Summery: What happens when Wonder Woman goes to see Batman, but finds out that due to an accident during patrol he is temporarily blind?

Wonder Woman flew through the air headed to the Bat Cave to see her sorta boyfriend.

They haven't committed to a relationship yet, but she still took care of him like he was her boyfriend.

She flew through the ship opening into the Bat Cave. She flew into the cave and landed.

Everyone was gone and there in the little make shift infirmary was Batman himself.

Mask less, bruises on his face. She walked forward to look at him. His eyes opened the second he heard her footsteps. He sat up fast and looked around.

" Who's there?" He questioned. His eyes were open and he was looking around, but his eyes were unfocused. Not seeing a thing.

That's when she realized he wasn't able to see anything. Bruce was blind.

Dread filled the pit of her stomach. What could have happened to cripple this strong man like this?

" Hey Bruce, it's Diana. Are you ok?" She asked, feeling stupid for asking that question.

Relief filled his features. " Good. Glad it's not some intruder. As for the ok part. Yes I am ok, some substance from on of the Joker's latest pranks got into my eyes. Alfred helped me wash them out and we tested the substance. My eye sight should return by the end of the week. " says Bruce.

" The end of the week!! Bruce it's Monday. " she cried.

" I'm aware. Batman will just have to take a break for a little while. " says Bruce.

" How are you going to move around the manor? " she cried.

" Alfred can help me when he's able to. Aside from that I'll just stay in my room the rest of the time. " says Bruce.

Diana growled in anger at this. " No you won't. I'm staying here to take care of you. "

" No, I don't need you to watch over me. Besides, you have work of your own you need to do. " says Bruce.

" That work can wait. Your more important and I don't want you to end up falling down the steps when your trying to find the bathroom. " says Diana.

Bruce sighed in anger. " Fine, but only for a little while." Says Bruce.

She smiled at her success. Slowly the week went by. It was Saturday night when this accident occurred. By the time Wednesday arrives Bruce was going stir crazy.

He had barely left his room, he hadn't once stepped outside. His eyes weren't getting better and on top of everything he had a mandatory Justice League meeting in a hour.

Diana was currently trying to help Alfred get him into his bat suit. It was a pain to do since he couldn't see what they were doing.

Alfred helped him balance while Diana got his pants on. Bruce was then able to pull them up on his own. The pants were connected to the shirt and zipped up in the front.

It was a solid black one piece suit. They then started to help him get his armor on and the chest plate that held his famous bat symbol.

Finally after the shoes came the last part of his Batman suit. His cowl.

They helped him as he slipped it on. He was ready to go to the meeting. " Thanks." He mumbled.

He hated having to have help to get dressed. He made himself a vow that he was learn all this stuff with his eyes closed once he got his eye sight back.

That was if this were ever to happen again, he would be able to dress on his own.

Diana took his arm. " You ready Bruce? " she asked.

" Lets get this over with. " says Bruce.

She nodded. Seconds later he felt the familiar feeling of being teleported to the Watchtower.

The second they were there Superman came to greet them. They had all been informed about his injury.

Diana helped him walk forward and told him when there were steps. They walked to the meeting room slowly and she sat him down in a chair.

" Hey bats, is it ok to say your as blind as a bat now? " says Flash who was sitting next to him.

Bruce didn't need his sight to smack Flash upside the head, earning a yelp of pain from Flash.

The meeting went by fine. As the days went by, his vision finally started to progress and he could see more then just black. It was just really blurry everywhere.

When Saturday arrived Bruce woke to full sight. He grinned, it was so nice to see again. He looked to the side and there laying in the bed next to him was Diana.

She had done patrol for him last night once he went to bed. As he stared at her he realized just how much he loved this woman. She put down everything to help him. Even when she didn't have to.

He felt she was too good for him, but she always proved him wrong. He took that moment to lean down and plant a kiss on her lips.

She slowly woke up and looked at him. Then jumped under. " Bruce. You can see again. " she cried.

" Sure can, and let me tell you it is so good to see your beautiful face again. " says Bruce.

She laughed. " I love you Bruce. "

" Love you too. " he replied. " You know you didn't have to help me this week the way you did. "

" I was more then happy to Bruce. Your my boyfriend and your safety means the world to me. I will always help you. " says Diana.

He smiled realizing she called him her boyfriend. What did he do to deserve a woman as wonderful as her? Sometimes he didn't think he deserved her, but she's never left him.

" I guess were boyfriend and Girlfriend fully then. " he grinned at the joy that took over her face. " Thanks for doing patrol also and helping Alfred. " he said.

" Anytime Bruce. It was fun anyway. Some of your bad guys are so stupid, whereas some are just plain stupid. " says Diana.

Bruce chuckled. " Your amazing. " he said.

She leaned over and was about an inch from his lips. " And your mine. "

She then closed the distance and connected their lips in a kiss. This day was truly perfect already and Bruce couldn't wish for better.
