(3rd Person)

As the train came into town, everyone was instantly ushered off by what seemed like the authorities of the town, they gathered everyone outside including the Fairy Tail members with (Y/N) carrying Natsu and Erza whereas Lucy was left with Cana who kept snoring with a bubble coming out of her nose much to (Y/N)'s growing amusement.

Lucy: They're taking this very seriously, aren't they?

(Y/N): What did ya expect Sweetheart? From what's happened these past few days, the authorities have to be on guard, you never know when a dark guild will take over another train, steal another forbidden living object or potentially try to kill all the guildmasters again... also maybe because the Prince of Fiore was also on the train when the 'assassin' attacked.

Lucy: Assassin?

(Y/N): She may be a part of the Kingdom of Fiore... but no outsider has ever met them, or the Big Three... now Sweetheart, where to first?

Athena: Why are you asking her?

(Y/N): I just wanted to give her a chance to impress me Athena, give her a break, she's doing her best to charm me!

Athena: Ugh... I should've known...

Lucy: W-w-what!? Impress you!? Yeah right!!

(Y/N): Ah, come on now Sweetheart, everyone's ok with a Tsundere, just don't go too overboard or you make it way too obvious how you feel!

Lucy: I'm not... no I... ugh!!! I think we should just go find a hotel, and I'm sure there'll be one with a sign somewhere!

She instantly started stomping off, (Y/N) chuckling and Athena sighing while shaking her head before the two followed after... is what they would've liked to do, unfortunately, (Y/N) forgot what he did a little while ago.

Random citizen: Hey! Isn't that... (Y/N)? The Prince?

Instantly the two froze, turning back only to see the crowd with eyes shining, both male and female saw (Y/N)'s blinking and confused face as he stared back them, Athena then chuckled in amusement patting her student on the back before taking Natsu and Erza from his shoulders.

Athena: Welp, good luck with your... adoring audience.

(Y/N): Hehehe... Athena, Athena... did you forget already? I'm not some submissive protagonist who accepts any impending doom his way, I may love showing off to people, but even I know when to split!

At that, (Y/N) started floating upward much to everyone's confusion, that was until Athena shook her head from seeing Nos' head pop out from underneath his shirt revealing the flying partner summon to be responsible for this phenomenon.

Athena sighed, about to head off since it seemed her plan to leave (Y/N) behind failed...

Random citizen: Hang on! Isn't that Athena!?

Athena: Ah crap...

(Timeskip)

Lucy, (Y/N), Happy and Cana were the ones who made it to the hotel safely, Cana currently slept on the bed of the room while Lucy relaxed on the second bed with Happy sitting near the window and (Y/N) swinging his bo staff around his body constantly, going past one side of his body to the other with a bored look on his face.

(Y/N): Could've sworn Athena was right behind me...

Lucy: Ugh! Why didn't you wait behind for her!?

(Y/N): I'm not a babysitter Sweetheart, besides, I'd much rather share a room with you and Drunkie than Athena, at least I got two good looking women to stare at to pass the time.

With the cocky smirk as well, Lucy turned away with her face almost exploding in red while she kept a pout on her face, Cana snored slightly but giggled and smiled when she heard (Y/N)'s comment before rolling over, grabbing a hold of the pillow and bringing it close to her.

Cana: Well... I'd think... you deserve... a reward... for such nice words...

Her mumbling sleep talking was only adding fuel to (Y/N)'s teasing as he chuckled upon seeing her start to kiss the pillow as if it was a normal person.

(Y/N): Wonder who is handsome enough for her to just start kissing like that? I really can't think of anyone, can you Sweetheart?

Lucy scoffed at seeing (Y/N) wiggle his eyebrows at her while growing a smirk, she turned with her arms crossed and looking out the window.

Lucy: It's not like you're the only man in the guild idiot...

(Y/N): Ah come on Sweetheart, you're trying to tell me she's going to kiss someone else's face? Natsu the hothead? Ice Cube the nudist? Muscles the manliness complex?

Lucy: Muscles? Really? That's the nickname you came up with?

(Y/N): Yep! What else would you call Muscles?

Lucy: Hang on... you gave the females cute or complimentary nicknames but the males degrading ones?

