Hey guys. So I've been getting really into the show Star Wars the Clone Wars lately, so I figured I'd try my hand at a small fanfiction of it. Hope you all enjoy.

" Execute order 66. "

The second Rex heard that order he knew then and there that Fives had been right.

His heart broke as he realized that Fives died for the truth.

Then he said something that wasn't even him speaking. " Yes lord Sidious. "

Oh kriff this was bad. His eyes then widened as the holo went away and he heard Ashoka.

Tears filled his eyes. She was saying something to him that he couldn't make out. He heard guns being aimed at her.

" No!" He ordered. Everything seemed to freeze. Rex turned around. " I'll do it. "

The guns weren't lowered, but no one made to move. " Rex, what's going on?" Asks Ashoka.

Rex had dropped his helmet and he was shaking furiously as he aimed his guns at her.

He couldn't control himself. Nothing was in his control anymore. It angered him more then anything ever had before.

His hands were trembling and his eyes were blurry with tears. He felt his grip on reality slipping and he knew what he had to do to warn her.

" Rex, what's happening?" She asked. She took a step forward. He pointed  his gun at her again. They had slipped down a little.

" Stay back!!" He Yelled. She did.

He blinked and tears rolled down his face. " F-find him. Find him. Fives. Find him. " he was blinking furiously. That's when everything slipped from his control and he started to fire.

" DIE!!" He yelled.

She dodged his shots and ran forward. She tackled him at his waist and he flew back and his head made contact with the control panel.

They fought her and somehow she managed to get away. He would find her no matter what it took.

After all good soldiers follow orders.
