Kyle was still asleep in their hotel room bed when suddenly he felt a weight on his shoulder. He opened his eyes to see a still sleepy, messy haired yet smiling Tegan

Tegan: Hi Panda - she nuzzled her head on his shoulder and kissed his cheek

Kyle: Hi you - he kissed back - how did you sleep?

Tegan: Well enough, also I think I move quite a bit at night because when I woke up I was almost all over you, must be the habit

Kyle: Let's not lose the habit then - Tegan cuddled on him as he hugged back

Tegan: Yeah, you're a very comfy bed *giggles*

Kyle: And you're a lovely view - his compliment made his girlfriend smile and he caressed her cheek

Tegan: You don't plan on getting out of bed luv? - she tilted her head

Kyle: Ummm please refresh my memory, why do we have to?

Tegan: Because A, you'll get hungry eventually and B, because I order you so, please? - she said, showing a pouty lip

Kyle: Awwww okay - her adorable antics made him smile and got up and out of bed with her still on his arms before she got down

Tegan: And? Was it THAT hard mate? - she teased

Kyle: *giggles* No, you win. But if you let me I am taking a shower

Tegan: Wait! Mind if I go in before? I have to fix myself a bit

Kyle: Oh yeah let me help with your hair - he playfully stirred it up

Tegan: Hey! That's not cool mate! - she pouted and folded her arms like a little child, her hair now more messy

Kyle: You're lucky I have a soft spot for you - he wiped the hair off her face

Tegan: Just a soft spot, innit? - she smugly grinned and teased

Kyle: *giggles* You know the answer to that

Tegan: But I'd like to confirm that somehow - she then stood on her tippy toes waiting for a kiss

Kyle: You know what else I love? Being taller than you

Tegan: And what is the reason for that?

Kyle: Because I can make you work for a kiss - he teased

Tegan: Oh, or I can do this! - she jumped into his arms and wrapped herself around him before planting a soft kiss on his lips

*A few minutes later*
Kyle was out of the shower and Tegan had gone in to get herself fixed for the day, and meanwhile Kyle decided to check his phone before noticing a text from his mom

Mom: Hi honey!
Mom: How's everything going over there?

Kyle's mind: She's texting now? It's super late over there

Kyle: Hi mum!

Mom: I see you got some British into you already🤭

Kyle: What can I say? It's a lovely country

Mom: Surely is. May I ask, do you have a return date planned?

Kyle: I'm thinking about it but I don't have tickets or anything yet

Mom: Oh

Mom: We were planning on visiting you in Orlando for the holidays of you were there

Kyle: Awww!

Kyle: I'll see about that later, bye mum!

Right after he sent that last text he sensed something was blocking the sunlight and looked up to see his girlfriend waiting for him

Tegan: And? How do I look? - she asked already dressed up to go and with a bit of makeup on

Kyle: B-beautiful - he stuttered, seemingly awestruck

Tegan: Someone is gobsmacked! - she said in a playful tone and adorably posed - who were you talking to if I can know? You don't have a secret girlfriend do you? - she teased and walked her fingers up the side of his neck

Kyle: *giggles* Maybe I do, maybe I don't - he said in a teasing way, only for Tegan to pout

Kyle: Okay for real it was my mom, she was just checking on me

Tegan: Aww how sweet! My mum used to do the same when I was in America - she couldn't help but smile a bit

Kyle: She's as sweet as her daughter. But anyways, what's the itinerary for today Ms Nox?

Tegan: Well first we're going downtown, then for lunch, to an arcade and then Wembley, pretty neat, innit?

Kyle: Sounds like a lovely plan, shall we get going? - Tegan then pulled him up

Tegan: Aye aye cap! - she said with a cute smile on her face before they left

*3 PM*
After having two burgers at a Wendy's for lunch, Tegan and Kyle went straight to the arcade, and just as they entered Tegan's face lit up

Kyle: Someone's inner child just popped up didn't it?

Tegan: *Giggles* You could say so luv - she rested her head on his shoulder

Kyle: Since you seem so full of beans I'll be nice and let you choose what do you want to play first?

Tegan: Oh oh! Can we go to ice hockey please? - she said, clearly excited

Kyle's mind: Awww you stinking adorable wizard girl!

