"(Y/N), would you come down here for a minute?"My father called down from the living room.

"Yes, Father?"I said as I entered the room.

"I have a cabinet meeting today so you'll be going over to Hamilton's house for the day."

"Yes, Father." I say. I know better than to ask why.

"Oh, and before I forget darling Hamilton has a son around your age so please do try to be nice."

"Yes, Father"

"There is a dress on your nightstand that you should wear today as well."

"Yes, Father."

"You are dismissed."

"Yes, Father."I respond and then walk to my room. I get dressed and walk to the dining room to have breakfast. I arrive to the wonderful smell of french toast. I walk over to my place and start eating. After I am done I go to the living room to wait for the carriage that will take me to the Hamilton's residence. Once the carriage arrived I entered and was whisked off to the Hamilton's home.

I arrived to the voice of none other than Mrs.Hamilton.

"Hello! You must be Mr.Madisons, daughter! (Y/N) correct?"

"That is correct."

"Oh welcome please do come inside dear!"

"Thank you Mrs.Hamilton,"I say as we cross the threshold to their home. As I enter I am startled to see multiple pairs of eyes staring at me from the stairwell.

"Mrs.Hamilton who are they?"I ask pointing to the children on the stairwell.

"Oh! Yes, those are my children!Angie!Philip!James!Come here! Come say hi!"The children hesitantly crawl towards us. As they came I saw who I assumed to be Philip due to how he looked, glance at me and blush when I caught him.

"Children this is (Y/N) Mr.Madisons daughter. (Y/N) this is Philip, Angie, and James." she says pointing at the one who I had assumed to be Philip than to the girl an then to the toddler. I duck my head and wave a little.

"H-Hi."He says blushing.

"Hi!I'm Angie or Angelica! Do you like to play with dolls!?"She says bouncing on the balls of her feet.

"Yes, I do."

"Abamaabba thpftbabab."

"Oh! He's so cute!"I cooed at the cute toddler who was gurgling and making baby noises. 

"That's James he's only a baby even though he started walking a few days ago! He hasn't started talking yet!"Angie says as she bends down to join me in playing with the small child.

"I'm going to go do some laundry (I'm sorry I don't know what she was supposed to do)while you all play. Does that sound good to you all?"She said walking away after we all nodded.

"S-so (Y/N) do y-you like to read?"Philip says as he sits next to us on the floor.

"Oh! Yes, I love reading! My favorite book is (Favorite book)!"(I know that it's historically impossible!!!) 

"Really? That's my favorite too!"

"It's an amazing book right?"I say.

"Simply stunning."He replies while looking into my eyes. We break eye contact both blushing. He clears his throat and rubs the back of his neck in embarrassment.

"S-So do you write?"

"Yes."

"Really? So do I! Well poetry, I'm a poet!"

"Would you mind reading some of it to me?"

"Sure!"He runs over to a writing desk and snatches a paper from the top.

"Bright like a summers day

Yet cold like ice..............

"I had a wonderful time today! I hope to see you all again!"I say as I leave around late midday. (I don't even know anymore, Like 5:30 in modern times.)

Philip's POV

"I had a wonderful time today! I hope to see you all again!"She says as she leaves. As soon as mother closes the door I run to the couch and throw myself on there and scream from the pure excitement of today. (or was it from his growing crush on the reader?)As he heard the door close signaling his father had come home from his meeting, He ran downstairs to tell his father all about the girl who he met.
