So like I said on my last update about this: we were going to this thing where you meet some kittens that are up for adoption.

Well we went yesterday!!! There was 2 female kittens: a tortoiseshell and a tabby. They were 9 weeks old apparently. We got to hold them and pet them. They were the most precious things ever!!! They were so small and warm!!!!

So then we asked about adopting kittens and they said to check their website and see if we like any kittens that we see. So last night at like 4am because we always stay up super late on Saturdays we went onto the kitten website and looked at some pics of the kittens that were there.

We took a liking to these 2 ginger and white ones. Idk how old they are (that looked about 6-8 weeks if I had to guess) or what gender they are (again just guessing but most likely male since they would probably be tortoiseshell if they were female but idk) but they were cute.

Also side note: we saw a pic of an adult white and ginger cat that looked a lot like a cat that lives around where  we live and apparently he's lost so we thought that the cat that lives around here might be the lost cat in the pic lol

Anyway so the kitten charity place said they will come and do a house check whenever we say they can come and they said that if/when we pick out a kitten to adopt they'll bring him over to us.

But the funny thing is I had a dream a week or so ago that we'd get a ginger and white kitten and I even said on my message board on here the other day that I had a feeling we'll get a ginger and white kitten!!! And then we saw the pic of the kittens last night and they looked like the kitten in my dream!!!

So yeah tomorrow my dad said he'll ring the kitten place about them doing the house check (which if you didn't know basically means they come and see if your house is suitable to have a cat in. I assume it is since we have a cat and she's fine here) and then we'll probably adopt one of the ginger and white kittens!!!!

Also as you probably all know since I've been spamming my message board about it, Mario Maker 2 came out on Friday and I've been playing it a lot!!! I've already made 4 levels!!!

I've been thinking of names for a ginger and white kitten. We don't name our cats human names, so I was thinking something like Flame or Leaf. Do you guys have any good names? Let me know in the comments and when it comes to naming the kitten, I'll put your suggested name into the mix and see what my parents think of it!!!

Btw when we named Twinkle, I suggested naming her Ruby or Princess, but Twinkle was the name that came out on top.

So if you do recommend a name, there's no guarantee your name will become the name of the kitten. But there is a chance!!!

I named our first 2 cats so you never know!!!!

Btw our first 2 cats were called Shadow, who was a black male that we got when he was a kitten. I say I named him but tbh we all came up with his name. I was only 3 or 4 when we got him. Then 2 years later he disappeared. My parents said he was probably stolen, since a lot of cats and dogs were being stolen around where we lived at the time. And he was a really nice cat.

Then there was Puss, who died last year. Some of you might remember when she died. I named her. It's the most unoriginal name ever but whatever. She looked like Twinkle, but she was more bigger and fluffier. Also she didn't have any white on her face like Twinkle does.

My mom named Twinkle btw. And Puss's kittens, who were called Socks (a black and white female who we gave away when she was about 2 months old) who was named since she kept stealing people's socks and bringing them outside, and Boots (he was basically Twinkle's twin. They look and act so similar. We gave him away about 4 years ago since he kept peeing everywhere).

Lol this has just turned into a rant about all our cats oof

But anyway leave name suggestions for the ginger and white kitten. We might not even get him. We might get another kitten. But we might get lucky!!!

Also apparently it says their names are Rua and Ember but we'll probably change them idk
