the-p-in-raspberry: It means opportunities. I think getting to know people in fandoms helps you to create relationships and fanfictions are one way to start a writting journey, and to try things out.
the-p-in-raspberry: It was during the pandemic. I had recently started listening to kpop and soon, I started to know more about ships, I specifically liked one of them, so in the search of videos and that, I found fanfics about them.
the-p-in-raspberry: It is hard to remember that, but I do remember a couple of people I talked to when I first started in Wattpad. It was really fan, I did end up talking for months with one of them, and the other was someone I had talked only once. I'm not touch with of them now, but I think those interactions with them helped be a little bit more social in wattpad.
the-p-in-raspberry: It has helped me tons throughout most of this year, 2024. Things had happened that aren't neccesarily bad, but I was overwhelmed, and reading and writting fanfics gave me a form an escape. They also were great company in nice times, they were a way to showcase my feelings.
the-p-in-raspberry: It can be really helpful in many different things. It can help you socialize more, it can help you in your abilities as a writer or artist, but it most definitely, it is fun.
the-p-in-raspberry: Well, as of now, I think the fanfiction community has only gotten bigger and bigger, about my place in it. Well, I can't say I will play a big role in it, but throughout my fanfictions, I would like to help people, may it be to have some laughs or to go more in depth with struggles that a lot of people go through.
the-p-in-raspberry: Sincerely, I don't really have that big of followers to name someone specifically, so, I will add the people who I consider were of great help to me and also those who I would like to build a friendship with.
