A/N: this is a Christmas special because Christmas is just around the corner. KateVerse belongs to my friend Orange or CrystalCresentmoon as she is known on here. (Third person)

Jenny was skipping around the house singing. "Dashing through the snow, on a one horse opened sleigh. Something something something, laughing all the way. Ha Ha Ha! I forgot the words, of this fricking song. Why they got to extend the fu**ing song! Oh! Jingle Bells! Jingle Bells! Jingle all the way. Oh what fun it is to ride in a one horse opened sleigh! Oh! Jingle Bells! Jingle Bells! Jingle all the way! Oh what fun it is to ride in a one horse opened sleeeeeeeeeeiiiiiiiiigh!" She sang. (Read it in the tone of Jingle Bells)

"Oh thank god the nightmare is over. My ears will never hear the same way ever again," Dark grumbled as he (being the tallest) reached over to put the star on the tree. "Shut up!" Jenny folded her arms glaring at him. Kate rolled her 'eyes' at them as she was watching a Christmas Special. "Ooh whatcha watching?" Jenny asked, turning to face Kate. "Just a Christmas Special on TV," she explained. "Ah ok," Jenny said as she fumbled with her scarf. No one knows why she even wears it all the time,even in summer. Not even Kate and Dark. "Aaaaaaand done!" Dark exclaimed. "Nice," Jenny said, putting her hands behind her head. "Thank goodness we actually have a tree unlike last year," Kate said, then she narrowed her eyes at the black haired girl. Jenny's shoulders slumped. "I said I was sorry. I couldn't control it at the time," she muttered. Aetherian came stumbling down the stairs, landing at Jenny's feet. "Holy sh* you ok man?" She asked, holding her hand out to help him up. "I'm ok," he replied, taking Jenny's hand. She helped him up and whistled as she walked away to the kitchen. "So what's this Christmas about?" Aetherian asked. Dark tilted his head and looked at Kate. "Care to explain?" He asked. Kate rolled her 'eyes' at him. "Christmas is where people gather with their families and exchange gifts. It's also a time of generosity. We do good deeds and those good deeds pay off by being on the nice list for Santa!" She explained. "Santa?" Aetherian asked. "Santa is this fat, jolly man that comes to everyone's house to drop off presents. Oh and he steals our cookies," Dark explained, yawning. Aetherian shivered. "He sounds kind of scary," he said. Kate glared at him and Jenny yelled from the kitchen, "Ain't nobody gonna steal my homemade cookies!" Kate muttered under her breath, something about Jenny almost burning the cookies and grabbed a mask from the table. "And you are not having this back until Christmas Day," she said, wagging her finger at Dark. Dark groaned at this as Kate walked away to supervise Jenny so she wouldn't try to burn the kitchen down (again).

(Time skip to late afternoon, early evening)

Dark was sitting on the couch, watching the news. Kate was Christmas shopping with Aetherian because she insisted and Jenny was in her room on her phone, claiming that she is just also watching the news but the reality is that she was probably texting a friend of hers. She can be very secretive about things like this. Anyway back to Dark. He felt bored but it was either watching the news or watch another Christmas Special and god forbids that he would suffer through another one. He likes Christmas, don't get him wrong but sometimes he wishes that people would quiet down a little especially around these times because there are barely any people that he has seen that actually do good in their lives. It gets tiring sometimes. The news switched to some Breaking News about the sights of a sleigh crashing and sights of reindeer. Dark's ahoge twitched at this and he turned the volume up. "Nobody knows where and how the reindeers even got here since there have been no sights of them before. On to our live reporter. Spotlight is on you Terry," the man saying the news said. "Thank you Jim. So here we see footprints of the reindeer going to north. I'm still not sure what that means but there has been some speculation on the reindeers trying to return home. That's all I have sadly. Back to you Jim," Terry the news reporter explained. "Thank you Terry. Now we have an animal expert on the line who will explain more," Jim said. The animal expert started to talk but Dark started to zone out, only catching the tidbits of important information. Like how festive the reindeers are and how some have been traveling in small packs. Dark switched the TV off just as Jenny came downstairs. "Saw the news?" She asked and he nodded. Kate kicked the door down yelling, "Guys, there are fricken reindeers here!" "We know," Dark and Jenny said at the same time. "This is very suspicious. There hasn't been reindeers here at all until now. On Christmas Eve," Kate said. "That is odd but what can we do about it?" Jenny asked. Dark shrugged. "Should we go and look for them?" Aetherian asked. "Well it's not like we got anything better to do so why the fu** not?" Kate said. Jenny looked outside and shivered. "It's cold though," she pointed out. "Ugh fine we'll bundle up first," Kate rolled her 'eyes' at Jenny who sticked her tongue out at her.

