"Owww." Tim groans as Adam takes him by the hand as they walk into the zoo.

"What's wrong?" Adam asks quietly.

"That's my bruised hand." Tim answers with a slight smile as he pulls his hand out of Adam's.

"Oh, sorry." Adam giggles and moves to the other side. "Maybe you'll think twice before hitting someone next time."

"He deserved it." Tim shrugs.

"Honestly, yeah, he did." Adam says as he takes Tim's other hand. "But he got you mad enough to forget your fear of heights."

"That was probably his plan. Eddie has always known the right buttons to push to piss me off. To push me into doing something out of my comfort zone." Tim says with a smile. "But, I always get him back. It's just something that we've always done."

"So, he's probably expecting you to do something." Adam nods.

"Yep, he just doesn't know when, where or how." Tim smirks. "But I do."

Tim couldn't help but laugh at Avi. He was like a kid in a candy store. Running from one side of the path to the other, pulling Kirstie along with him. Overly excited about the animals he was seeing.

"Avi, will you calm down." Kirstie says as she tries to keep up with him. "You'd think that you've never been to a zoo before."

"I haven't." Avi replies.

"You mean to tell me that you've traveled all over the country and you've never taken the time to go to a zoo?" Austin asks.

"Yep, that's what I'm saying. I was too busy trying to catch the eye of a certain tall, dark and handsome competitor." Avi grins as he gives Tim an over-dramatic wink.

Tim shakes his head and rolls his eyes.

"WHOA!!! THERES THE ELEPHANTS!!" Avi suddenly yells with excitement. "Can we feed them?"

"There's a stand right over there where you can buy stuff to feed the animals." Chance answers as he points.

"Give me some money, Timbo. I want to feed the elephants." Avi says as he holds out his hand.

"Seriously?" Tim asks as he looks down at Avi's hand. "Did I take you to raise?"

"Uh huh." Avi smiles sweetly and bats his eyes.

"Geez." Tim says as he reaches for his wallet.

"You have to teach me your technique, Avi." Adam chuckles.

"What technique?" Avi asks as he waits for some money.

"On how to get your way with this guy." Adam laughs as he slips his arm around his husband's waist.

"Lover Boy, you get your way with me all the time." Tim smirks as he hands Avi a hundred dollar bill.

Adam smiles as he bites his bottom lip, laying his head on his lover's shoulder.

"Wow!! A hundred dollars? Just how expensive are the d*mn peanuts here?" Avi asks, his eyes widening.

"That's to keep your ass away from me." Tim says. "Go play."

They wait as Avi runs away to buy some peanuts.

"Kirstie?" Tim says as he watches Avi waiting in line at the peanut stand like an excited child. 

"Yeah?" She answers, looking around at the hitman.

"If my prayers reach past the ceiling, I'll pray for you tonight." Tim says in a serious tone.

"Thank you, I need all the prayers I can get." She says with a giggle.

"We would pick the hottest day in history to come to the zoo." Eddie says as he wipes the sweat from his forehead.

"It is rather warm." Tim nods. "I think we need to find somewhere to get something to drink. I'm so thirsty I could fart dust."

Esther pulls out the zoo map.

"Let's see." She says as she looks around to see where they were so she could find their location on the map. "So, we're here." She points to the map. "There's a place right around the corner up here to get something to drink."

"Sounds good. Let's go." Tim takes Adam by the hand and leads the way.

"Esther, can I see the map?" Tim asks as they sit under a pavilion, cooling off with something to drink.

"Sure." She answers, pulling it from her bag.

"Okay, let's see here." Tim says as he spreads the map out on the table. He adjusts his glasses as he looks over the map. He was looking for one specific thing. "This place is huge. We haven't even made it half-way through yet."

"We could check out some of the buildings. It would help us cool off some." Chris suggests.

"Yeah, that's what I was thinking." Tim nods as he continues to look over the map.

"They got a bathroom here?" Avi asks, looking around.

"You read my mind, Avi?" Eddie chuckles. "Let's go see if we can find one."

Several gets up from the table and go to search for the restrooms.

"Got it." Tim says with a slightly evil smile as he points to a place on the map.

Adam looks over his shoulder to see what building he was pointing to.

"The Arachnid House?" Adam asks.

"Yep." Tim smiles as he folds up the map and hands it back to a smiling Esther.

"Since when did you get a fascination with spiders?" Adam asks with a puzzled look.

"I don't. But I'm not scared of them either." Tim says with a smirk on his face.

Adam gives him a strange look before he happened to think of the conversation that Tim and Esther had. A smile begins to grow on the blonde's face.

"Oh, you evil, evil man." Adam smiles as he leans in kissing his husband softly.

"Yep, payback time for the man of steel." Tim says quietly as he sees the others coming back from the restroom.

Tim and Adam take their turn heading to the restroom while the others clean up their table, throwing away their trash.

"Where to now?" Chance asks as he takes Austin's hand.

"Well, Chris suggested that we check out whats in the buildings." Tim says. "Hopefully, they're air-conditioned."

They went through several buildings including The Amphibian House, The Reptile House and The Creatures of the Night House.

Esther did her job at distracting Eddie so he would just follow the others, not paying any attention to what attractions they were going to.

Adam gently squeezes his husband's hand as they walk up to the Arachnid House. Tim opens the door for the others to walk in.

"Having fun, Big Guy?" Tim asks with a raised brow as Eddie and Esther start to walk by him.

"I'm having a blast." Eddie says with a smile as Esther leads him inside.

"Yeah, well, that's fixen to change." Tim mumbles as he and Adam walk in behind them.

"Oh, hell, no." Eddie says as he stops in his tracks causing Tim to bump into him.

"Good afternoon, folks." An employee greets them at the door. In his hand, he held a tarantula.

"Wow! How cool is that!" Austin says as he sees the large spider. "Can we touch it?"

"Sure, you can even hold it if you'd like." The employee says as he hands the spider to Austin.

Tim smiles. Everyone, unknowingly, was doing their part. Each one took their turn at holding the spider. Some was a little nervous in doing so but they did it anyway.

Tim takes the spider from Adam as the employee tells them everything about the large spider. Tim glances up at Eddie as he let the spider crawl calmly from one hand to the other. There was pure fear in the muscle man's eyes.

"Your turn." Tim says as he held the spider out to Eddie.

"No! Uh, no thanks." Eddie says, shaking his head as he backs away from the hairy creature.

"What's wrong, Superman? Scared of a little spider?" Tim asks with a smirk on his face.
