Welcome to Fanfic's Hall of Fame, _serendipities!!!

_serendipities: Fanfiction is an escape from reality for me, a way to find solace in the things I enjoy. Fandoms are like a family I never knew I needed until I found. They are my safe space, my joy and something that never fails to cheer me up.

_serendipities: I've always loved reading - ever since I could recognize the alphabet. And so when I really got into BTS a couple years back, I stumbled across my first fanfiction. It was an epic fanfic which I enjoyed reading (probably to an unhealthy amount) and so I just fell deeper into the rabbit hole.

_serendipities: Yep, they were DaughterofApollo2808. Unfortunately, I haven't talked to them recently, but I will always be grateful to them for being the first fan I interacted with and for also being my first follower.

_serendipities: Fanfiction has provided me comfort during my darkest days. Days where I just would wallow in my own misery and curl up in a blanket in the dark have been sprinkled with giggles and smiles from reading fanfics, and I'm eternally grateful that I did find fanfiction.

_serendipities: Reading fanfiction and commenting is always amazing, but writing fanfiction and interacting with readers and reading their comments never fails to make my day. It's entirely too precious to me.

_serendipities: I hope fanfiction never dies out. I think it's an amazing way to find a supportive, comforting community and I hope I continue being a part of the fanfiction community for time yet to come.