They all bundled up and went outside to where the reindeer sightings were. There were groups of people already there, watching. Kate and Dark pushed their way through to see the two reindeers there while Jenny and Aetherian stayed back. The two reindeers were indeed festive and were bellowing at the humans surrounding them. "Hey give them some space!" Kate shouted. Some bystanders left the scene while others backed away slowly. Dark tilted his head to study the reindeers from where he was. "Interesting," was all he said. "What? What do you find interesting?" Kate asked. "Wild animals usually avoid humans but these appear to have been raised in captivity," Dark noted. "By who?" "By whom," Dark corrected which caused Kate to mutter "Dipsh*" under her breath. "Well I don't speak reindeer so I don't know," Dark said. "Come on. Let's go check on the other sighting spots," Kate said. They walked back only to see Aetherian standing there looking around. Jenny was nowhere to be found. "Umm Aetherian...where's Jenny?" Kate asked, worried. "I don't know. She was right beside me and now...she's gone!" Aetherian explained, his eyes filling with worry. Dark muttered something bitter under his breath before saying, "Let's go look for her." They went searching for their friend and asked around. Where was Jenny? Well...

Jenny held out her pocket knife, her hands shaking. "Leave the reindeer to us and you'll escape without a scratch," someone said. It was one of those thugs of the Gang clan called Billy Gang. A hilarious name for a not so hilarious gang. How did I get myself into this mess? Jenny thought. She glanced back. Oh yeah. Dam you Rudolph, she thought with a  >:< expression on her face. The reindeer behind her looked at the two thugs with a frightened look in its eyes. She had noticed the reindeer being harassed by the thugs and left Aetherian's side to help out the reindeer. "Looks like you're choosing the hard way little lady," the second thug said. LITTLE?! Jenny snapped. "C-come on guys. It's Christmas Eve," she said. Did I just fu**ing stutter?! She thought shocked. "Yeah and we want a reindeer for Christmas," the second thug said but he got elbowed by his companion. "Shut it. I'm not going to repeat myself. Leave the reindeer be and we'll spare you a few scars," the first one said. Jenny's hand hovered over her left side of her hip, her left hand still holding onto the pocket knife. "I'm warning you that I'm not an easy opponent," she said, slowly gaining more confidence. "We managed to beat a professional boxer one time, I'm sure a little kid like you will be a piece of cake," the second thug said and then he got elbowed by his companion again. "Shut up. Your choice," the first thug said and nodded at his companion who lunged at her. Jenny jumped backwards as the thug landed at her feet. She went into a defensive pose. The reindeer hid behind a trash can as the man bellowed loudly. "Are you trying to make my ears bleed?" Jenny snapped. "Boss this is too hard, I give up," the second thug said. Jenny stared in disbelief as the first thug face palm. "Fine I'll do it myself," he said. Welp..., Jenny thought as she snapped her fingers. A strand of flames appeared and lapped at the second thug's face. He let out a scream and raced back to his companion. "What the hell are you?" He asked. "Hey that's mean," Jenny said, putting her hands on her hips.