Kyle: Sure! Let's get going - he put his arm around her as they got going

*Two hours later*
Tegan and Kyle played about every game the arcade had and had gotten a whole bunch of tickets and went to get a prize

Kyle: Excuse me, what can we get with this amount of tickets?

Employee: Well, you can get a mini car, a stuffed animal or a mini oven

Kyle: What do you want Tegs? - he asked, knowing the answer

Tegan: Ummm I think I want that one - she pointed at a pink unicorn

Employee: There you go, for the lady - Kyle got the stuffy handed to him and gave it to Tegan

Kyle: Thank you - he then turned to his girlfriend - and?

Tegan: It's so fluffy! - she hugged her newly won prize

Tegan: Thanks luv - she did a little hop and kissed her boyfriend in the cheek

They sent out of the arcade and took a seat on a bench in a park nearby, Tegan still hugging her unicorn

Kyle: You really love your new toy don't ya? - he joked

Tegan: I mean look at this thing, it almost screams hug me! - she giggled

Kyle: I can't with you right now - he playfully shoved her

Tegan: What? This is the second most hugable thing I have - she then got closer to him and tucked her chin on his shoulder

Kyle: Gotcha - he hugged her and kissed the top of her head

Kyle: There's one thing I need to talk with you

Tegan: Sure, what?

Kyle: About me going back to the States, I mean I'll have to eventually and so do you - his words clearly hit home on her, as some worry showed on her

Tegan: Oh, and when were you thinking on doing so?

Kyle: I was thinking a bit after your birthday, my family wants to see me for the holidays and they want to go to Orlando so might as well be there

Tegan: Sounds good to me, I also think I'll be going back not long after that too. *Sigh* Guess it's another holiday away from home

Kyle's heart sunk, being familiar with her sadness as he had experienced it quite a few times himself and tried to comfort her

Kyle: Hey, I know it sucks trust me I've been through it, but we can still FaceTime with them or who knows? But regardless, you'll have me and Candice and Dakota and everyone to make sure you have the best Christmas possible okay? - he rubbed her back trying to make her feel better and then an idea came to his mind

Kyle's mind: Or maybe we can do something bigger

Tegan: *giggles* Okay, and you don't have to worry about much honestly, just waking up next to you will be the best Christmas present ever

Kyle: Awww you know what I'm going to say now don't you?

Tegan: That I'm adorable? You can say it again I don't get tired of hearing it

Kyle: And clever on top of that. Were you made on a lab or something? - he joked

Tegan: *giggles* My mum used to say I was her powerpuff girl so.....

Kyle: That's it, you have a new nickname now

Tegan: Because I'm sugar, spice and everything nice? - she tilted her head

Kyle: *giggles* I was going to say because you're the perfect girl but yeah - he planted a strong kiss on her cheek

Tegan: And you are......Ummm I need to think of another name for you too

Kyle: I'm sure you'll come up with something - he caressed her cheek, making her smile and nuzzle her head on his shoulder

*10 PM*
Tegan and Kyle made it back to the hotel after going to Wembley to watch the London Derby and once they were back both lied on the bed, knackered from their day out

Tegan: And? What's your verdict? - she said with a smug grin on her face

Kyle: You were right, nothing like a good ol fashioned football crowd

Tegan: I appreciate you didn't call it soccer, thanks - she joked and playfully nudged his arm

Kyle: Hey! That hurt - he tried his best pouty lip but only got Tegan to laugh a bit

Tegan: *giggles* Awww that's so silly but so adorable at once I love it!

Kyle: Guess you can say I learned from the best - he teased

Tegan: *gasps* You didn't just call me silly - she pretended to be offended

Kyle: I just did, what are you going to do about it?

Tegan: You're dead mate! - she threw herself into him and they started rolling, play fighting until Kyle pinned her to the bed

Tegan: Oh oh - she said in a cute voice, trying to play innocent

Kyle: Awww! - he rolled over and ended with her lying next to him - that's better don't you think?

Tegan: Way better - she pressed her index on his nose - boop!

Kyle: This feels amazing

Tegan: And soon this is how we're going to wake up every morning

Kyle: And I can't wait to have my powerpuff girl next to me every day when I wake up

Tegan: Awww! - she then cuddled on him

Tegan: Movie night?

Kyle: Sounds like a great plan for me - Tegan snuggled a ball as Kyle put his arm around her and kissed her forehead before they started their movie marathon
