(swearing/cursing warning) Sitting on my bed, I open my laptop and go on youtube. There i see my best friend Ethan is live - he's been live for 11 fucking hours!
"Jesus man" i say.
I was going to see him up in his studio, but then i decided not to... good choice too.
I watch the stream from my laptop seen as though in not allowed in the studio and he's just started playing the Ukulele, which i knew he hasn't played in a long time.
He starts playing the chords and messes up
"I haven't played the Ukulele in a long time," he says smiling.
He continues playing, and sings along to the beat of his songs.
I smile and laugh along at the words.
"That was the warm up jokey joke song because i don't like singing in front of people and i just sang in front of..." and he goes on. The chat if filled with kind comments like "You're really good at singing!" or "SING SOME MORE!!"
i laugh and shout "Yea Ethan sing some more!" up to his recording studio at the top of my lungs.
He sighs and carries on playing.
He plays a really explicit language song and i start laughing when he messes up and forgets the words. He starts singing We Don't Believe What's On TV, by TØP he doesn't know some of the chords and i laugh. He apologises and says
"i fucking.. found better chords that i know better at one point. I apologise because i don't know anything about anything now," rushing the last bit, he stops and starts playing again... playing my favourite song I Can't Help Falling In Love With You by Elvis. I squeal and i'm pretty sure he hears because he smiles on the stream. He starts playing and singing along.

"eehhhhh ughhhhh"

And he stops in a really high pitched voice a i burst out laughing
"thats not the right chord. Where's the chord?. Please thanks. i'd like to know where the chord is. wherES THE FUCKING CHORD? Oh THATS where the chord is" he says when he eventually finds it

When he finishes, i clap and shout
"WOOOOOOOO GO ETHANNNN" and he blushes he sings his next song, You Are My Sunshine. I hum along and laugh when he messes up in the rest of the songs. And we know when he messes up. It consists of a few "Fuck!"s or "Fucking uGH!" and the occasional "sorry"s. By the end of his song i'm laughing so bad on the floor. He starts singing I'm Not The Only One by Sam Smith. He realises some time through it's out of tune.
"And here comes the sketchy part i probably can't sing" and he starts.... yet again i'm on the floor and he must have heard me because he starts laughing. Once I get back up, the stream is about to end so i run upstairs with my laptop and sit outside his door, listening for him to finish it up. He does a big speech for able gamers, as that is who the charity stream was for and he finishes up by saying "love you guys, see you all later, good bye" and his outro. I run into his room.
"ETHANNNNNNN THAT WAS COOOOOOLLLLLLLL" I shout and he nearly falls off his chair.
"y/n!! Jesus fucking shitballs woman, you nearly killed me!!"
he exclaimed.
I stand there hands on hips smirking
"if i nearly killed you, i'd feel guilty.... and i really don't" i say punching his arm. He takes this offensively, yet jokingly and declares.
"It's on sister" and hint it and run, all the way around the house, Ethan closing in on me. Due to my unfit state, i get out of breath and Ethan catches me and pins me to the floor, our lips millimetres apart, noses just touching. Ethan blushes, as do i. You see until today, i never really thought about how cute Ethan was. His blue hair contrasting with the aqua colour eyes, they worked so well together.
He looks into my eyes sand down to my lips and back up to my eyes questioningly, and i give him a slight nod. He closes the space between our lips, his soft, smooth coffee tasting lips on mine. Our lips move in synch as if meant to be. I pull back from the kiss, and look at Ethan as we put our foreheads together. He grabs my hands.
"You have no idea how long i've wanted to do that" he says rubbing circles in my palm
"I don't think you have any idea about me either Sir" i say grinning and moving. I place my lips on his temple.
"Go get some sleep, you must be tired as!" I say. He whines.
"but i wanna stay hereeeee" ha says.
"I'll come and sleep too?" i say and look at him. His eyes light up like you've just said to a kid they can have any toy they want.
He gets up and drags me to his room. He gets changed and puts on his sweatpants, so only the waist band of his boxers are showing over the top, while I put on an over sized top and shorts. We climb in his bed and he puts his leg between mine, his left leg on top of my right, under my left and his arms round my waist. We fall asleep like this, until
the next morning.
