijichi Kiyotaka. A overly excited smile on his face

He quickly came to the teachers

"Gojo-san! A miracle happened!"

He was so excited, that Haibara and Nanami had to put pressure in thier mind to see when they last saw ijichi this happy

"What's up, Ijichi? What miracle!"

Gojo asked, taking a sip of his hot chocolate

Ijichi's eyes lit up even more

"Your cousin okkustu Yuta found his soulmate"

Cue, Haibara and Gojo chocked on their drinks

Everyone openly gwaked at him, Maki and panda walking behind with a content smile on their faces

"W-What?"

Geto asked in disbelief

"WHAT!?"

Nobara, Nanako and Yuji yelled

"Yes Gojo-san, your cousin is currently with his soulmate and her kids. "

Now they looked even more agitated

"What kids?"

"Remember our mission was in a day care? Her twin children were there."

By the time he was done speaking Gojo's eyes were about to pop out of his skull

"How old is that womam!? "

Gojo quickly asked, to which Maki hissed at him rudely, shutting him off

He did realize it came off bad and not like he just was concerned about it

"She's no more that 25 and even if she is older, Yuta is a grown ass man! So stop making comments like this. And do you even know who the woman is!"

Maki hissed at her sensei, looking disappointed as ever

Geto tried to defuse the situation and apologized before asking back

" But that's... I haven't ever heard  any sorcerer having a soulmate "

Geto said and all teachers nodded

"Yeah.... I thought we didn't get soulmates "

Haibara said, making everyone a bit confused

"It's the truth "

A new voice joined in

It was Sukuna, the reincarnated king of curses

He came to where Ijichi and all teachers were. Casually plopping down next to Haibara, making the poor sunshine gulp as he was still very much intimidated by the king of crurses

"Even in the Hein era, there weren't any sorcerer who had a soulmate. It was said it is a curse. One of the strongest shamans back then made a deal with Susano, god of storms for powers.

I don't know all the details, but it was something like he gave up on the privilege of his soulmate to gain more power. So when Amaterasu, the god of the sun, was furious about this and cursed all the Sorcerers that we won't get any soulmates because of our hunger of power

But most of the other sorcerers didn't know about it. They were also furious because they were punished for no reason. So they went to the sun goddess and begged them to give them a chance and take the curse back. But it was too late, there was nothing she could do anymore "

Sukuna explained and everyone heard it attentively

It was quiet for a moment, everyone was making their own theory about it in their head

"Ijichi, are you sure she is his soulmate?"

Haibara asked and this time, Panda answered

"Yes, we're sure. We saw the soulmate burn mark from her touch on his arm clearly. I even took a picture, see"

He said, coming closer to Geto. He showed them a picture where everyone. Sure enough, there was a clear hand print burn mark on Yuta's arm

From Geto, Gojo took the phone to look at the photo. Then the rest also saw it

"There is no denying it... It's a soulmate mark"

Haibara quietly said, still looking at the picture

The teachers nodded

"Are you sure about it, Sukuna?"

Geto asked

"I'm pretty sure... Though it was atleast a few centuries before the Hein era, it was known pretty well. We had written letters and articles from our ancestors about the matter and people back then didn't like to lie about things like this"

He said nonchalantly

"Then how can Yuta have a soulmate -

"But..."

Sukuna interrupted again, thinking something

"But what?"

Nanami raised a eyebrow at him

Sukuna hesitated a moment, thinking about something

"Suku-nii, please don't lie. We need to know. I want a soulmate too!"

Yuji said, giving his nii-san a puppy dog eyes

Sukuna stared at him before patting his head

"Don't get your hopes high, brat."

Before looking back at the adults in the room

"There were many women then who could see curses but they didn't exorcise curses... So they were punished for no reason

So they cried and begged to the goddess to think about it more. To not punish them for a mistake they didn't have any idea of.

Their tears melted the ice of her heart and she gave in them though she couldn't take her curse back

So she said that there will be someone... A person who'll break the curse for them/us. It could be today, it could be tomorrow, she didn't specify the era. She'll not be strong and will be fragile. So it was also like a test, to see if we love them or not. If we did love the "chosen one" is what they called her, then the curse will be broken and from the next decade, all sorcerers will be borned with soulmates "

Sukuna stated, frowning his eyebrows, trying to remember more

Again, the room went quiet again

"So are you implying this woman is the chosen one who'll free us from this miserable curse?"

