Before Severus could tell Lily about Percy, Narcissa walked in with two children instead of three. "I can't find Draco!" She cried tears in her eyes as she looked at them.

"What? Where could he be?" Lily said worriedly as Harry and Neville were beside her.

"Percy's not in his bed either..." Severus said and that made Lily round on him quicker then a starving dog, eyes wide as fear filled them.

"What?!?" She screamed.

Severus pulled out his wand as his face turned steely. "I'll find him, you take the rest of the kids back home, alright?" He kissed her forehead, before quickly leaving.

Harry then ran out after a minute, his face set just as stony as Severus' was. Lily screaming for him to come back but the port key was already activated and they were gone along with the tent.

He needed to find his little brother, and one of his best friends.

Hours before the attack

Percy was restless, as always, but he just couldn't seem to settle down. He sighed as he sat up in his bed and looked at the time to see it was only 11. He got up and threw his blankets to the side, he shivered a bit as he was only in some shorts. Quickly he put on a tank top and then a fancy robe that was on the bench at the feet of his bed. Then putting on some simple slippers and grabbing his wand he snuck out of his tent.

Coming out he immediately heard the water in the fountain and smiled at the sound as it was calming. He looked to the tent beside him and wondered if he should see if Neville was up. But he decided he didn't want to bother him. Percy then considered Harry, or his Mom. But something seemed to make him go out the tent that housed all of them, and his hearing was assaulted with the cheering of everyone around them who were still celebrating.

Percy smiles at the dancing people, before jumping and refraining from making a sound when a hand was laid on his shoulder, but it was Draco looking smug.

"What are you still doing up?" The silver haired blonde asked as he now stood beside the sleepless boy.

"I should be asking the same." Percy raised a brow.

Draco shrugged. "Couldn't sleep, to much excitement in the air. Besides, my parents are both asleep as well as Luna and Blaise, I didn't want to bother them."

Percy nodded his head. "Same actually." He said softly before looking up at the stars and smiling a bit as a certain constellation seemed to twinkle.

Silver blue eyes watched the silent boy beside him, his own green blue eyes having that sad gleam to them once again. He thought he could keep it away. But this time it was hinted in a slight...happiness and it made him relieved.

Suddenly a thought came to Draco and he smirked devilishly as he suddenly and bravely grabbed Percy's hand and started running straight towards the middle of the celebrating people, Percy laughing as he was dragged away from his thoughts.

His best friend handed him a cup and the two of them drank, though Percy was a bit reluctant do to obvious reasons but he threw those away once he tasted the sweet wine. Besides it was only two cups! It helped him feel bubbly an he giggled as he and Draco danced to the ridiculous folk songs being played around them. They laughed when they tripped, chuckled when one stepped on the other and smiled at each other when they met each other's eyes.

But slowly of course things got quieter and people were falling asleep where they had been drinking and so forth. The music died down like the fires and soon, it was quiet.

Though that didn't stop the two boys from enjoying each other's company.

They were now laying across the log somewhere in the thrall of the tents that were lined around them, one giggling the other pouting.

"Really, your just-" Draco was interrupted by a hiccup that made Percy start giggling once again. "-the most amazing-" hiccup. "-boy I've ever met!" He finished with a cheer though, he was still pouting.

The boy he was talking about covered his mouth as he tried to stop his giggling but he just couldn't stop. "Silly..." was all he said with that big smile that made Draco stare as the lips went down to form a confused frown at his staring.

Draco, feeling brave crawled over to Percy before causing the boy to lean back with wide eyed, though even more confused as he stopped mere inches from him. "I mean it Sea Flower...." He said and with that smashed his lips to Percy's, making the boy make a noise of surprise.

Pale hands ran up Percy's chest making the boy shiver as he moved his own lips into the kiss, the very sloppy drunk kiss that he was sure they'd remember later. Finally the hands came to rest on his cheeks, and he put his own hands on the wrist of the hands with a noise as Draco stopped kissing, to look directly in his eyes.

"You're the most amazing person I have ever met, don't you ever forget that." He said and their lips met once more.

Percy smiles, he wasn't as drunk as Draco, but he was still buzzed, but he was now buzzing in a new way as he giggles when they pull apart again. The buzzing was happiness. He was Happy.

The boys fell asleep where they were, enjoying their peace together, cuddling close to one another as if they weren't close enough.

Screaming, that's what woke the two up, that and the deafening noises followed by the shaking of the earth as well. Percy was immediately up and shaking Draco as his eyes landed on the tents on fire not that far from them.

"Draco!" He yelled panic in his voice that made the boy he was calling to jump into action and look around.

Draco stood up nearly throwing up as the blood rushed through his head, he then grabbed Percy who was looking off to where men were pointing wands at the tents. "Come on Percy!" He yelled as he started to have them run away.

They were lost, they couldn't find anything, or their own tents as everything was on fire and the black smog was getting to their lungs.

"What's going on?!" Percy yelled in fright as he heard someone scream bloody murder nearby.

"I...don't....I don't know!" Draco said freaking out as they stopped and started looking around frantically.

Percy was about to suggest they keep going when the largest explosion ever happened near to them and made them fly in the air and Percy had a moment of thinking that Zeus would smite him because if it. When he landed, he didn't feel anything at first more worried about Draco and why he couldn't hear anymore. Before things rushed at him and made him disoriented. He screamed at the sudden pain and groaned as he looked down see someone's stake for their tent, in his thigh. "Well that's lovely..." he breathed out. He gasped softly as he tried to move. "Oh you've got to be kidding me...my luck sucks."

"Percy!" He heard Draco hell out and the pounding of running feet. "Oh Merlin! I'm so sorry, I shouldn't have stopped us..." he freaked as he tried to figure out what to do.

"Draco, shush..." Percy groaned as he sat up. "Now," He says as he rips up his silk robe. "Wrap this tightly around it as soon as I pull it out you hear?" He said as his heart picked up in rate as he quickly thought over the pros and cons of what he was about to do.

"Aren't you supposed to keep it in to stop the bleeding?" Draco asked as he took the thick scrap of silk.

Wincing as he gingerly took the hilt of it he stared into Draco's eyes. "Well, Yeah, but if we want to move faster and without tearing my leg up, I suggest removing it." Percy pointed out the ever growing fire.

Draco nodded to himself as he got the silk ready. "Right...whenever your ready." He said looking paler then ever before.

Gulping, Percy closed his eyes and quickly, yet ever so carefully pulled the stake out with a startled scream. He laid back and whimpered as Draco quickly wrapped it tightly. "Help me up..." Percy said after a moment. The heat warning him they were still in danger.

As Draco helped him up a strange sound that sounded almost as wheezy inhaling was heard and they looked up, eyes going wide as the death mark glowed bright green within in the dark clouds of the sky.

They then quickly walked off, one holding the limping one towards safety.

Okay this sucked just the tiniest bit, man I'm horrible with action. I need to learn how to do action scenes better. Sheesh
