Korean Dramas, commonly known as K-Dramas, are television series originating from South Korea. They are often characterized by high production values, swoonworthy characters and emotional depth. K-Dramas range across various genres - from coming-of-age romances to nail-biting thrillers, and from period dramas to futuristic ones - making them appealing to a wide audience.

K-Dramas have significantly impacted global entertainment, contributing to the Hallyu (Korean Wave) phenomenon. They've also increased interest in Korean culture, language, and fashion, influencing trends worldwide. And thanks to the rise of streaming platforms like Netflix, Rakuten Viki and Kocowa, numerous K-Dramas like "Crash Landing on You", "Squid Game" and "Lovely Runner" have achieved massive international fame.