(Y/N): Awww... so you admit your nickname's cute Sweetheart?

Lucy: No!

And with that, Lucy refused to talk to (Y/N) who simply chuckled turning towards the door and opening it in time for Athena to stumble through with the unconscious Natsu and Erza falling onto the floor.

(Y/N): Yeowch, the crowd really messed you up huh Athena? Oh, good thing I got out of there in time, I'm so sorry I couldn't take you!

Athena: Alright! I get it! I shouldn't have tried to leave you to those... savages, I swear one of them even tried to tear my clothes off...

(Y/N): Hehehe... the locals can be so funny sometimes.

In a fit of rage, Athena grabbed the boy by his collar, shaking him furiously while Lucy looked on with a deadpan expression since (Y/N) just kept his cocky smirk on his face as Athena kept swearing, throwing death threats and promises of pain his way all the while (Y/N) just looked like normal.

Natsu: Ugh... are we off the train?

Erza: Did... did I pass out?

Cana: You're... so... good...

Lucy turned to see Cana still asleep and... still holding the pillow whereas Natsu and Erza were now waking up, rubbing their heads at the same time before they too grew deadpan expressions at the scenes before them: Cana making out with a pillow, (Y/N) smirking as Athena kept shaking him with the fires of hell behind her eyes and Lucy just looking like she'd just seen the end of the world.

Erza: What... happened?

Lucy: Oh... one of those 'Elite Four' guys boarded the train, attacked us while you three were knocked out, (Y/N) and Athena had to fight her and get this: she actually managed to injure (Y/N)...

That last sentence alone caused Cana's eyes to snap open and Erza to immediately and without fear push Athena out of the way and grab (Y/N)'s shirt. (Y/N) let out a hum of confusion before he realised that Erza had suddenly lifted his shirt to reveal his chiselled chest and stomach, in the background, Lucy fell backwards with a small amount of blood exploding out of her nose, Cana merely got stars in her eyes while sneaking closer.

Erza's face almost exploded into a blush, however she quickly composed herself and spotted the dripping of blood from behind (Y/N), she manoeuvred around, seeing the hole in his back, Erza instantly went wide-eyed and then roughly placed (Y/N) on her shoulder.

Erza: I shall make sure the nearby doctors treat this as the most serious injury in their lives, otherwise I might have to... convince them.

Athena: Hold your horses, redhead, it's only a small stab wound, he can easily get over that, look, I got practically the same wound from Aki and I've temporarily solved it.

Athena showed the wound that was covered in part of her ripped off shirt, however that instantly got Erza to just frown and take the woman by surprise when she was suddenly lifted onto her other shoulder.

Erza: I will not allow two of my guildmates to go out into the world with bounties on their heads and wounds on their bodies...

(Y/N): Beautiful, as much as I love you, could you please let us down?

Lucy and Cana shot up at hearing that, Erza couldn't help it anymore as her face went bright red, dropping the two injured on the floor and quickly turning towards the wall, rubbing circles with her finger on it and muttering away which made the other two girls blink in confusion. (Y/N) huffed in amusement, then held his hand out... and to Athena's relief she saw a familiar soul partner crawl from under (Y/N)'s shirt and onto his hand.

Athena: Of course... how could I forget Chwe?

Chwe: Hello Boss' mentor! If I've been called, that probably means someone's in need of a good fixing up, right Boss?

(Y/N): That's right, Chwe, it's an easy job for you though, right? Two small wounds from a simple knife, sound good?

Chwe: Right away Boss! Might I say though, you look even more awesome than normal!!!

(Y/N): Damn right I look more awesome!

Athena: Oh and Chwe? Can you please hurry it up? Aki from the Elite Four is currently hunting us down and we need to get to Mermaid Heel as soon as possible.

Chwe: Aki!? Oh man... that's not good Boss, does anyone else from my place know, Boss?

(Y/N): Just Gwen, though I did summon Cyf, but I think he was way too tired to understand why he was there.

Chwe: Alright! After this quick healing session, I'll tell everyone!

(Y/N) nodded in agreement and watched as Chwe started scuttling to his back, ready to heal his injuries.

