Chapter 16

Third person’s POV:

“Did you just call ME fat?!” pragya huffed launched a punch in abhi’s gut making him slightly wince in pain.

“Well. You called me a monkey! I am the most handsome person you will ever see! So why?” abhi exclaimed.

“Because you look like one duh! But in which I look fat to you?? Huh?”

“I can see your tummy through your dress. so how can I not call you fat when you are-” well before abhi can finish the sentence he was once again got hit in the stomach but this time it’s a powerful kick that even hurted pragya’s feet.

“Never call a female fat and that’s a fact” pragya said in a voice that even made abhi shiver.

‘Man! I can feel the chills in my bones. Never call a woman fat. Point taken’ abhi thought to himself.

Pragya smirked (she thought it will look evil but in abhi’s eyes she still looked cute that made him curse moon goddess for giving such a cutie as his mate but secretly was thankful) at the pathetic state of the most powerful alpha in front of her. She felt happy. Happy because in her opinion it is a progress?

No, it is because he wanted the alpha male to feel the same what she felt in the lonesome week.

But the happiness faded when her father mind linked her.

‘Pragya? Baby? Where are you?’ ranguveer said as if he was fighting someone..

‘I am with abhi dad. Where are you? Is everything alright?’

There is no response for a minute which made pragya panick.

Abhi noticed the drop of mood so he comforted pragya by hugging her lightly telling her that he is here for her.

‘Baby mom loves you don’t ever forget that dear’ it was sarla’s last word before she let out a painful scream and dropped dead.

Pragya paled.
Realisation hit her head as she sprinted towards her pack house. Someone is attacking her pack.

Abhi followed her without asking anything. Because it is definitely not the time to ask questions. It can wait and pragya is more than thankful for that.

‘Pragya listen carefully. Find Mr. Khanna. Don’t come to our pack for a while. It is not safe for you anymore. And tell bulbul we love her I am sorry you had to go through all of this.. I love you my daughter..’

‘NO DAD HOLD ON FOR A WHILE. I AM ON MY WAY.’

‘BULBUL OUR PACK IS BEING ATTACKED COME QUICK’ pragya connected bulbul. Bulbul and purab also sprinted towards their pack.

Pragya and abhi reached the moonflower pack first but they didn’t expect the whole pack to burn in fire. Wolves and dead looking vampires fought each other to death.

But what made pragya break was.. her mom sarla lying dead where she used to cook for them.

Their home is burning into ashes and she couldn’t do anything.

AAAAhhhh!

Her father ranguveer lied in the ground fighting for his last breath but the vampire stomped in his neck choking him even more.

“Dad!!”

Abhi and pragya ran towards their direction. Abhi bit the vampires neck hoping to knock him down only to be threwed by the said vampire.

“is that all you got, you stinking dog??” The vampire mocked.

Abhi (black) attacked him again and again making the vampire stumble a bit but the vampire vanished into thin air.

‘where is he?’

“watch your back wolfy~” abhi turned around only to be punched by the vampire.

Before he can abhi punch again two wolves attacked him at the same time.
Bulbul and purab.

Now it was abhi, bulbul and purab attacking the vampire.

“3 against 1 huh? It is not fair but I can take all of you down in a minute but where is the fun in that?” the vampire stated.

The vampire attacked all three using his speed as the trio tried to dodge him.

Meanwhile pragya held her father as he was having a hard time breathing.

“papa stay with me. It is going to be alright! Yeah! So please papa stay! Stay with me!” pragya cried tears running down on her cheeks.

“babybear~ why did you come here? It is not safe for you.  *cough* cough* neil knows everything. Tell him to find Mr. Khanna. Stay alive darling. *cough* be happy-“

“papa!? Papa?! PAPA? NO!! NO!! Don’t leave me alone. you and mom is all we have” She wailed loudly as she realised her life is not gonna be the same anymore.

Her mom wouldn’t be there for her to cook her favourite meals. She wouldn’t be there to give warm hugs anymore..

Her dad wouldn’t be there for her to kiss her good night anymore. He wouldn’t be there to tuck her in the bed so that she will sleep without nightmares anymore..

They are both gone just like that?
There is nothing to call home anymore…

Someone covered her mouth from her back. She turned back to see the person signaling a shush. She nodded but her thoughts are occupied by the events happening right now.

Abhi’s POV:

Its impossible! How can a vampire can keep up with three strong alpha wolves at the same time?

He is not even panting or have a scratch fighting while the three of us are exhausted.

Bulbul and purab had a few cuts here and there while I don’t have any cuts but I am exhausted.

“huh. Is this all you got? Tell me where is the-“

“ENOUGH!”

“dad!” “alpha!” me and purab said at the same time.

Neil stood there with the army (A/n: do you know BTS? Sorry I will leave now- Happy seven years though!) of wolves from solar pack.

“MY OH MY! Who do we have here~” the vampire taunted neil.

“Adithya. Leave this instance. You are in this packs territory without permission”

“Really? you think I care neil?” Adithya snickered but neil only smirke back.

“You will have to care if I this right?” neil said as two wolves shoved a bloodied vampire in front of adithya.

“You bastard” its neil’s turn to smirk.

“leave with all the other vampires or I will kill him this instant”

“tch. We will meet soon neil. Now return him back”

“you can pick him up youself”
Two vampires picked him up and all of them vanished into thin air in the blink of an eye.

“dad-“

“Lets go to our pack house first abhi” neil cut him off making abhi a bit mad.

At the solar pack house~

“Can someone tell me what the heck is going on?!” abhi yelled as soon as they reached the pack house.

“Later abhi~ your mate must be feeling worse. So tomorrow.” Neil ordered making him more mad. But then he paled when he realised..

"Shit!! Where is Pragya??"
