The morning after, they were all tired as heck and Percy was reeling, he wasn't sure why he was feeling so weird. Maybe it was because he practically told Draco he liked him and they nearly....he blushed and his his head into Draco's chest as he tried to hide his embarrassment from himself.

The canopy's curtain was closed but he could hear the others sleeping. He didn't want to wake them from his torture.

His chest pillow chuckled and he pouted a bit as he moved his head to look up to see Draco smiling in his sleep but Percy knew he was up.

"Don't tell me last night was a dream." He grumbled a little as he pulled Percy closer.

Percy couldn't help but laugh at this. "No, I'm pretty sure it wasn't. You practically fell asleep on me after Victor left." He laughed as Draco tried to sit up way to quickly letting him go a little, but enough that he was able to sit up.

"I fell asleep?" He asked and when Percy nodded he fell back with a large groan. "Dangit." He grumbled.

Rolling his eyes, Percy sat up a bit uncomfortable with the way his clothes tightened when he moved. Realizing he was still in his robes from the Ball. He looked at all the other beds, and noticed Ron and Blaise were also in a bed together not having had changed either. Luna and Neville were in their own bed, and in their pj's. When he glanced towards Hermiones bed, he finds her missing. He wouldn't be surprised if she was given permission to stay with Fleur.

Draco looked at Percy, and he couldn't help but feel that warm feeling in his gut as he looked at the messier boy. His robes were askew and his hair was as marsh as ever, and don't get him started with being able to see the boys toning tan body underneath the white lacey see through shirt because his jacket was open still. Percy looked down at him confused as his stare was kinda hard not to notice.

"Percy...let me take you out tonight. On a date." Draco asked an idea forming slowly in his head came to light.

The sea eyed boy stared at him for a moment, taking in that his own silencer hair was messy and it looked good on him. His silver blue eyes looking at him with a heated but nervous stare. Waiting for his answer. And Percy would most likely give him the answer he wanted.

The boy kissed his cheek and enjoyed the way the pale boys cheeks turned pink before moving away to smirk at him. "Sure Draco. It better be magical."

Draco couldn't help but laugh at this, he would sure give the boy that was his entire world a magical time.

That night Percy was nervous, he was told to dress warmly, so he put a sweater on. Now he waited for Draco who was out past curfew and had taken Harry's invisibility cloak. Why? Well to sneak around of course, but why was there first date, it was a date right? Anyway, why at night?

Percy was just trying to pass the time as he waited, pulling at his sleeves wondering if his outfit was okay. He had help from the girls, Blaise and Neville. His hair was swept to the side, messy as always, skinny blue jeans that he somehow had, a long sleeved black shirt underneath the blue sweater he had. He checked the time with a tempus spell and groaned when it's been nearly a minute since he last checked.

"Ready?" A highly amused and highly invisible Draco asked making the blue sweatered boy jump.

"Don't do that!" Percy helped and turned to the voice a frown in his face as he was indeed still invisible.

"Come on, mad eyed moody is on patrol tonight, and it's said that his eye can see through anything. I'm not taking the chance, even if he's pretty cool using the unforgivable curses in class." Draco pondered as he revealed his head, making Percy highly amused as it looked like his head was floating in mid air. He then opened it more so Percy could step in.

The boy came beside him and Draco wrapped his arm around his waist with a smirk. "This was all part of your plan, hm?" Percy laughed as they started walking.

Draco didn't respond only blushed a light pink as they walked out of the second floor bathroom and started to sneak away. "My dad would kill me knowing I was doing this..." he whispered as they got ready to exit out of the castle.

Percy tried not to laugh, causing him to snort, and for another prefect to nearly catch them. "I bet he would hit you with his cane." He said once they were safe.

"Oh definitely." He said and quickly pulled them into a classroom, Percy against the wall as he himself caught his breath at the position but kept his ears out for the peg laded Professor.

The boy against the wall couldn't process what was going on as he just froze and turned red. This reminded him of last night at the Yule Ball.

Once the coast was clear did Draco look to find a blushing Percy and find how close he was to the boy of his dreams. "Uh...." his eyes flickered to the pink lips that Percy was biting on and he wondered if he should just kiss him...but he sighed instead and pulled away, not yet.

