I've been living in this forest since my birth, knowing to deal with it and its creatures efficiently.
It's something I was proud of myself, because even the leader sometimes dithered to handle some beasts.
I have this ability since birth. Every one of the descendants of our family has a special ability.
Mine is that I can sense the emotions of others when I am in my transformed form.
This forest has been our home, our heaven since, well, I don't exactly know.
We are said to have been here since the day our race came into existence.
And somehow, we've been able to save ourselves from the human eyes.
I've been to human civilisation as we all must blend with them to have a knowledge of the modern world to protect ourselves from their advancing technology.
But for me, the human world was black and white while my world was in screaming colours.
I loved to roam around in my wolf form, feeling free and getting the high on speed and freshness.
Until one day, I came across a silhouette with red cape strolling around the place.
It appeared weird to me as that part was quite deep in the forest where no human would dare to set his foot, with the stories of legends and beasts which surrounds this forest.
I crouched and took a defensive position, ready to attack if need be, as one never know what weapon he might possess.
I moved silently towards the figure.
I was about a 100 yards away when I heard a sweet voice ringing in my ears, "No need to stress yourself so much. I am not going to attack you, yet."
I froze.
The sound was inside my mind. Though, the voice was unrecognizable. I haven't heard it until today, yet there was a familiarity to it.
It made be think of someone close to me.
My mind was distracted when the silhouette bolted in lightning fast speed towards me and stopped just inches away from my muzzle.
If I was distracted earlier, then consider me dead now.
I was captured in her golden honey eyes.
They're calling to me with some old ties I don't know I had with this fiction in front of my eyes.
She was the first person I hadn't bothered to intimidate.
She spoke again, "You seem to have forgotten me. Not your fault, though. I was banished from here and left to fend for myself when we're quite young. My fault, I was different, or you can say, was more advanced than others." She said while touching my nose, affectionately.
"Amelia" Recognition hit me.
Yes. And now, I've returned to take revenge from those 'all knowing', giving them the taste of their own medicine by ruining this heaven of theirs."
"No, you can't do this."
"I will."
The next moment I was on the ground writhing in pain, not knowing what hit me.
The blow on my neck or her eyes.
