Tegan and Kyle finished their dinner at a restaurant nearby his apartment and she decided to accompany him to the door

Kyle: Sweets you know you don't have to do this right?

Tegan: I know, but I just want to make sure nothing happens to my little boy! - she teased and pinched his cheek

Kyle: I'm not a little boy anymore! - he jokingly pouted, making Tegan chuckle

Tegan: *chuckles* C'mon ya loveable wazzock - she playfully shoved him but Kyle bounced back and wrapped her in a hug

Kyle: Gotcha!

Tegan: *Giggles* Oh no! What are you going to do to me? - she said in a sarcastic, yet playful tone

Kyle: Ummm let me think..... Something like this! - he showered her in kisses for a bit before letting her go of the hug

Tegan: Awww, but I liked that! - he looked at him with puppy eyes

Kyle: *giggles* Why are you so stinking adorable? - he pecked her cheeks and kissed her before noticing a smile on her face

Kyle: What got you chuffed now?

Tegan: I got the sweetest lad ever as my boyfriend and I love it so much - they then got to his home and Kyle was about to open when she stopped him

Tegan: Wait! So I come for you tomorrow to go to the Bay?

Kyle: Sounds like a lovely plan, bye love - they kissed one last time before Kyle entered his apartment

*Next morning*
Kyle woke up and turned on his phone to check the time. He saw it was already 10 AM and almost freaked out

Kyle: Oh no no no no! Fuck! Tegan is coming by anytime now I'm a fucking idiot - he got changed in a hurry and was about to go to the kitchen when he saw his phone turn on again

Two messages from: Tegan

Kyle's mind: Great, she is surely saying she's almost here or something, freaking idiot - he facepalmed before looking at the text

Tegan: Hi luv
Tegan: I'm so sorry but I have to cancel today, I'm feeling awful

Kyle was surprised to see that but mostly felt bad for her and decided to text her back

Kyle: Awww. What is wrong?

Tegan: I am knackered, I'm shivering and my head is boiling hot. Overall I'm the drizzling shits 😭🥺

Kyle: Poor little wizard

Tegan: Yeah. Guess it's staying at home day

Kyle: Would you like it to be day at home with your boyfriend nursing you?

Tegan: Awww thanks but I don't want to give whatever I have to you

Kyle: Well, too bad, because you're not talking me out of going. I'm going to be there to take care of you and you'll love it!

Tegan: 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Tegan: Okay you win, I'm waiting for you 😘😘😘😘

He read that last message and just smiled, being heartwarmed by her sweet nature

Kyle's mind: Why do you get to my heart every single time? I love this girl so much - he then started getting prepared to go, knowing he had his girlfriend waiting for him, even if it wasn't how he had thought it would be

*Half an hour later*
A bus ride and five minutes of walking were all it took Kyle to make it to Tegan's place and ring the bell

Tegan: Who is it?

Kyle: The nurse! I was told I have to attend a patient here today, can I come in? - the door then opened and he saw a rather pale Tegan

Tegan: Come in - a small smile showed on her face due to her finding his antics silly yet endearing

Kyle: Hi there. You didn't lie when you said you were terrible, no offense

Tegan: Hey! Only I can say that - she then coughed - but you're right

Kyle: *giggles* Poor little thing. Lucky you the nurse is here and I'm making sure you feel better as soon as possible, and of course to spoil you as well - he booped her nose, making her grin

Tegan: And how are you planning on doing so?

Kyle: I have a three step plan for it. Step one sit on the couch

Tegan: Sounds like a good start

Kyle: It gets even better, just wait a second - he then left and came back with a cozy Nemo blanket

Kyle: Step two - he covered her with it

Tegan: Awww thanks luv this is so sweet! *Coughs*

Kyle: *giggles* You're welcome, and give me another minute for step three - he went to the kitchen and 2 minutes later came back with a cup of green tea

Kyle: Step three. Enjoy - he gave her the cup and sat next to her

Tegan: I swear I must have done something very good to deserve you

Kyle: Like existing? Because when it comes to you that's neat if you ask me

Tegan: Awww see? That's exactly what I mean - she rested her head on his shoulder - want to watch something?

Kyle: Sure. Your house your choice, I insist

Tegan: I'll never say no to having power over the remote - she grinned - want to watch The Crown? It's bloody brilliant

Kyle: I'll take your word, put it on - be put his arm around her as she snuggled on him

*1 PM*
After watching two chapters of The Crown, Tegan was just about to put on the next one when her belly growled

Kyle: *chuckles* That was you? - the growl was so unexpected it caught him off guard and made him chuckle

Tegan: Yeah, I'm starving but I'm too weak to get up please help - she jokingly begged and clinged to his arm

Kyle: *giggles* Awwww I'd kiss you so much if that didn't make me sick too - he caressed her cheek - what do you want for lunch?

Tegan: You feel like cooking? - she looked at him with a cute, sheepish smile

Kyle: Sure! What do you want?

Tegan: I don't know, something warm I guess?