Nobara asked straightforwardly

Sukuna just shrugged

"I can't be all sure. But all I can do is tell you what I know. It's a really long time ago. Nothing is hundred percent sure now"

Sukuna explained, petting Yuji's head like he was petting a dog

"But-

Mimiko started

Mimiko normally didn't talk much, but when she did, it was something useful. So everyone listened to her carefully

"If what king said is true... I'm glad Yuta-kun is the one who was chosen for her. As a girl myself, I would be delighted to have Yuta-kun as a soulmate "

She said absentmindedly

To which, Nobara snorted

"Never knew you had a crush on him, Mimi "

She looked back at her friend and shook her head

"I don't... But after Geto-sama, he's one of the few men I genuinely respect. I know he'll love and cherish that woman with everything he has. People like him and Yuji can break this curse. And as Maki-san said, she has kids. I'm happy because I know they will have an amazing father figure.... He's gonna treat them like his own. I have no doubt about it. No matter what you say, you have agree with me, he's the person who'll do anything and everything for his love. Create a world for her and put her needs above his every time.."

She then smiled, looking aside

So if we do want to be free from this curse, it had to be guys like Yuta-kun....If you ask me"

Everyone was kinda speechless. No one had ever heard her speak so much. Even her own twin sister,

But Gojo being Gojo, had to turn it around

"So are you trying to say we wouldn't treat her well if she were our soulmate?"

Mimiko looked back at him, thinking to herself something. As she didn't speak for a bit, Gojo smiled, thinking he got his victory. But his smile was short lived as she smiled back

"No... None of you would even be compared to Yuta-kun... Except Yuji-kun and Haibara sensei maybe "

Gojo gasped, extremely offended. Even Geto creased his eyebrows.

"What did you say! I've always been good and kind to women. We all are gentlemen who treats woman fairly "

She blankly stared at him

"Coming a lot from a heartbreaker like you Gojo sensei "

That shut him off quite well

"I've lost how many woman you made cry, breaking their hearts for your own pleasure... That's not an ideal soulmate a girl wants. I can assure you that... Men like you and Sukuna are good for the one night stands you did from when we were younger. "

Nanako quietly gasped, Geto looked astonished and Gojo looked red with anger

"The hell, don't bring me in your family bs!"

Sukuna said, glaring at her

"How dare-

Gojo started only to be cut off

"See, you're immature too. It would be a disaster if it was you. You'd have treated the poor girl like trash. And therefore, we'd never be free from the curse. You can't take bad comments about yourself. I know how you are, we all do"

She said, going back to play with her cursed dolls

"Damn girl, were you trying to get a chance to humiliate him?"

Maki asked with a smirk

"You go girl... Can't believe you said all that. I'm proud of you"

Nobara said with a pat on her back

"What about me? Am I not someone who'd have treated her good, mimi-chan?"

Geto asked with a raised eyebrow

"You're good for girls like us, like Maki-san, Nobara or Mei-san. Not for her "

Geto's eyes widened a bit. He couldn't believe his dear daughter could say this

"How can-

"Geto-sama, you and all of us know you don't like civilians. You call them monkey. And she's a civilian. So I doubt you'd be able to treat her like you did to us"

Geto didn't know what to say. Because even though it hurts, what she said was valid

She then looked at them

"None of you were gonna be worthy like Nanami-san, Haibara-san, Yuji-kun and Yuta-kun.... Because even if you did treat her well, you'll never be as good as the four mentioned earlier. Remember the face Gojo sensei made knowing that she's already a mother? Yeah... She and her kids doesn't need that. And even though Megumi didn't say something, I know he's doubtful too..."

She then lastly looked back at her Papa

"So the moral of the stories is, I believe Nanami sensei, Haibara sensei, Yuji and Yuta-kun are the only one's who deserves a soulmate "

She said before quieting down

Not even knowing how they hurt the hearts of the men she berated