There was a 'Thunk' noise and the first thug fell. The second thug looked behind and ran like the devil was chasing him. "Jenny, are you ok?" Kate asked, holding her bat. Jenny did an 'ok' sign. "Oh thank god... WHAT THE HELL WERE YOU THINKING!?" Kate yelled at her. "My ears," Jenny whimpered. Kate continued to scold the smaller individual while Dark stared at the reindeer. "Hey guys, there's a reindeer there," he said, pointing at it. "AND ANOTHER THING- oh really?" Kate asked. Jenny had one hand on the wall, breathing heavily. "I have never been scolded that badly before," she muttered. "Anyway, back to the problem at hand, that's no ordinary reindeer. It has a red nose," Dark pointed out. "Yep...that's Rudolph alright," Jenny explained. "As in the red nose reindeer?" Kate asked. "Yes dumbass," Jenny snapped. Before Kate could yell another insult at her, Dark cleared his throat to get their attention. "Guys, we need to find the reindeers and try to get them back home," he said. "And how do we do that?" Aetherian asked. "I know where the other reindeer are," a voice said. Jenny narrowed her eyes in suspicion while Kate gripped her bat tighter. "Who's there?" Kate asked and the reindeer poked its head out. "Just me, humans," they said. That reindeer sounds male, Kate thought. No dur, Jenny thought, glancing at the orange hoodie girl, knowing what's she was thinking. Well a few snippets.

So the reindeer named Rudolph explained that he can communicate with humans and can tell where the other reindeers were. "I hate to be that one person..." "No you don't." "Shut up Kate. Anyway, how did you get here?" Jenny asked. "We were trying to deliver presents for Christmas but something hit our sleigh and we ended here," Rudolph explained. "But it's not nighttime yet," Jenny said. "Dumbass, in some places it's already nighttime so of course Santa would be delivering presents. Also SANTA IS REAL?!" Kate shouted. Jenny covered her ears again, muttering, "Fu**." "So let's help this reindeer find his friends so they can all deliver the presents in time," Aetherian said. "So we are saving Christmas now?" Dark asked, putting his hands in his pockets. "Sounds like a Christmas Special," Jenny said. "Yep that's basically it," Kate pointed out. "Guys stop breaking the fourth wall," Dark said. "Wait what?" Aetherian asked but nobody answered.

Aaaaaaaaaaanyways, Rudolph basically explained where the rest of them went and the group had to split up, two on two. Kate went with Jenny and Dark went with Aetherian.

(With the girls)

"See anything up there?" Kate asked, holding onto Jenny's ankles. Jenny squinted her eyes to spot the reindeers. "So far nothing," she explained. Kate grumbled something under breath before Jenny yelped, "Holy balls?!" "What what? What is it?" Kate asked. "More people are harassing the reindeers," Jenny said. "Well what are we waiting for? We need to help them out!" Kate said and ran off, unaware that she was still holding onto Jenny, who fell. "Ouch. What the hell Kate?" She shouted and ran after her friend to help the reindeers out.

(With the boys)

Dark let out a sigh. "You see anything?" He asked. "No, c-can you get down from there, it's scaring me," Aetherian said, looking up at the tree where Dark was hanging out. Dark swung his legs around and dropped down from there. "Well I saw nothing as well so let's go look somewhere else," he explained. "R-right!" Aetherian said, nodding sharply. They walked around still looking for the location where the reindeers were. After a while, Dark said, "Hmm did the reindeer even tell us the exact location or did he just gave us the location that he last saw them?" "That I have no idea. Maybe we could shorten the area like cut out unlikely areas that they would be," Aetherian suggested. Dark opened his mouth to say something before bumping into a man wearing bright red clothing. "Ah! I'm sorry," Dark said, jumping backwards quickly. "Oh it's quite alright young man," the man said. "Oh thank god...wait," Dark took a good look at the man. The man had whitish grey hair and a beard of the same color. He was wearing bright red clothes and black shoes. He even looked a bit fat and had rosy cheeks on a face that looked like it was once jolly. "Y-y-you're Santa!" Dark said, his eyes widen. "Santa?" Aetherian asked. "Finally someone that believes me!" Santa said relieved. "Wait what?" Dark asked. Santa explained that everywhere he goes, many people scoffed at him and putting down his claims that he was indeed the real Santa. "How do we know that you are the real Santa?" Dark asked suspiciously. Santa waved his hand and sparkles surrounded Aetherian and lifted him up. He let out a squeak and said, "Put me down please." He was let down slowly. "Ok...I believe you," Dark said. I seen crazier things, he thought. "Can you help me find my sleigh?" Santa asked. "Umm...well we are already searching for your reindeers so...," Dark explained but then heard Kate yelled out, "Hey!" He turned to face the two girls who had reindeers surrounding them. Jenny was feeding a carrot to one and Kate was waving at them. Dark let out a sigh. "Looks like we need to find your sleigh now," he said.