(Timeskip)

All of the Fairy Tail group exited the hotel, it was time to head to the Mermaid Heel guild... of course, they had to brief Natsu on the subject considering he was the first to be knocked out and therefore had the least idea of what was happening, Athena left that job to Happy since he was always good at explanations when you needed one.

Erza: Mermaid Heel... I heard that there was someone who has some kind of resentment against me there...

Her voice became low, something that didn't usually happen with Erza and that made (Y/N) turn to her with a look of concern on his face, he was instantly cut off however when he spotted someone watching them from a rooftop, he could easily see the sun shining off their bald head... he slowly turned his eyes to Athena who seemed to have noticed as well.

Athena: She's very persistent, however, she knows better than to make a scene, if somehow her identity were to be revealed in a public area, there would be a controversy about the King attempting to assassinate his son.

(Y/N): My old man's not trying to kill me.

Athena: And that's information only we know about, trust me, as long as people are unaware of both her real intentions and real identity, she can't attack in a public area.

With that thought in mind, the two continued to walk in silence... Erza still had a gloomy look on her face as they approached the Mermaid Heel guild. Natsu however, with his wide smile of determination just got a new goal from hearing about Mermaid Heel from Happy. Surprising almost everyone, he suddenly slammed his fist into his open palm, some flames coming off his attack.

Natsu: So... if they're a girls-only guild, they have to be the strongest girls in the land, right?

Cana: Natsu... don't think about starting a fight with them, for all our sakes.

Athena: The strongest females in the land huh? Well... you're not the first to state that for them, but trust me, there are a lot more females stronger than them out there. One of them is in your presence for example. Then, there's the female members of the Elite Four: Aki, Remy and Elanor.

Lucy: There's only one guy in the Elite Four?

(Y/N): My old man originally hired them as maids for the castle... but, he immediately got them as part of the Elite Four once they showed their skills in battle... or outside of battle.

Erza: Outside of battle?

Athena: Not all of the Elite Four are fighters, in fact, only three of them fight, the one who doesn't fight shouldn't be underestimated though... even if she doesn't wish to fight... she's still dangerous.

Cana: You also mentioned a 'Big Three', who are those guys.

At that, Athena stopped in her tracks while (Y/N) chuckled in amusement, his bo staff still over his right shoulder while he gave everyone a smirk.

(Y/N): Just like with the Elite Four, they're pretty powerful. Only thing Athena and I have an advantage over them is our magic: mine's able to make every attack phase right through me and Athena's basically makes her a God if she wanted.

Athena: The Big Three... three opponents I hope to never face in combat. They've been around the longest, and... they've never tasted defeat.

Natsu: They've never lost!? Oh hell yeah! Now that sounds like a challenge for me!

Lucy: Don't go picking fights, moron!

Lucy slammed her fist into Natsu's head, making him fall to the floor while Happy immediately checked on him.

Athena: They'e not important, by the time we make it to the Palace we should only be dealing with the Elite Four, and...

(Y/N): Athena had a really bad experience with them once...

Erza: What happened?

(Y/N): She challenged all three of them... let's just say she lost so bad she was scarred for life.

Athena didn't answer to that, she instead walked forward making (Y/N) sigh and turn to see Aki had disappeared from the rooftop she was previously on.

(Y/N): We better go, won't be long till Aki gets us alone... then I can kick her ass again!

The girls sighed, shaking their heads from seeing (Y/N) walk off still with that cocky grin and Natsu just pulling his face out of the ground and catch up with them. After a few minutes of walking, everybody finally stood outside the massive building with the guildmark on top.

Athena: Well... here we are...

(Y/N): You reckon she's still mad at me?

The girls grew confused looks at that sentence, Athena meanwhile just rolled her eyes.

Athena: You left the guild the day she was about to profess her love to you, what do you think?

(Y/N): I think she'll forgive me easily and jump right into my arms!

Athena: Idiot...

Gwen: Idiot...

(Y/N) laughed joyfully at that, and then... the Fairy Tail members walked towards the doors with Athena gripping the handle... and then pushing it open.

???: YOU!!!!

Everyone jumped when they heard the loud voice, and to everyone's surprise saw someone charging right for... (Y/N)...

(Y/N): Well... this is an interesting welcome...

Hopefully you'll see why they were assigned to a special group of the Kingdom of Fiore!