They got outside and this is where Percy laughed, as he was pulled towards the lake. Only to find a picnic cloth nearby under a tree, and quickly Draco took the cloak off and said a spell releasing tiny little lights that started to fly around them bringing a smile to Percy's face. The candles lit themselves soon after, and little treats appeared on the cloth.

Percy couldn't help but find it cliche so he giggled. Then he blushed cause embarrassment clear in his face as Draco smirked at him.

The silver haired boy sat them down and wrapped themselves in blankets and warming charms as they eyed the now very frozen lake as they watched the stars.

"This is nice Draco." Percy said as he snuggled into the boy. Not caring that his breath fogged up in the cold air, he felt warm enough as it is being beside him.

As the seconds passed Percy felt, a shift in the air and he wasn't sure he liked it as he suddenly felt like he was being watched, so he sat up a bit more and looked around, he wasn't sure where from but he knew, they were being watched.

"Percy, you alright?" Draco asked standing up when Percy did as well, the feeling was just getting closer somehow before stopping but the feeling of being watched was still there.

Said boy frowned as he looked around before turning to Draco. "I don't know...maybe I'm being paranoid."

"Well I have something that should help, I was going to wait till it was later so we don't get spotted but it's late enough I guess." Draco said as he went to some bushes and grabbed something from within them as Percy watched on intrigued. "I bet you'll be amazing at this, I'm a amateur at best, but you've always been good on water or in this case ice." With that he showed ice skates and Percy couldn't help but feel excited, putting the other one to the back of his mind for now.

"Really?" He asked as he walked over quickly holding the ones Draco handed to him.

Draco nodded. "The ice went thick last night and through out the day it was cold enough to get even thicker. And with the help of a few spells from the teachers. Perfectly safe skating rink." The boy smirked as he thought of how magical this would be for Percy as well.

Percy quickly put the ice skates on before stepping into the ice. Remembering all the times when his mother would take him out to skate before knowing either of them were wizards. He slid softly forwards and his smile widen as he did so before her abruptly turned to Draco who was stepping on the ice. "This is great!" He said as he let out a laugh he looked down as he saw the soft glow of something and he realized as he made lines it glowed! It was a light purple and he felt it then, that magical feeling and he loved it.

Draco slid over his own lines turning a neon blue. "I think I handed you the wrong pair, I was going to have you have the blue ones." He said sheepishly as he grinned.

Percy chuckled as he shook his head. "It's perfectly fine. Come on!" He said and he started skating all over, swirls and twirls, causing a picture to be drawn on the ice. She it didn't show anything but the lines showed it was done in grace and it gave this feeling, a feeling of contentment. Draco followed close behind in comfortable lines, lazy really as he wasn't as skilled as the boy he was in love with.

Percy laughed as he tagged Draco starting a game between the two till finally Draco caught Percy and they fell on the ice, in the middle of the lake laughing as they laid there uncaring of the world around them.

As they settled the Malfoy heir looked to the side, Percy was there smiling softly as he looked at the stars, faintly glowing purple and blue from the lines under them causing his breath to stop at the sight. Percy was truly beautiful and amazing in his eyes. The boy could destroy the world and he'd follow him head first. He'd do just about anything for the boy.

"Percy....I..." he stopped when those sea blue green eyes landed onto his as once again his breath caught. Was he really going to ask? What if Percy didn't like him that way? What if he ruined their friendship?

Percy raised a brow at Draco before smiling at him showing his sparkling teeth. "Just spit it out already." He laughed when Draco went red.

"Percy, will you be my boyfriend?" He asked after a second hesitation.

Now it was Percy's turn to stop and stare, as he contemplated the pros and cons and all he saw were the pros. He didn't care for the cons, it made him realize that he really did like Draco. More like loved Draco. He blushed as he looked away so he could get his thoughts together...

"Percy?" Draco asked sounding so vulnerable.

"...." Percy said, but it was to quiet for even himself to hear. Draco raised a brow at him before Percy groaned and hid his face. "Yes. I'll be your boyfriend." He said and with that he was tackled by Draco a kiss ending their night, and their first date.

But it was also the start, of an amazing relationship.
