"Where did she go again ?! " He was searching for her in the palace.

He looked for her everywhere and suddenly he stepped on something and saw a Brooch

"Whose Brooch is this ?!" He thought and taking.

His gaze fallen on someother object a little far and found her legacy blade.

Neil took the legacy blade. And was walking in the direction. He suddenly heard some water splashing sound from bathing pool and saw someone struggling inside. He recognised her dress color. He remembered that she doesn't know swimming as well. He immediately jumped inside and hold her. He carried her in bridal style and took her out.

Avni started grasping for her breath while her whole body was shivering. She was trying her level best to breath.

"It's okay Avni...It's okay.." He patted her back holding her close to him.

Avni fit on his arms and was clutching his dress tightly in fear. She lifted her face to look at him and he saw her too.

"Ne...Neil!" She called him while he nodded.

"I am scared !" She told her and in an instant she fell unconscious making him shocked

"Avni?...Avni?!!!" He screamed patting her cheeks.

He took her in his arms and rushed to his room. He asked a physician to come to check on her.

"There is no need to worry, My highness !...Lady Avni will be wake up in no time..." He told while he nodded and he left.

Sunheri, DD , Ali and Neil were present in the room. Ali kept his hand on Neil's shoulder. He left from the room angrily taking his sword.

He met Juhi on the hallway. He walked near her.

"How is Lady Avni?, Your Highness" she asked him

He swayed his sword around her neck after seeing the similar pattern of brooch on her cloth, making her shocked.

"Why did you do that ?" He asked her

"Wh..What are you talking about?" She asked him in fear.

"I know this thing is yours " he showed her the brooch. He eyed at the brooch she is wearing.

"I apologize, Your Highness " she fell on her knees apologizing to him.

"I might have went crazy...You know that I still love you.." she told while he gave her cold expression.

She lifted her face to look at him.

"I'll promise.. I'll never do that again!...Please don't make this matter go to the court" She begged crying while Neil just looked at her in disgust and left from there.

....

Avni was sleeping after changing while he was sitting beside her on the bed. She started murmuring in the sleep again.

"I am scared !...Please leave me !"

"I am unable to breathe .."

"Everything is my fault..."

"My mother is no more because of me ..."

She started breathing heavily in sleep making Neil more concerned. He went near her and realised she was burning with fever.

He left his room and Ali followed him seeing him coming out of his room. He went to Sunheri and took her to the kitchen.

"Is Lady Avni fine ?" Ali asked him while he nodded his head in a 'No'.

He entered the Kitchen while everyone looked at him and looked down. He turned towards Sunheri.

"I want you to make medicine for Avni " he told her while she nodded.

"I want everyone to leave this place right now...No one should be here untill she finishes her work...I can't trust you people... atleast not with my wife " he ordered them while everyone started leaving from there.

He went back to his room and fetched a towel with water and started putting it on her forehead.

Later, Avni just opened her eyes to find Neil sitting behind her. Her vision was blurry and she blinked her eyes to correct her view.

"Avni ?" He called her

"Hm.." she responded weakly.

Sunheri came with the medicine and Neil helped Avni to sit. Sunheri helped her to drink the medicine while Avni coughed. Sunheri corrected her hair and looked at her with teary eyes.

"Don't cry !...I'll be fine.." she told her weakly while she nodded.

She then looked at Neil and smiled.

"Thank You Neil..." She told him while he just looked at her. She looked at her dress to realise her knife was missing.

"Sunheri...I lost the heirloom thing.." she told her while she panicked.

"I need to find that..." She told looking at her while Neil stretched his hand to give her.

She looked at it happily and took it from him. She wore it in her dress again. Sunheri left the room giving them the privacy.

"Why are you wearing it on your dress ?" He asked her.

"I was asked to keep it close to me for the time being..." She told him while he rolled his eyes.

Avni coughed again while Neil helped her to drink water.

"You didn't ask me to come there ?" She asked him while he sat on the bed infront of her, looking at her

"I knew it!" She told understanding it seeing him silent.

"I felt some force ...pushing me .." she added while the grip on his word tightens.

"It was someone's superpower right ?" She asked him while he looked at her blankly.

"See, I told you right ?!... Superpowers isn't everything!...People tend to take it for granted !...It can be curse as well !" She added further and looked away from him.

"It was Juhi!" He told her while she looked at him.

"I am planning to take this matter to the King" he told her while she nodded her head in No.

" Let's not !...I'll forgive her" She told him and gave a slight smile while he wondered everything about Avni.

"Why will you do that?" He yelled at her.

"I don't want to make this issue big !" She told him back.

"This is why I don't wanna come here in the first place ...This is why I don't want you to go as well...But you never listen to me.." He spoke in a raised tone feeling frustrated.

She was not in the mood to argue so she just lyed on the bed facing away from him and tear slipped from her eyes. She quickly rubbed her tears off before he could see. Neil sighed seeing her back.

Neil left the room when he saw her sleeping and found Sunheri.

"Did something happened before like this to Avni? " He asked her while Sunheri looked at him in shock. Neil was concerned after seeing her murmuring in sleep.

"Were Avni treated badly in her place just because she doesn't have powers ?" He put forth another question to her but she remained quiet looking down.

He could understand everything from expression.

"I am afraid I won't be able to answer your question without My Lady's permission" she told him looking down at the ground.

"Fine !...But I order you to not tell her that I asked you these questions!" He told strictly and went.
