A/N. This is a AU of the Flash show, where the villains are good guys, and the good guys are villains. I've never tried this before, so let's see how this turns out. The summery of this chapter, Bad guy Flash and good guy Captain Cold get captured by a new meta human and have to work together to get free and put this meta in prison.

Leonard Snart woke with his head hurting, he had been fighting the Flash when something appears out of nowhere and knocked him out.

Snart blinked furiously and looked around, trying to see anything around him, but it was pitch black. Snart went to move, by shortly realized he was cuffed to something close by.

He tried yanking on it. " That's not going to work Snart. " growled a voice close by.

He knew that voice well. " Barry, your here too? Where is here anyway? " says Snart.

" I've encountered this guy once before. He has the ability to slow me down with just the snap of his fingers. I'm about as useless as you here. " says Barry.

Snart rolled his eyes. He knew Barry acted bad, but Snart saw the good in him, even if he couldn't see it himself.

" We need to figure out how to get out of here. " says Snart.

" Yeah, no kidding. " snapped Barry.

" You got any ideas or do I have to do all the work myself? " says Snart.

" Of course I got an idea. I need to get that meta to stop focusing on me. Once that happens, I can use my powers and get us out of here. " says Barry.

" So his powers to slow you down only work when he focuses on you?" Says Snart.

Barry nodded. " Yes. If you can distract him long enough I can get myself free of these cuffs and fight him off. " says Barry.

" You reply mainly on your speed. Do you even know hand to hand combat? " says Snart.

Barry growled angrily at him. " Yes I do. I'm not completely useless without my powers. How do you think I got away from this meta the first time. " snapped Barry.

" Ok, so how do you want me to distract him?" Says Snart

" I don't care, your smart. Think of something. " says Barry.

Snart shook his head, he tried yanking the cuff. Nothing worked, obviously.

" How long have we been here?" Asked Snart.

" Not sure. I woke only a few minutes before you did." Says Barry.

Snart didn't reply, he didn't see the need. From then the two sat in silence. Snarts mind going crazy trying to figure out a plan.

He hadn't been able to think of anything, mostly because he didn't know this meta or where he was and what everything around him looked like.

It really irritated him. He's normally really good at thinking things through and planning things, but he just couldn't think of anything right now.

It wasn't much longer before he heard footsteps and seconds after that, a very bright light turned on.

Snart threw an arm over their eyes to block the bright light that had suddenly assaulted their eyes.

The door opened. " Finally you two are awake. Probably have been for a while. I just didn't care enough to check. " says the guy.

He walked in. As he did Snart took the chance to glance at Barry. Barry had both his hands cuffed to the side with his arms out, his legs were bent in front of him and he had a rude glare aimed at the meta.

Snart didn't know what he looked like, he didn't really care though. He hadn't been able to focus on if he was hurt.

Then Barry's gaze switched over to Snart for a second, Snart barely caught the widening of his eyes and the slight flash of worry that went across his face as he took in Snart condition.

" Why do you have both of us captured here? " says Barry suddenly.

The meta looked at him. " Why do you ask? "

" He doesn't have any powers. What's your use for him?" Asked Flash.

" It's simple really. You follow the rules and I won't hurt him any more then I already have. " says the meta.

" You think he matters to me?!" Growled Flash.

The meta smiled. He suddenly stomped on Snarts leg with bone breaking force, causing a scream to erupt from deep within Snart.

Barry snarled. " Fine you made your point. What do you want?" Says Flash.

The meta smirked. He never took his foot off of Snart's leg. " It's pretty simple. I need a job done fast, your fast enough and Snart is the perfect motivation for you. "

To prove his point he lifted his foot and stomped back down. Snart yelled out in pain.

" Ok fine. What's the job you need done?" Says The Flash.

The meta smirked. " I'm still working on the finishing touches of the plan, but what I can tell you now is it involves a train and a ton of diamonds. " says the meta.

Flash rolled his eyes. " Wow, how original. " he mocked.

The meta pressed down more on Snarts leg. Snart groaned. " Not another word Flash. I'll bring some water soon. For now, the only stuff you need to worry about is following my rules. You do that and I won't hurt your little friend here anymore. You don't and what comes next will be worse for him. " says the meta.

Flash nodded. The meta then walked out of the room. He left the light on though. " Sorry Snart. I didn't know he'd do that and break your leg. " says the Flash.

" It's fine. As long as we get out of this fast. " says Snart.

" Agreed. I only do jobs for myself. I'm not going to be doing them for some punk. " growled the Flash.

Snart rolled his eyes. " And here I thought you cared about me. "

Flash snickered. " Maybe you have seen some good in me. That or it's just because I want to be the one to finish you." Says the Flash.

Snart chuckled and smiled at him. " Get some rest and think. We should be prepared for anything that may happen. " says Snart.

Flash nodded and they somehow managed to lean their heads back and rest, preparing themselves for what could come next.
