*Next Day*
*9 AM*
Kyle woke up at home and first thing he did was go check the time, as he was weirded out the alarm didn't wake him up. He then saw it was 9 AM and jumped off bed

Kyle: Fuck I overslept! Great now I'm late for..... - he then stopped, remembering something from the night before

*Flashbacks to last night*
Kyle was already at home after the club incident had cleared up and trying to process what happened, not only to him but to Tegan as well and foremost. He then decided to inform Triple H about it

*Kyle's phone*
Kyle: Hi Boss
Hunter: Hi Kyle
Kyle: I hope I'm not interrupting anything
Hunter: Don't worry, just a Netflix Marathon
Hunter: Is everything alright?
Kyle: That's what I wanted to tell you
Hunter: What happened?
Kyle: I had a night out with a bunch of guys and girls from the roster and we had a Problem
Hunter: Everyone fine?
Hunter: What did you do?
Kyle: Long story short a drunk bum tried to hook with Tegan, she told him no, drunk bum got violent and I stepped in
Hunter: Goddamn!
Hunter: How is she?
Kyle: She was shook
Hunter: Expected
Hunter: Is there anything I can do to help?
Kyle: Can I have a day off tomorrow? Just to stay with her
Kyle: I promise I'll be back to work even harder next day
Hunter: Of course!
Hunter: Don't worry about that, just be there for her now, that's more important
Kyle: Thanks Papa H!
Kyle: Good night
Hunter:👍
Hunter: Good night kiddo

*End of Flashback*

Kyle's mind: Oh yeah day off...... Fuck I'm already awake - he then walked to the kitchen and was met by his dogs. After playing a bit with them and having breakfast Kyle decided to check on his girlfriend and called her

Kyle: Hi there

Tegan: Hi love

Kyle: How's my favorite person in the world doing?

Tegan: Pretty down really

Tegan: Last night was really a knob

Kyle: I know. But I have something in mind to cheer you up - he said in a playful tone

Tegan: *giggles* What are you thinking about?

Kyle: How about you come over and we have a chill day, just the two of us?

Tegan: Uhh..... I don't know, the couch is too good

Kyle: Come on it'll be fun. There will be ice Cream and movies and videogames

Tegan: *giggles* You're tempting me.....

Kyle: You'll have puppies and cuddles too. Can you come? Pweeze?

Tegan: *Giggles* Fine I'll go. You're lucky your silliness makes me laugh

Kyle: *giggles* I know. You get to pick whatever you want for lunch, it's on me

Tegan: Neat! Give me a minute I'll get somewhat presentable and I'll be there

Kyle: Great! See you late mate

Tegan: *Giggles* Late mate

*One hour later*
After taking the dogs out for a morning walk Kyle made it back to his home and not long afterwards he heard the doorbell ring

Kyle: Going! - he opened the door to see his girlfriend with a Harry Potter Quidditch shirt, jeans and a pair of Nike's

Tegan: Hi luv - she stood on her tippy toes as they kissed

Kyle: Hi little wizard, you took your time to get ready didn't you? - Tegan entered and they sunk in the couch

Tegan: Well I was kinda a mess this morning and wanted to look acceptable at least - a sheepish smile showed on her face

Kyle: You shouldn't have bothered - he grinned and playfully messed her hair

Tegan: *Giggles* Stop! It's not funny mate! - she adorably pouted now with her hair all messed up

Kyle: Awwww. But messy you is so adorable - he couldn't help but plant a strong kiss in her cheek before hearing her stomach growl

Kyle: Your belly did that?

Tegan: Yeah, barely ate anything today. Do you have anything? - Kyle then got up and went to the kitchen

Kyle: I have an Oreos Cookie jar, muffins, and a bunch of other stuff, you want anything?

Tegan: Anything, I'm so hungry - at that point Puff came by and started jumped to the couch and into Tegan's arms, who started playing with the puppy

Tegan: Who's a big boy? You're a big boy - she said in a childish voice as she petted the puppy

Kyle: Have you considered adopting a dog? You'd be a great doggy mom with how much you love them

Tegan: Maybe. I really want to but that's the type of stuff I have to decide with Kota, after all we're living together

Kyle: Fair point - he then came back with Oreos, M&Ms, Chips Ahoy, Muffins and two coke bottles

Tegan: Woah! This is a bloody lot

Kyle: You said you wanted anything to eat right?

Tegan: Well yeah, but.....

Kyle: Oops! Instructions unclear, we now have to eat this, will you help me in this mission?

Tegan: Sir yes sir! - she smiled and saluted

Kyle: I think I'm more in love now - he planted a kiss on her forehead and put a cookie on her mouth

Tegan: Any idea on what we can watch? I mean I'm super in for a Netflix Marathon but what?

Kyle: Have you been introduced to the beauty of Rick and Morty?

Tegan: Ummm nope! *Giggles*

Kyle: Oh love I have something to show you - he put his arm around her shoulders and Tegan quickly cuddled on him

Tegan: Thank you, this is lovely - she hugged him tight

Kyle: I just want to give the best girl I know the best day I can. You deserve it - he returned the loving hug as Tegan rested her head on his shoulder

*An hour and a half later*
Kyle paused the TV before it could put the next chapter, causing Tegan to try and reach for the remote

Tegan: Come on let's watch another one! - she tried to take the remote away from him unsuccessfully

Kyle: You really liked it didn't you?

