Don't get me wrong I really like this book. But I told you I have a check list I go by.

The first 16 chapters made almost no sense. The author does apologize for this and says they are in the process of editing.

Starting at chapter 17 it slowly gets better. Warning: incest inbound. Jeff winds up with his half sister. Now that creeped me a little but hey some people are into that I guess. I can't allow myself to put personal beliefs in the way of my review.

Marika winds up with amnesia and liu is alive? Marika and Jeff have kids? It's  a little confusing going through the book. But still a good read nonetheless. Still spell checks though. Can't forget about that.

Read if you would like. This is actually the first book and sequel combined.
