Third Person POV

As our story begins we find our main character floating in a void of darkness. His name was Adam Kelly. (Me motherfudgers. I'm sorry for that but I'm a little narcissistic.)

(Also replace the red eyes with green)

Adam: Ugh, where am I?

???: You are in the void my boy.

Adam: Kratos is that you? Who are you?

???: You will learn later my boy.

Adam: Oh god he is Kratos. What do you mean by that?

??? As I said you will learn later. For now you acquire two ancient technique, book magic and [Redacted]

Adam: I couldn't get that second part and I'm guessing I'm going to learn later?

???: Yes. Now you must go, and also you will be accompanied by the Demi-Fiend.

Adam: The Demi-Fiend?

???: You will learn his real name soon.

And with that a blinding light engulfed the area.

The real world

Adam: Uuuhhh, where am I?

???: I could ask you the same thing?

Adam: Huh?

Adam looks up to see someone standing above him.

Adam: Uh who are you?

???: I'm Naoki Hito.

Adam: Adam Kelly.

Naoki: What's in your hand?

Naoki points to a book in Adam's hand.

Adam: It's a book. I don't why I have a book?

Naoki: Get up.

Adam does so and gets up.

Adam: We should find someplace to stay because I don't think we should be sitting out here in the woods doing nothing.

Both of them start walking out of the forest.

Outside the forest

Naoki: So uh, you in the same predicament that I am in?

Adam: What do you mean?

Naoki: Well were you summoned here by and unknown entity?

Adam: Yeah, so let me guess you got magical powers.

Naoki: Eeeehhhh, you could say that. If we ever find ourselves in trouble then I'll show you my power.

Adam: What do you mean.

Naoki: You sure ask a lot of questions.

Adam: That's because I'm curious dumbass!

Naoki: Don't call me a dumbass, dumbass!

Adam: Uuugggghhhh!

Naoki: Stop complaining ok.

Adam: Fine!

Both of the walk in a awkward silence. Both of them wanted to start a conversation but with the little feud they had neither of them had nothing to say. Adam was more curious, both of them didn't know where they were but it looked like Naoki was the least bother by it. Adam now had the courage to speak up.

Adam: Soooo, where are you from exactly?

Naoki: Like you I'm from a normal world, until "it" happened.

Adam: "It?"

Naoki: You don't want to know.

Later

Adam: Hay I see a town up ahead!

Naoki: That's great le-

???: We got you now!

Adam/Naoki: Huh?

They look behind them to see some thieves.

Naoki: Oh there just some random thugs. They will be easy pickings.

Adam: I guess I can agree with you.

Thug 1: Don't underestimate us, we're wizards.

Thug 2: Yeah, were wizards from the Dead Mummy guild.

Adam: Then why do you look like monkeys?

Thug 4: Shut up!

Thug 3: Let's kick their asses!

Naoki: Wizards, this should be fun!

Naoki does something weird, he throws of hoodie and shirt.

Adam: What th-

He crosses his arms in an X formation then something strange happens, his body starts to transform.

Naoki: Behold, I am the Demi-Fiend!

Adam: So he's the Demi-Fiend.

Naoki, or the Demi-Fiend, charges at the thugs. Even though there were four of them they were pretty tough. They all pulled out guns and started to fire at Naoki, he dodged them all with ease.

Naoki: Hump, your aim is bad monkey brains! Yo Adam, I need so help here!

Adam: What am I supposed to do!?

Naoki: Use your book!

Adam opens his book to see a page with some magic spells.

Adam: Um here! FIRE WAVE!

Casting a spell from the book makes two fire waves come out of the book. Both of the waves hits two of the thugs, or guild members, in the back.

Naoki: Good!

Naoki having a moment to recover, charges at a member engaging him in close combat.

Thug 1: Bad move kid, I'm good at hand to hand!

The other thug charges at Adam but he doges the attack and Adam reads another spell from his book.

Adam: Gale Cutter!

Throwing a wind spell from the book, a current of wind comes out of nowhere in the air and hits the thug knocking him out.

Naoki: I'll end this quickly! Magama Axis!

Putting his hands together a fire started to form into them, he then motions them towards the thug and a enormous amount of energy blast out from his hand blasting the thugs back.

Naoki: All done.

Adam: So that's your true power.

Naoki then puts on his shirt and hoodie and turns back to normal.

Naoki: Come on let's get going.

Adam: I'll be with you all the way then!
