First date:

your first date is finally here and you're extremely nervous. He said that he would pick you up at 8 for one fancy dinner date. So you dress for the occasion.
Your dress:

He finally arrives and is stunned by how amazing you look. He makes a joke about the suit that he probably wore to work the other day. You two were off to this fancy restaurant, shocked by how exclusive it was. You two take your seat and it's awkward. You could tell he has never been in a fancy restaurant... Like ever.

"Are you as nervous as me?" He asked with a slightly awkward smile.

You just giggle a little. You get the menus and want to order everything. Everything looks so amazing. He looks up at you, then looks away when you look up. He doesn't want you to find out about his food obsession, so tries to play it cool when the waiters comes.

"Have you decided."

"I'll just have a salad with light dressing." He has never ordered a salad before.

"Or how about we share a very cheap appetizer, get a big entree and finish it off with the best dessert they have?" You offered with a sly look in your eyes.

"I think this date's going well."

You ordered and got the most expensive wine. After all he was paying. You could probably chip in a token from Dave and Buster's... You are a comedian after all.

"Sooo, comedy is super cool." He was impressed by your career choice.

"If super cool means barely able to pay rent, then yeah it's rad."

You take a sip of the wine. And just look at him.

"What?"

"It's probably a bad time.to mention that I hate wine."

"No problem, you'll just pay for the drinks next time." He replied slightly joking.

"I actually prefer whiskey and usually the cheapest most disgusting."

"Just my type of woman. Food and whiskey."

You and smiled back. You two were obsessed with the food and dying for more but knew it was too expensive. Instead of calling an Uber, he decides to walk you home. After all, you only live a block away.

After a long walk with lots of talking you end up in your apartment lobby with him. Both very pleased with how the date when.

"I guess you have a big expectation for our next date?" You smized.

"I didn't even know I was getting a second date. I thought I was way to awkward and nervous."

"Well, you were, but we're going to my favorite arcade. Hope you don't mind."

"Truthfully I think I would've preferred it."

You two hug and it was the best hug you ever had, you didn't want to let go and neither did him. But you had to let go and wait for date number 2.