"See anything?" Kate asked. "I can't hold on," Aetherian said, shaking. "*grunt* and I got the worst of it," Dark grunted. "Shut up, I can't concentrate," Jenny snapped. The four of them were holding each other up like a human tower with Dark being at the bottom, Kate and Aetherian around the middle and Jenny at the top. "Why did we even agree on this?" Aetherian asked. "Because Christmas needs our help and because we're nice," Kate said. Jenny huffed and said, "Turn to the left...slowly please. I don't wanna suffer a premature heart attack." Dark slowly turned to his left and the tower wobbled a little. Jenny sweat dropped as it wobbled but calmed down a little when the tower stopped moving.

"See anything?" Kate asked again. "Seriously?" Jenny sighed. "Let's take a breather," Dark said. "Uh-huh problem. How the hell are we supposed to get down from here?" Jenny asked. Then all three of them started to float and flew down onto the snow. Dark stretched and said, "You're welcome." Kate got up and brushed the snow off of her hoodie. She helped Aetherian up and turned to help Jenny up. However Jenny didn't seem to be in the mood of getting up. "Get up," Kate said. "No I'm dead," Jenny said, stubbornly. "No you are not," Kate grabbed Jenny's arm and pulled her up to her feet. "Tch you're no fun," Jenny sighed. "WHERE THE HELL IS THIS SLEIGH!" Dark screamed because he was feeling frustrated. "WHY ARE YOU YELLING!" Kate yelled at him. "THE SUN IS A DEADLY LAZER!" Jenny shouted. They looked at her with a confused look. She stared at them and shrugged. "I thought we were yelling random things," she said. "Guys...?" Aetherian said. "What?" Kate, Dark and Jenny asked. "The sleigh is right there," Aetherian pointed to a bush that was being squashed by the sleigh.

"That was unexpected," Jenny said and Kate and Dark fell backwards anime style.

"So we're saving Christmas because...?" Dark asked. Kate was leading the reindeers to wherever they are going while Jenny was looking at a list and Aetherian was fiddling with something. "I have been delayed and if I went on my own, some people won't be able to get presents and get in the Christmas spirit," Santa explained as he got ready to jump and deliver presents. Dark sank back in the seat, folding his arms. "Remember, Kate you are steering. Aetherian, navigation. Jenny, yell the names of the kids and what house they live in. Dark, toss me the presents and I'll deliver them. Ok? Ok!" Santa said.

And so they did exactly that. Kate kept steady the reindeer, Aetherian did navigation stuff, Jenny was started to lose her voice after yelling so many names and addresses and Dark just yeeted the presents to Santa who delivered them safely. They got dropped off at their own house and Santa waved goodbye at them and flew off on his reindeer. "We had a great adventure today," Aetherian said. "Yeah...welp time to sleep for five years," Jenny rasped and walked back into the house. "I think there will be peace and quiet in the house...at least until Jenny gets her voice back," Kate sighed. The rest of them walked back to the house and saw presents around the tree. "Presents!" Dark cheered. They passed the presents to each other and enjoyed Christmas.

I legit thought it would be shorter and I would have finished a while back but...BOY WAS I WRONG!
