"'Broken Castle' band members caught in a romantic moment by the Hollywood sign! Is Grayson Anderson stealing the spotlight of (Y/N) (L/N)'s known lover Josh Dun of Twenty One Pilots?"

-Your P.O.V-

Despite the warm, joyous atmosphere, the words still feel cold in my head.

"Broken Castle might be getting dropped from Fueled By Ramen." It just doesn't make any sense. I get we've had our dramatic moments but if anything that just gets our band out there in the media more right? Is that so bad?

Shaking my head, I pull out my phone and simply google "Broken Castle".

I find the Wikipedia of our band.

"Broken Castle is an American alternative band originating from Los Angeles, California. The band was formed by lead vocalist (Y/N) (L/N), guitarist Karma Anderson, drummer Grayson Anderson and former bassist Ace Pearson. Pearson would soon depart from the band two years later."

I roll my eyes at that last sentence. Asshole.

Clicking "Latest News", I immediately find the trending article written about Grayson and I at the Hollywood sign.

I read it over, taking in every word.

"All we're wondering though is, how does Josh Dun feel about this? Personally, we think he could do better..."

Okay, this is ridiculous.

"What's ridiculous?"

"Ah!- Oh...god, Grayson." I place my hand over my beating chest as I realize I must've been thinking out loud.

"You good?" Grayson tilts his neck, slightly chuckling at my reaction to him suddenly showing up.

"Uh..." I quickly lock my phone screen. "Yeah," I let out a breath. "I'm good."

"(Y/N), we've known each other for how long now? I think to me it's pretty obvious when you're most certainly not "good." G crosses his arms, lifting his eyebrow at me.

"No, no you're right. I'm not "good." I use air quotes. "But we should probably talk about this later when Karma's around." I whisper to him.

"I heard my name!"

Are you kidding me?

Turning around, I'm met with Karma and Delilah following right behind. "Wassup?" Karma simply asks with Delilah paying close attention.

"Look! I don't wanna talk about it right now, okay? This is a party, we should be having fun!" I try to force a smile which just turns awkward. Karma's eyes grow wide as she's trying to decipher what exactly is happening.

"Is everything alright?" Delilah asks.

Ugh.

"(Y/N)!" I hear a voice a few feet away shouting my name and groan.

"Whaaaaat!?" I saw my fiance Josh in the corner of my eye, along with his best friend Tyler.

Oh.

Josh takes my wrist. "We need to talk."

Oh my god, I'm gonna lose it.

Taking a deep inhale, I try to calm myself down.

"Yes, darling?" I grit my teeth.

"Woah, whats with the attitude?" Josh slightly giggles.

I look around to find everyone staring at me, concerned.

If I'm gonna talk to anybody about this first, it should be Josh. He's basically my rock.

Tilting down and seeing his hand still wrapped around my wrist, I try to give myself reassurance by intertwining my hand with his. I make eye contact with Josh.

"Okay, fine. Yeah, let's talk."

-Josh's P.O.V-

Okay, something must've happened for (Y/N) to be this aggravated.

We go to my room, somewhere more private and I take both of her hands into mine.

"Hey...what's up?" I look at (Y/N) softly.

(Y/N) clears her throat. "I just...ugh. I'm gonna tell you something but I don't want you to be worried alright?"

Officially worried.

I laugh nervously. "Well, I can't promise anything."

(Y/N) grins back slightly at my comment. "After the proposal, I got a call from Victoria..."

"What'd she say?"

"She basically told me that...Broken Castle...might be getting dropped from Fueled By Ramen." (Y/N)'s voice slightly cracks at those last few words.

"Oh my god, what? Why?" I start to become anxious.

"I really don't know, she said the founder of FBR wanted to talk to us tomorrow about our band and that it was serious. I'm-I'm really nervous." (Y/N) looks up at me.

"I bet you are, Sunshine." I gently caress her cheek. "Knowing you though...you've got this. I know how persistent and determined and hardworking you are. This is just a bump in the road but you'll find your way over it." I try to convince my worried fiance.

Maybe I shouldn't bring up that article now that I know what's on (Y/N)'s mind already.

"So, what did you want to talk to me about?" (Y/N) looks back at me.

Ah, I might as well just get this off my chest.

"Did-uh...Did you see this article?" I hold up the article about (Y/N) and Grayson in front of her face.

She looks at my phone screen and rolls her eyes while sighing.

"Yes, too many times now. Please tell me you know it's not true-"

"Don't worry, I know." I calm (Y/N) down and she takes a deep breath.

"I'm glad you trust me."

"Of course. I just didn't know if you knew about the article so I just wanted to show you. I didn't want to upset you, please know I'm not mad." I tell my sunshine.

-Your P.O.V-

I sigh. "I know. Thank you, Josh. You know I love you right?" I chuckle.

Josh laughs back. "I mean who doesn't?"

"Wowww. Okay, whatever." I playfully punch his shoulder.

He smiles and hugs me in an embrace.

"I believe in you." Josh mumbles.

"Really?" I mumble back, my face pressed into his chest. He lets go and looks directly into my eyes.

"One hundred percent." Josh says, matter of fact-ly.

"I love you." I say in response, he smiles. I know he feels the same.

How am I gonna save the band? This is killing me.

"Remember this isn't all on your shoulders alone. There are other members of Broken Castle as well that deserve to hear about what's going on." Josh reminds me.

He's right.

I really gotta talk to the twins about this.

A/N: wassup, been a while. lemme fill u in on some things that happened recently.

i turned 19! my birthday was july 28th :-) it's officially my last year as a teenager and...i'm scared lmao

yesterday, my best friend surprised me with PANIC! AT THE DISCO TICKETS FOR THAT NIGHT. I SAW BRENDON AND HAYLEY LAST NIGHT LIVE IN PERSON IN HUMAN NATURE RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME LIKE !!!! WHAT

i had no idea i was going to the concert, my friend said "we're going to this aqarium out of town" and i just went with it and didn't think twice about it, when we got to tulsa (where the concert was being held), we ate food and then we got back in her car and she said "ok! so i have your birthday present" and i was confused like "what? it's here?" i was laughing and she was laughing and she pulls something from the backseat and it's a sign that says "pray for the wicked" and i was like "aw cute! i love it" and she's like "wait that's not all" and she hands me this piece of paper and i'm like "...stop. omg. no way." i open it and it's two tickets for panic! for that night :'-) the concert was amazing and i was so thankful and happy.

also how funny and ironic is it that i saw hayley kiyoko and brendon urie BOTH OF WHO are in this story !? love that.

i didn't even know they were going on tour together when i put hayley/delilah in this story wow ugh my mind.

^ that "my mind" part was a joke.

i'm also seeing TWENTY ONE PILOTS AGAIN IN NOVEMBER WOO i am so so thankful i get to see tyler and josh again i've missed them so much and i'm so ready for more songs and the album ! <3 the tickets were...such a mess tho. ticketmaster? more like TICKET DISASTER AMIRITE
