He sat there on the couch watching his mother move back and forth with her legs moving up and down just like what the show on the tv screen is doing.

Just what is she doing?

Plus the other Pokémon in the room is Braixen whose also moving her legs up and down with her tail swaying side to side.

He didn't know what it was but he starts to get off the couch and hides behind the other couch in the room planning on sneaking up to Braixen tail.

"Braixen...do you do this every other morning..." the female Zoroark pants wincing as she tried lifting her leg as high as it can go.

The fox Pokémon turns to the Zoroark and nods her head at her with a smile.

"Yup come on Ivy lift those legs, I'll help you"

Ivy blush a little gritting her teeth lifting her leg as high up as they can go, even though she's very athletic and does have a curvy slender waist/hips with a big furry bottom, she hasn't really watch exercising videos in awhile or more like train with the exercising videos in some time.

Mostly because work got in the way before she and her mate started a family.

Looking over her shoulder she notice her son was not on the couch and look around for a moment before seeing him poking his head out and slowly walking up behind Braixen ready to pounce.

She smirks before going back to flexing her legs up in the air.

"It's gonna be awhile before I can get my legs back into flexibility mode just like I was at the academy and during the operations I had with my master"

Getting closer and closer he's ready to pounce for nothing will stop him from completing his mission. Taking another step closer Zorro leaps into action and latch onto Braixen fluffy bushy tail.

Her gasp is heard upon feeling something grab onto her tail causing her to put one of her legs down and look over her shoulder to see it was Zorro snuggling his face into her fluffy tail.

"Zorro," She said in surprise moving her tail around and picks him off of it "how did you get there?" She ask holding him in front of her.

"I'm not telling" he said wagging his tail.

"Well can you not do that sweetie, your mother and I need to exercise and I don't want you to get hurt?"

Zorro tilt his head and gently paws at her nose which he saw her smile.

"Can I watch?" He ask wagging his tail.

Before Braixen could answer Ivy wraps her arms around from behind pulling her into a hug.

"Of course you can sweetie" Ivy answer stroking her sons ear while holding Braixen in her her arm.

After a couple minutes of holding Braixen in her arm Zorro is set on the floor and both Ivy and Braixen go back to exercising but Zorro only stay there for a minute cause out of the corner of his eye he saw his father Nox walk by the doorway.

So quickly leaving the room he goes and follows Nox to see where he's going.
