Lily hummed softly as she put her earrings in. Snape had owled her and told her he was going to be taking the weekend with her for that Valentine's Day. She was excited. She's going to go meet him off by their favorite restaurant, everything already set for a splendid night.

She giggled to herself as she dusted some blush on and then got up. Grabbing her purse she made her way out as she waved at the house Elves. Once past the wards she apperated behind their restaurant and made her way to the front.

There she saw Snape looking nervous in a tux, his hair oiled back and his face scrunched up in what looked like nerves. His dark eyes landed on her as she got closer. Making her laugh as he saw her in one of her new dresses.

In was a single red cocktail gown. It reached her knees with spaghetti straps. It was sequined and shimmered in the light like her glossed lips and loving green eyes.

Snape was breathless at the sight of her. He wondered how he got so lucky.

"You ready big guy?" She asked with a huge grin and he couldn't help but reciprocate it with his own grin.

"Of course Darling." He said as held his arm out for her to grab and she did with a natural red blush. Much darker then her own red locks. He loved the flush of her cheeks.

They were given a table and they ate and talked throughout the night. Laughing and gazing at each other as if the world were revolved around only them. Snape loves his Lily, so when he got up and kneeled in front of her, a ring in his hands as he looked up at her and into her green eyes, wide with surprise, it wasn't much of one to the universe when he uttered the words that the mother barely caught. "Would you do me the honors and become my wife?" He asked nervously.

Lily looked from the diamond encrusted ring with awe, before looking at Severus, her heart pulling inside her chest. Tears coming to her eyes as she nodded softly. Barely even noticing she had when she choked out a small, "Yes."

With that Severus Snape, asked the love of his life Lily Jackson, to marry him.

I would like to thank everyone again for reading, as you am an tell I kinda just made up a lot but stayed within it I think. The next book I'm going to try my best to stick closer to the second series, the HoO series. I actually read those even if it's been forever.

Though it probably won't be to a T as I'm more focused on the relationships and everything else because I'm sure most of you already know what happens.
