"He's still here?" Dean grumbled, seeing Gabriel stroke soothingly through your hair as you were cuddled up on the couch.

"Y/N wants him here," Castiel said plainly, "He makes her feel better."

Sam sighed, "But every month? How does he have time to give up five days every four weeks?"

"I believe he would give up anything for Y/N," Cas explained, "I've never seen him put anyone before himself until now. He really cares for her."

Sam and Dean nodded in agreement, before Dean added, "He's still a dick though."

You felt Gabriel chuckle against your back and turned to face him.

"What?" you frowned, "What's funny?"

"Dean," he smiled, "They're stood in the hallway. I think he's forgetting about my supersonic angel ears."

"What's he saying?"

Gabe huffed a laugh, "I don't think he's too happy about me being in his home."

You turned back around so that your back was against his chest and pulled his arms around you protectively.

"But I want you here," you whispered.

"I know," you could hear the smile in his voice, "And that's why I'm not going anywhere."
