What’s wrong with her dad? Why is he not letting me talk to her? I don’t even have a chance to reach her until the next 15 hours at the least and how on the earth am I going to stop thinking what’s going on?

Why did I have to come on this trip? How could I be so selfish to leave her just after a few days we started dating.

I turned my phone off and the flight took to the skies. My head has been breaking out of stress and I don’t know how I am going to survive for this flight.

And my mom, she has no clue about all these things. She’ll freak out once she know about Nandini getting kidnapped.

Alya! Her name itself gives me irritation. I feel like stabbing her by her neck and throwing her off the terrace for the stunt she pulled. And that Shivam!

Is Nandini mad at me too? Did she tell her dad to keep me away from her? What if she is? There are hundred reasons for her to do that, and all hundred are ALYA!

At the police station

“Let me go” Alya was screaming at the top of her voice.

“Miss Alya you were caught at the crime scene, trying to harm Miss Nandini. A kidnapping case has been filed against her and there’s no way we can let you out. So it would be better for you and everyone over here if you keep calm and let us do our work” Vikas said.

“Shivam, so tum yeh maante ho ki tum ne yeh sab jaan boochke hi kiya hain” Vikas asked Shivam.

He nodded in a yes.

“Speak up” Vikas yelled.

“Yes” he replied in a very low voice.

“And can you tell me why?” Vikas asked.

“Sir, I didn’t mean to do any harm to Nandini. Jo kuch meine kiya kisi ke kehne pe kiya” he said.

“Kis ke kehne pe kiya? Alya?” Vikas asked.

“Nai Sir” Shivam said.

“Toh” Vikas asked.

“Meraa Bhai” he said.

“Mein tujhe ek ek sawaal nai poochnewaala, jo bhi bolnaa hain sab bata” Vikas said.

“Sir bhai ko ek contract mila tha Nandini ko maarne ka. Aur mein yeh nai jaanta ki wohh kaun hain. Bhai ne mujhe bas yeh kaha ki I need to make friends with her, get her trust and then let him have her. I tried but Nandini wasn’t fine with making friends with me. And that’s why I had to do such a thing. Sir mein sach mein kuch nahi jaanta” Shivam said.

“Tu toh aisa nai bolega” Vikas said. He made some signals to the constable and left the prison in which Shivam was kept. He moved on to Alya.

“Miss Alya Saxena, may I know why you were spotted the same place where Nandini was kidnapped?” Vikas asked her.

She didn’t reply.

“Tameez se pooch raha hoon Bata dijiye nai toh hamaare doosre tareekein hain” he said.

“I hate her” she said.

“You hate her? And that is why you plotted to kidnap her?” Vikas asked.

“I initially didn’t but she made me do it. How dare she thinks she can get Manik so easily. I have been longing for him for the last one year. And now when I thought I had him, she came in between us. And she had to suffer. Don’t worry I didn’t have any intention to harm her, I just wanted to show her what happens if she tried to mess up with me. She must have understood it’s not easy to date a celebrity and her poor father” she said a vicious smile.

“You know you can be put for a trial because of this?” Vikas said.

“My dad will be here with my lawyer very soon” she said recklessly.

“I am afraid Miss Alya. I have a written complaint of physical and mental torture against you and you cannot be offered a bail, at least not until tomorrow morning” he said.

“Bullshit” she said.

He walked out and asked the constable to find out about Shivam’s brother.

Nandini

I know it is difficult to dream of living together with a celebrity, I thought Manik is different and I am sure about it. Appa had such good opinion him and now why is doing this to us? I know he is concerned about me but that doesn’t mean he is going to separate us.

I walked into his room, he wasn’t asleep yet. I went and slept next to him.

“Appa” I called him.

“Hmmm” he said turning toward my side.

“Appa this is not right. You know Manik so well, you were so happy. You trusted me I told you about him and now why are you behaving like this?” I asked.

“Kanna. I am not against you both. And I have no intention of separating you. Jaise tum ne kaha, I know what Manik is like. But in this situation, he needs to be here. I am your appa, not your enemy. I need to know what’s going on, from him. I need him to assure me that nothing of this sort will happen again. If it was just Shivam, mein Asia kuch nahi karta, I Would have waited until he comes back but that’s not the case” he said.

“Appa i understand why you’re so worried, but I know her already. I know she doesn’t like me and Manik also told her that he’s not interested in her. She’s a ziddhi brainless girl that’s it” I tried to convince him.

“But you’re my only lovely daughter. How can I let her harm you?” He asked.

I could see fear in his eyes,never did appa ask me for anything, never did he force something on me, this is the first time. He was the one who said yes to everything I wanted so I thought may be I will say yes to him for this one time. That way he can be happy and less worried. And I know once Manik returns, things will fall back in place.

“Okay. Whatever you think is the best” I said. He pulled me closer, and after a looooooooong day, we retired to bed.