Tegan: Yep! I really need to start watching more series - Kyle then got up and went to his bedroom

Tegan: Where you going?

Kyle: Hold up I got something cool to show you - he came out of his room in a segway

Kyle: Tada!

Tegan: *giggling* Oh my..... Can I try to ride it?

Kyle: It's not that easy, you might want help - Tegan got on and tried to ride it

Tegan: Oh bollocks I'm falling! - she tried to keep her balance

Kyle: You're good I'm right behind you just in case

Tegan: I'm falling!- she squealed and fell backwards into Kyle's arms

Tegan: Crap that was scary

Kyle: Gotcha - he let out a little chuckle

Tegan: I'd rather not be anywhere else right now - she wrapped herself around him in a hug

Kyle: Maybe the couch?

Tegan: *giggles* True. To the couch! - she pointed to the living room and Kyle jumped onto the cushions with Tegan still wrapped around him

Kyle: Are you in for a bit of gaming?

Tegan: Yeah. You choose I'll kick your arse - she teased

Kyle: Madden? Since I can choose might as well get in my territory

Tegan: Fine, but I don't want you throwing a wobbly after I destroy you - she mocked

Kyle: Huh?

Tegan: It means throw a tantrum. I really need to teach you British slang later

Kyle: Yeah, that will be great

Tegan: I think you mean that would be sick - she corrected him and gave him a cute, cheesy smile before putting in the game

Kyle: Okay I'm giving you a chance, you start with the ball

Tegan: Wait what are the controls?

Kyle: You just pass it to the guy you want to by pressing the button it shows above their heads, got it?

Tegan: Yep! - a few plays into the game she ended up throwing a touchdown, leaving Kyle with his jaw dropped

Kyle: What?! He can't even do that in real life? - he was visibly surprised

Tegan: Awww, you're so cute when gobsmacked - she giggled and pecked his cheeks

Kyle: Shut up, now it's on

*30 minutes later*
Kyle was already leading 21-7 in the fourth quarter when Tegan got the ball back and got to pass it near Kyle's endzone

Tegan: This should work, come in buddy I trust you - she then threw a pass right at a defender and got intercepted

Kyle: *chuckles* Let's go!

Tegan: Mate how do you throw that? That's rubbish! - she yelled at her players

Kyle: Awww, who's shocked now?

Tegan: They're taking the piss! This is shocking!

Kyle: Gaming really gets the British slang in full effect doesn't it?

Tegan: Yeah..... - she blushed

Kyle: Awwww don't blush, it's kinda adorable - he pecked her cheeks and kissed her before they heard some barks and saw the dogs with their leashes on their mouths

Tegan: Awww it looks like some buds want to go out

Kyle: For fucks sake I just walked them three hours ago!

Tegan: *giggles* Come on luv, I'll teach you some British Slang while we're out, come on!

*2 PM*
Tegan and Kyle were sitting in the grass of a park nearby, having taken the dogs out there so they could run around free. Once they were done they put a blanket on the grass and sat there

Tegan: You still want to learn to talk like a proper british lad?

Kyle: Sure mate - he tried to do a British accent but only got Tegan to laugh

Kyle: At least I tried - he shrugged

Tegan: And you looked so adorable ya goof! - she pinched his cheeks - but what do you want to know?

Kyle: Most useful ones?

Tegan: Most useful that you don't know yet is wanker, it's basically an insult so don't call people like that

Kyle: *chuckles* Fine, what else?

Tegan; Other I can think of right now is chuffed, it's like being really proud of something, like you were chuffed about beating me in Madden

Kyle: I wasn't chuffed, I was just relieved I didn't embarrass myself

Tegan: *giggles* Now I'm gutted. It means like you're devastated or crushed by something

Kyle: Awww poor baby - he mocked and tackle hugged Tegan into the grass, ending with her sitting on his stomach

Kyle: Am I the only one having a deja vu here?

Tegan: *giggles* Nope! - she booped his nose - and Remember what happened last time? - she teased

Kyle: Y-Yeah - he blushed

Tegan: Aww you adorable blushing mess! - she planted a kiss on his lips and got kissed back as a response

*7 PM*
After spending the rest of the day together doing stuff like going bowling, to the mall and for ice cream, they got back to Kyle's apartment and Tegan just let herself fall in the couch

Tegan: Tosh, I'm knackered

Kyle: I'm going to pretend I know what you said, I don't speak fluent British yet

Tegan: *giggles* I basically said "shite, I'm exhausted", take notes this stuff can really help you one day

Kyle: Noted. You're in couch potato mode now?

Tegan: Yep, am I going to be alone? - she looked at him with puppy eyes

Kyle: Awwww, of course not! Make some room - he sat there with Tegan as she snuggled on him

Tegan: Thanks for this day. I love you - she quickly kissed him in the cheek

Kyle: You deserve this and more, I love you too - he kissed back as they cuddled for a long time while watching Harry Potter movies
