One Shot Destiel

Imagine Dean and Cas getting married......with a twist >:) PS in Castiel's POV

I stared at him in pure admiration. He walked down the aisle and looked more perfect than ever.

The church wasn't actually a church. It was taking place in a field in Lawrence, Kansas with Gabriel as our Priest.

Dean of course insisted on not dressing up, he wore his every day outfit and I wore my beloved trench coat.

He was getting closer now, I could see every detail of his face.

Charlie was smiling happily, Sam looked on with a tear rolling down his face. Bobby walked with Dean, because he was more of a father to Dean than John Winchester ever was. And Balthazar stood next to Sam smirking at me.

I watched as Dean was only a couple of feet away. He slows down, smirked, let go of Bobby, and kicked one foot up in the air then had the other meet it. It reminded me of an Irish dance step.

"Idjit," Bobby muttered as Dean than sassily walked over to me. "He's all your Cas," Bobby says louder earning him chuckles from the 'audience' and a smile from me.

The ceremony went on and I could focus.

I never ever thought that this man would be mine. I believed that I would have to harbor my crush on this man for the rest of my life. Then one day he came out of...I believe Sam called it 'Narnia' and we've been together ever since.

When we were finally legalized to be married anywhere we hopped in Baby and headed out here with Sam, Bobby, and Charlie.

"I love you Dean Winchester. I love you so much. I will always be there for you. Even if I don't have my grace I will do everything in my power to protect...and love you." I vowed.

"Don't get too mushy on me angle." Dean chided before being his vows. "Castiel you assbutt I can never thank you for what you have done for me. I never believed in myself. Never thought I was worth anything. Until the day an angle of God shows faith in me. An fucking angle came and took an interest in me. Me. And that crazy angle taught me to believe in myself. And for that, I love him. I love you Cas." Dean finishes.

"I do believe we all know what happens next," Gabriel says smirking.

"Damn right," Dean says before connecting his lips to mine.

I open my eyes as the memory fades out.

Since that date July 3rd, 2015 I grew closer with Dean, I ended up with my grace back and we adopted a boy, West, and a girl JJ. We were happy for a time. Dean got out of hunting and I pretended to be a human. Life was good.

Then it all went downhill.

"Grab the kids and let's go!" Dean screamed shooting at the creatures that were trying to get inside.

"I can hold them off Dean," I told him West in one hand and JJ in another.

"Hell no," he says, "I need you safe."

"And I you," I replied annoyed at his stubbornness.

"I called Sammy, he's on his way. Grab them and flash them up to heaven and drop them off with Uncle Gabe. Then meet me back here ASAP." Dean says. "NOW!"

I let go of the kids for a second and grab the collar of Dean's jacket pressing our lips in a quick passionate kiss. I poured everything into that kiss because I had a bad feeling about this plan. "Stay safe," I murmured when I pulled away.

"Always," Dean says before shoving me. "Now go!"

Not needed long to be told twice I zap out of there. It was only five minutes. But I had forgotten. Time in heaven moves slower.

"Will Dada be okay?" West asks me before I can leave.

"Of course."

"Promise?" JJ asks her lower lip wobbling.

I knelt down to their level, "Your father and I will be fine little ones. I wouldn't let anything happen to him...or you. Uncle Gab is going to look out for you and I will be back shortly. I love you both." I pull them into a quick group hug.

Then I zapped back to home.

"Dean?" I called out seeing the scattered remains of monsters. "Dean!?" I called out louder as I ran through the house attempting to find my everything.

"Cas! In here!" I heard Sam call out.

I zapped in that direction. "Where is he?" I asked.

"H-hey Cas," I hear him rasp.

"You need to be healed."

"Well I'm not complaining there. Are they safe?" He asked.

"Yes," I answered pressing my hand to his head.

It didn't work.

I tried again. And again. And again. Nothing worked. "W-why isn't it working?" I stuttered.

"Damn it," Dean cursed. "Guess they were right."

"Who were right about what?" I asked confused.

"The dicks. Said you couldn't heal me. Some anti-angle blade thingy they stabbed me with." Dean said. "Guess it's our time huh Sammy?"

Sam smiled sadly at Dean. "Never thought we'd go out that easy."

"Our?" I asked confused before noticing Sam held his gut in. An attempt to keep his guts from pouring out of his stomach. I pressing my fingers against Sam's head. "W-why am I so helpless?" Tears filled my eyes. "The one time I need to save you I can't. W-why me?" I had asked tears pouring out of my eyes.

"It's not your fault. And I expect to see your feathery butt upstairs. Your's, West's, and JJ's. Got that my assbutt?" Dean said holding his hand up to my cheek. His hand cupped it perfectly.

"I got it."

"Goodnight bitch," Dean says clasping Sam's hand.

"Goodnight Jerk," Sam replied grabbing mine and Dean's.

Then their eyes closed for the last time. And Team Free Will became a legend.

"Hurry up!" West called dragging me out of the school parking lot, JJ skipping ahead of us.

"I am coming." I replied trying to keep pace with him.

"We are going to see Dad today right?" West asked narrowing his eyes at me.

"Of course, it is his birthday after all." I said grabbing JJ's hand in my free one.

Then we were standing in The Field in Lawrence, Kansas.

"Daddy!" West called out running over to a figure in a jacket and one too many layers.

"Westie!!" The figure called turning around.

The two met in a hug that melted my heart.

JJ ran over there and hugged her father. The three of them were on the ground hugging for a while when another figure joined us. "Hello Sam," I said acknowledging his presence.

"They're happy." Sam said motioning toward his brother, niece, and nephew who still knelt on the ground in a hug.

"Because we're finally safe." I told honestly. "We're home."

You're welcome.

Lots of Satin-Like Gay Love,
