"Who he is?......and did he just send me some direct messages?"
His question was laced with a hint of confusion.
However, without thinking much, Jeongguk clicked the ID account and swiped the messages after every read.

"Strange,"

His smile touched his face after reading those messages from that unknown account. Though the person promoted himself Jeongguk couldn’t stop thinking about the random but sweet notification he saw right now.

"And yes, remember, you are loved <3"

Jeongguk's grin touched his eyes as he thought about it more and more. It was his very first time to ever encounter this kind of adorable message. As soon as he read it all, Jeongguk found himself stalking the particular account. His eyebrows twitched as an urge to read increased in his chest.

Jeongguk's eyes narrowed as he glanced over his profile picture, where a boy holds a basketball, ready to reach his goal.

"Woah! Is he that him?" The male enquired and flipped through his ID, reviewing it eagerly.

At this point, Jeongguk was totally crushing on that guy he didn’t even know. The veins on his fingers, the tousled hair half-covering his eyes, and that black shirt hugging his body had him totally drooling.

V? Sounds good though.

"Not gonna lie, he looks like a damn meal," Jeongguk couldn’t help but be totally into him, even though he’s got a date later.

As he scrolled more of his account, the tattooed guy was intrigued about his bio and the information mentioned over there.
"Pilot? Looks like my heart’s about to take off on a wild ride."

His expression soured as he scrolled through the account messages, realizing that the person he had been chatting with had been flirting with someone else.

"Seems like @yours_Erin20 and @Vantae30_u are actually a thing."

He continued to scroll more and more. The intriguing detail is that he didn't felt bored while reading their conversations out, where usually he would just leave the chats on seen if he find them out of his interest.

"He must be straight," His smile, which was all brig00ht and vibing while checking out 'V's account, completely crashed when Jeongguk saw those flirty messages, totally killing his buzz and making him question everything.

Jeongguk almost dropped his phone but remembered, how he got to respond every single text of V which he'd sent him yesterday.
A sudden wave of energy bolted inside his body that pushed Jeongguk to talk with him. The screen blared at him when he unlocked his phone, making him squint before he quickly turned the brightness back down."Gosh."

Upon opening his chats, the energetic emotion turned to uncertainty feeling that poured the corners of his eyes. "Should I reply back? What if he found me clingy?"

After a mental debate, Jeongguk finally decided to grab his phone and hit up the keypad, and fired back a reply faster than you can blink.

The moment he ended up tying and replying back, Jeongguk couldn’t help but to actually feel a desire of V's reply as soon as possible. He instantly reached out for follow button, before pressing it, turning the color from grey to green.

"Will he even text me back?" Jeongguk asked himself while looking fixedly at the hanging clock that invites the hour hand to strike at 8.

"Of course I will text you back," Taehyung blurted out while throwing a handful of popcorn in his mouth and shoving his hands back to the bowl of his snack. His another hand gripped around his phone, hearing Erin who had called him to review the planner.

"Do tell HR about the inconvenience of airbus also, he need to know that." Her voice ringed around, however got muffled against the increasing volume of his TV that played film, scattering its bright light across the dimmed room. Taehyung laughs as he sees the protagonist kissing the floor with a sudden punch from the female lead.

"Taehyung are you even listening to me?" Erin's anger flared to the sudden laugh and yelled at her phone, demanding his attention to hers.

The male closed his ears after hearing her yell, he panicked and stared at his phone screen before replying, "Sure, you don't worry."
A sigh escaped her mouth and Taehyung heard it too. "Please do it before he assigns any of us."

"Okay, bye."

Wrapping up his call, Taehyung casually tossed his phone onto the couch. He kept munching on popcorn and laughing his head off at the TV. When he felt the cold floor, he quickly crossed his legs to get comfy. The room was filled with the TV's laughter and his chuckles, making for a pretty relaxed evening.

It all happened before his phone made a sharp sound in the hall, indicating the arrival of a notification. Initially, he didn't notice much of it as he was so engrossed on the screen. However, one by one the updates came along, revealing their momentum to watch out.

Being attentive, Taeyung muted his TV before flipping his phone.
With widened eyes, he glanced the reason.
Wattpad?

Reaching out for the app, Taehyung saw 9 notifications appearing on his phone screen. His eyes laced with astonishment as he observed those sudden messages.

Taehyung couldn’t believe his eyes. He bit his lip, dumbfounded, and stared at his phone for what felt like an eternity before finally snapping back to reality. "Did he just drop me a message?"

Shaking his head, Taehyung chugs down an another handful of popcorn before whispering, "It's not a big thing to reply Taehyung,"

Once again a question lingered in his mind which Taehyung couldn't find answer of. "Should I text him back....what if he found me so eager to reply?"

A sense of uncertainty flooded inside him. Taehyung couldn’t help but wonder about the outcomes of his fast replies.
"But it's not like we know each other or whatever, let him think what he wants." Saying this, that pilot guy enrolled himself in his phone and kept typing as much it was needed.

Reading the messages, a smile danced on his face knowing the urgency of his chats. With a restless breath, he kept staring at his phone until one of the notifications volumed across the peaceful room.

Whereas Jeongguk eyes googled out and was quite stunned at the fast reply from V. He can't help but to feel the brushstrokes of feelings brushing over his desire to reply him back. Within a blink of an eye, Jeongguk gathered his courage and flirtatious nature and typed as fastly as ever.

Taehyung was not wrong when he deliver those text. Two poppies appeared on his cheeks as the moment JK told him how hot he looks. His thumb starts to tap on the letters before sending. However, ceased when one of the question arrived on his screen.

Both Taehyung and Jeongguk felt a pang of sadness when Taehyung suddenly had to say goodbye for his sleeping routine. Taehyung might have felt regret for the abrupt end to their conversation, while Jeongguk likely felt a sense of disappointment and longing for more time together.

As their conversation ended, Jeongguk felt a deep sense of happiness and satisfaction. It wasn't his first time talking to someone online, but there was something uniquely special about V that he couldn't quite put his finger on.

Meanwhile, Taehyung felt a noticeable emptiness in his heart as he had to leave abruptly. Despite the sudden departure, he understood the necessity and did it with a sense of duty, even though it left him with a lingering feeling of longing.

Although their phones were put away, the warmth and positive feelings lingered in their hearts.

When the notification sound echoed in Jeongguk's room, he quickly grabbed his phone, hoping it was a message from V. The anticipation and excitement of potentially hearing from V again filled him with eagerness.
