This is Astropride Lion, the first and the leader of Cosmic Sanctum's Holy Twelve. As you can see, he is a Zodiac Star Saint, the Cosmic Sanctum variant of a Zodiac Time Beast (that'll teach Bushi to steal my mechanic...). I wasn't so sure about the skill, or what the ZSSs are going to do in the grand scheme, but this should do for now. Ciao!
