I'm so sorry for not updating in so long! Time just got away from me. Don't you hate when that happens?
Fiona wasn't a fan of Hogwarts. She missed being in a place where everyone knew her likes and dislikes. The teachers called on her and they asked her questions. It was difficult for her to answer them, because she didn't like speaking much. Hugh wasn't in all of her classes.
One particular day, Fiona arrived for her Herbology class. It was her favorite, because the plants always had interesting stories to tell and everyone was very nice to her. Well, her own house was. She unfortunately had class with the Slytherins. Some Mandrakes had to be repotted, and Fiona knew how dangerous they can be. She made sure to put on her earmuffs properly. The Mandrakes were in their adolescent stages, and were capable of knocking you out for a couple days at least.
One Slytherin, who was named Josiah Croft, decided to be a jerk. So, when Professor Sprout was demonstrating, he reached over and pulled down Fiona's muffs. She passed out instantly and hit the floor.
Ms. Sprout instantly shoved the plant back into its pot, and ran out from behind the table. "Poor girl..." She muttered. "Who did this? Shame on you! Fiona is much too smart to forget about covering her ears!" She fretted over her, stopping the class.
"Ma'm, I saw who did it." Spoke up Edward Cullen. "It was Josiah."
"How dare you do such a thing! Get up to the castle immediately for punishment. I will see that it is carried out accordingly." Professor Sprout's eyes gleamed with fire. Fire directed right at Josiah. She left to get Fiona to the hospital wing.

After Fiona was settled, the peculiars ran upstairs to see her, quickly followed by Miss Peregrine. "I regret coming here." She said somberly. Hugh was freaking out, but he didn't want to let that show, so he held Fiona's hand. And he stayed there until Madame Pomfrey shooed him away.
That night, the Slytherins sat in their common room. Some were congratulating Josiah for a job well done.
"That was hilarious!"
"She never saw it coming."
Horace had been put in Slytherin. He wasn't too keen about his dorm mates, but he admired their sense of style. But tonight he loathed them. He didn't consider himself a brave boy, but he thought he had to do something.
"That's not very nice." He muttered. The boys turned to look over at him.
"You didn't think it was funny?" One of them questioned.
"I wasn't there to see it, but if I was, I'll bet you'd have looked stupid and rude in the aftermath." He said. Horace was surprised at his new argument skills. But he had good teachers.
"I always thought you were a coward, but you surprise me every day." Josiah said.
"Would you drop it? This is getting tiresome." Horace fake-yawned.
"I'll save it for another day." Josiah said before sauntering away. He rolled his eyes after them. They seemed daunting, but at the end of the day they were just stupid bullies.
"I'm loving this freeeedomm!" Minho sang in the Gryffindor common room. He was practically bouncing off the walls.
"Why can't you be that hyper?" Bella asked Jacob B.
"That dude's a loser." Said Jacob B.
(I have decided to call Jacob Black Jacob B. This is because there are two Jacob's in Gryffindor, so Jacob Portman is just going to be Jacob, because he will be in this a lot more.)
"I think he's cute." Bella said quietly.
"I can be cute too!" Said Leo Valdez rising up from behind the couch they were sitting on. "Can wolf boy do this?" He lit his head on fire.
"Ahh!" Bella shrieked.
"Holy crap!" Jacob B. screamed like a girl. Then it turned into a wolf howl.
"Oh my god!" Said Emma Bloom, running over from across the room. "Can you do this?" Emma lit her hands on fire.
"You bet I can, babe!" Leo winked and lit his hands ablaze. Jacob shook his head. He just didn't know sometimes. And he didn't like having a girlfriend so beautiful she attracted the attention of so many guys. He was making a mental list. It included Gally, Minho, Draco, he already knew Enoch liked her, Ron, possibly Thomas, and now Leo. He knew for a fact some of them already had girlfriends.
"What am I going to do, Harry?" He asked one of his new friends, a boy named Harry Potter. Harry understood the pressure he was under, being the only one who could do something to defeat an evil entity.
"I've noticed that if you just sit back and do nothing, the girl always returns. Because she knows deep down that you're the one for her. It worked with Ginny."
"I'm not sure that's going to work out for me, Harry. I've always had relationship problems with her." Jacob said.
"Like?"
"Well, she used to be with my grandfather, so I was worried I wasn't good enough. Then, I worry about our age difference, then I lack confidence, then all these boys keep hitting on her, then I have to watch for Miss Peregrine every time I want to have a private moment, then I-." Harry interrupted him.
"Look, Jake. Everyone has problems with a relationship. It comes with being someone special. I had to dump Ginny for her safety because I couldn't protect her from Voldemort."
"So, what are you saying?"
"Be yourself! Relationships happen naturally."
"Good advice, Harry! You'd make a good psychiatrist, but not an evil one." Said Jacob, running back to Emma.
Harry was puzzled as to what that meant.
