I waited outside the airport for my dad jamming to Sleeping With Sirens as Scooby laid on top of my lap lazily. Till a dark red cruiser stopped in front of me beeping. Yup that's him! It's gotta be.
"Welcome to America Aaden!How was your flight?"
Asked he, after slamming the door open letting me in.
"Uh okay I guess.."
I answered quite bored.
"We should head home,I got a surprise for 'ya!"

I sat on a old zebra printed love seat in the living room of my father's house watching him run around cleaning it up, as Scooby slept soundlessly on my lap.

"Aye, dad?"

"Yes son?"

"Your house is fine, stop cleaning."

"Oh my apologies, it's just a habit..."
