I just got back from watching Guardians of the Galaxy and may I just say:

I am totally going to start watching Marvel movies more!

I haven't watched too many (only Thor and Guardians of the Galaxy) because prior to two years ago I though superheroes were the dumbest thing ever. I also thought writing was a waste of time. I didn't have the best judgement back then.
