Author's POV:

The couple checked-in to the resort and then came to the backyard lounge where they had their lunch before heading back to their room as Varisa was sleepy.

Getting up after a good nap Varisa's eyes roam in the room to find Shubman who suddenly disappeared. While turning to the side table to get her phone, her eyes caught a wrapped parcel with a note stuck on it.

"𝚠𝚎𝚊𝚛 𝚝𝚑𝚒𝚜 𝚊𝚗𝚍 𝚌𝚘𝚖𝚎 𝚝𝚘 𝚝𝚑𝚎 𝚛𝚎𝚌𝚎𝚙𝚝𝚒𝚘𝚗.
𝚆𝚊𝚒𝚝𝚒𝚗𝚐 𝚏𝚘𝚛 𝚢𝚘𝚞!"

She torn out the packaging of the parcel and it turned out to be a beautiful cherry red off-shoulder gown with a slit near the thighs. She got ready in the gown applying a minimal makeup keeping it simple. Lastly applying a dark maroon lipstick, that happened to give her face an illuminating glow. She checked herself one last time in front of the mirror before heading to the reception area.

She there saw Shubman who was wearing a white shirt with top two buttons opened displaying his chest tattoo, sleeve rolled and veins popping throughout his arm. Completing the look with formal black pants and a pair of matte black loafers.

She went towards him and took his hand which he forwarded towards her. They then headed to the car, driving to the Canggu beach where he booked a yacht to propose her. 

Varisa's POV:

Coming down to the reception my eyes caught Shubman who was looking hot handsome and ethereal as usual. He forwarded his hand asking mine. Soon we were in the car driving towards the beach I guess.

Upon reaching the beach my eyes lingered throughout the beach and caught a yacht which was decorated beautifully. I turned to face Shubman with my eyes in awe.

Varisa: love it's so beautiful

Shubman: not more than you darling

I chuckled with my eyes teary. I've always got princess treatment whether it's from family or friends but the treatment I've been getting from him is different, it has a different feeling. Even the bare minimum looks like princess treatment from him.

I never thought I would be in love with someone this madly. I just want to get old with him, that's the only thing I would ever want.

We got on the yacht as the skipper helmed the yacht nearby the heart of the sea, stabilizing it. There were two more persons on the yacht whom I assume to be a photographer with camera in his hands and a helper.

Shubman kneeled down with a bouquet of white tulips and red rosses with a ring box in the middle of the bouquet.

Shubman: Miss Varisa Kohli! Main ek simple sa cricket khelne wala banda hun jise yeh sher-o-shayari nhi aati hai but haan pyaar bohot karta hun tumse itna ki tumhare bina jeene k soch se hi meri rooh kaanp jati hai! I just know that I love you no one else, but you. I want to spend the rest of my life with you, have kids get old together till death apart us. Will you cheer for me from the stands as mrs. Shubman Gill? Will you marry me ms. Varisa Kohli?

Tears were threatening to fall of my eyes any moment. My heart swelled up in pride, what a man I chose to spend my life with. He's indeed the best thing that has happened to me. The best gift FATE has ever given me.

He took out the ring from the box and forwarded his hand asking for mine. Without wasting a second I gave my hand in his and he slipped the ring in my ring finger and kissed it while I just giggled seeing the love sick boy.

He got up from his knees and hugged me in an instant. As I too reciprocated the hug with wrapping my arms around his torso hugging it tightly. He took my lips in between his, kissing me slowly yet passionately. Later breaking the kiss by pecking on my for head as we joined our foreheads looking straight in each other's eyes.

Varisa: yes! yes I'll marry you mr. gill! yes I'll cheer for you from the stands! yes I wanna have kids with you and grow older! I love you so much and I'm not leaving you till I die!

Throughout our proposal the photographer clicked our candid pics. Later I and Shubman went to the viewing deck and sat there enjoying on our way back to the shore. Upon reaching the shore we click some more pics then come back to the resort, to change to some other clothes before heading to the Finns beach club for the rest of the evening and late night party.

Author's POV:

After entering the club they headed to the oceanfront where the live dj and vocalists were present. The ambience and vibe there was a great with people grooving to the music to the great view from the oceanfront. 

Varisa instantly dragged Shubman to the dance floor and they moved their body to the beats of the song, enjoying the vibe. Later the couple went to the restaurant area to have their dinner. 

The couple ordered themselves a NY style peperoni pizza, chicken yakitori sushi, grilled baby corn, chicken wings and most importantly butter chicken.

After having their dinner the couple headed to bar replacing their dessert with drinks, ordering the porn star martini. After 2 rounds Varisa was kinda tipsy and since it was already 1 in the night the duo headed back to their room.