Kyle: Let me see what I can do..... - he started looking for ingredients in the refrigerator and drawers - oh I got it, would you like pumpkin soup?

Tegan: Sounds yummy and warm, checks all boxes with me

*40 minutes later*
Kyle finished cooking and served Tegan's soup on a bowl and gave it to her

Kyle: Bon appetit, warning, it's VERY hot - his advice came too late as Tegan ate a first spoon

Tegan: And delicious! Luv this is excellent

Kyle: Thank you! - he smiled proudly - my grandma used to make it for me when I was sick as a kid

Tegan: Awww that's so sweet! Why haven't I met her yet? - Kyle took a few moments to answer her

Tegan: Luv is everything okay? - she asked visibly worried

Kyle: Yeah, just that you didn't meet her when we went home because you can't. She passed away a few days before I turned 18 - he tried his hardest to not tear up and Tegan hugged him

Kyle: I'm sorry I'm getting like this it's just, she just meant so much to me and she's a big reason why I decided to start Wrestling. Everyone tried to talk me out of it but not her, she was always supportive of it no matter what. Long story short I wouldn't be here without her

Tegan: Awww come here - she tightened her hug - I'm sure she's proud of the lovely guy you've become, you're making her a proud granny too

Kyle: I want to get a tattoo or something for her as a homage. I've been thinking about it ever since she passed and never dared to get one

Tegan: Oh! I was thinking on getting another one myself so I can join you if you need someone to hold your hand while you get it done - she giggled at her own silliness

Kyle: *giggles* Okay fine, but what do you want to get? - he tilted his head

Tegan: I was thinking of puppy paws in my back, partly because I want a dog so much and partly because adorable, innit?

Kyle: Only thing more adorable is the girl in front of me right now - he kissed her forehead

Tegan: I'd kiss you back but we'll, y'know.....

Kyle: But as long as I don't kiss your lips I'll be fine so.... - he proceeded to shower her in kisses

Kyle: *deep breath* I needed to do that so much, you were being so adorable that if I didn't kiss you or something I was going to explode

Tegan: *giggles* Still my daft. I love you too panda - she rested her head on his shoulder as they kept watching TV

*7 PM*
Tegan had fallen asleep in the couch about an hour ago or so, so Kyle started going through his phone when he got a notification

Twitch: @charliegirl is streaming: Gang Beasts

Kyle entered the stream and, since he was subscribed, he started chatting with people in the comments, which didn't go unnoticed by Dakota

Dakota: Kyle? Bro what are you doing here?

@prezkmatt: I'm bored and saw you this pop up in my notifications. I'm with Tegan BTW

Dakota: Cool! Want me to invite you? That way people can hear you and you won't just pop up in the comments

@prezkmatt: Neat!

Dakota: You should be on now, say something

Kyle: Wakanda forever!

Dakota: *giggles* Okay you're on. How's life in England going brou?

Kyle: Fine, I'm in Wales Actually, you know why

Dakota: Oh yeah yeah right - she winked an eye

Kyle: But it's been pretty neat, food is great so there's always that and I have Tegan with me so that's bonus points - and Almost like speaking of the Devil, Tegan woke up right after

Tegan: *sleepy* Hi luv who are you talking to?

Kyle: Oh shit! I'm so sorry

Dakota: *chuckles* Brou we actually woke you up? - she asked in amusement

Tegan: More like he did - she hugged Kyle - but yeah this is your fault too Dakotski! - she tried to sound upset but just made the other two laugh

They all kept talking for an hour while Dakota struggled with Gang Beasts and Shayna made a few cameo appearances and eventually joined the conversation until Kyle and Tegan left around 8 PM

Tegan: That was fun I'm not going to lie

Kyle: Yeah I agree, Shayna is cool, as menacing as she looks. Please don't tell her I said that

Tegan: *giggles* Okay ya silly. Am I the only one hungry by any chance?

Kyle: Nope, and I was thinking do you feel well enough to go to the McDonald's across the street?

Tegan: I'm still pretty weak and my body hurts, can you bring the food pretty please? - she looked at him with a cute pout

Kyle: Awwww! - he grinned, his heart warmed by her cuteness - sure, no problem

He then left to get their dinner and came back 15 minutes later

Kyle: Food is ready! - he handed Tegan her bag with her burger and chips

Tegan: Neat! What is it?

Kyle: I asked for two big Macs. Can't go wrong with them, or at least I hope I can't

Tegan: *giggles* Can't go wrong - she took the first bite out of it before realizing something

Tegan: Oh wait! NXT UK is debuting now, want to watch it? - she put on the network and watched the entire show until Kyle showed up at the end

Tegan: Luv look there you are! - she said in excitement

Kyle: *giggles* I know I see it too, but I appreciate the enthusiasm - he kissed her cheek and when the show was over he went to Twitter and posted

He showed the message to Tegan, who couldn't help but laugh at it

Kyle: What? Is it too bad?

Tegan: *giggling* No, just that you're a dummy but you're my sweet dummy and I love you so much - she put her arm around him as Kyle kissed the top of her head
