Before I start, I just want to let you all know that I have a HUGE project that started last week and will last until December (we call it a Defence) and it's a REALLY big part of my grade for ALL of my core classes (not including AP) and it will be a very stressful time for me. Last year, the entire grade (10th grade- I was in 9th at the time) failed the defense and had to redo it- it was that hard (and strict). The presentation in total will last an hour (including comments from teachers) so I need to mentally prepare myself that that as well.

And because I've been busy lately, I wanted to say thank you for being patient as I write out the next update- as well as all the support you have given me.

"(Y/n), come with me," Jack said as he held his hand out to the young girl clinging to Optimus's ped like a coala.

"But I don't want him to leave! He can't!" (Y/n) cried out as she cling harder onto Optimus plating.

"(Y/n), he has to go. He needs to do this to make sure Earth is safe," Jack tried to coax. But it only became fruitless as the young girl only started to tear up. I mean, who wouldn't?

He father was about to enter unicrons core.

And what made it worse, was that he was going along side Megatron (who silently stared at her).

She was terrified of the idea that he wouldn't return for a long time or worse- perish.

"(Y/n), please. Let him go- he'll be back soon. You don't have to worry," Jack said as he gently tugged the girls wrist.

She only clung onto Optimus harder which made Jack sigh and step back.

"(Y/n)," Came the baritone voice of her father. Looking up, (Y/n) could see Optimus looking back down at her before carefully leaning down to her height. "I will return soon. There is no reason to fret my child,"

Optimus then gently placed a servo around her and pulled her close- giving his own version of a hug.

"I will see you soon (Y/n),"

And with those parting words from her father, he stood up and exited out of the groundbridge alongside everyone else (but Ratchet).

The young child continued to stare at the powered down bridge before turning her head to the side where Jack stood.

"Come on (Y/n)," Jack softly spoke out- extending a hand to her. "Why don't we..play a game while we wait for them to come back?"

Some time has passed as both Jack and (Y/n) became lost in the world of gaming.

Both of them not minding the tense silence of the base and Ratchets voice communicating with the others (via comm. link) as they only listened to the sound the TV made during the children's gameplay.

"Hey (Y/n)," Jack spoke up as he suddenly paused the racing game.

"Jaaaaackk," (Y/n) whined- but not to loudly as to bother Ratchet. "I was going to beat you!"

"Heh heh ok (Y/n), sure you were," Jack teased as (Y/n) playfully punched Jack on the shoulder. "Anyway, are you hungry? I brought some snacks and drinks if you want anything,"

(Y/n) then gasped as she quickly neared Jacks side- who picked up his backpack from the ground.

"Do you have (junk food)? And maybe (drink)?" (Y/n) curiously asked as she bounced from foot to foot in excitement.

"You're in luck (Y/n)," Jack said as he took out the said items and passed them onto the excited child. "Here,"

With a quick thank you, (Y/n) quickly grabbed the items and sat down next to Jack on the couch.

"Wanna watch TV?" Jack asked as he changed the input from HDMI 1 to TV on the television.

(I'm using my TV as an example. I know this won't make sense to everyone-don't worry)

"Yeah! Let's watch (kids show)!" (Y/n) suggested as Jack simply nodded his head and changed the TV to the appropriate channel.

And for the remaining time, (Y/n) and Jack continued to watch TV, eat junk food and drink a variety of drinks.

Only then, when the sound of the groundbridge activating was heard, the two children began to move.

(Y/n) rushed to the edge of the railing to see the whirling portal and the appearing forms of Team Prime.

They have returned.

"You better take care of my dad or I'm gonna hunt you down and kick your ass!!"

"(Y/N)!"

"Quite the tongue she has for a child..." Megatron murmured almost silently.

Blooper 3

"Hey (Y/n)," Jack spoke up as he suddenly paused the racing game.

"Jaaaaackk," (Y/n) whined- but not to loudly as to bother Ratchet. "I was just about to kick your ass for the 50th time!"

"(Y/n)!" Jack exclaimed in shock at the child's profanity. "W-Where did you even learn that kind of language?!"

"From one of your other games. I think it was called 'Girls Gone Wild'? I was only able to read a bit of the description before I became distracted with something else,"

Nothing could compare to the mortification on Jacks face as he heard the child's explanation.

"Now that I think about it," (Y/n) mumble before looking up at Jack. "Can we play it? It seemed really pretty with that girl on the cover with only a towel and her dress and other clothes everywhere. Wait, is it a dress up game?"

A screech was then heard from the entry way of the corridors.

Everyone snapped their heads (and helms) towards towards the source of the screech to see Miko in her knees and grasping the area where her heart would be.

"It's so touching! It's too cute!" She screamed out.

"Did someone say 'too cute'?!" Came a shrill voice.

And out from behind Miko, popped a curly blond haired girl with wide green eyes and was wearing a very pink victorian frilly dress.

"Oh! This scene is simply too cute!!" She said as her eyes practically had stars in them and her voice rising to the point of practically breaking. Yeah, it was that high/squeaky.

"Uh...who are you?..."

"Oh! Silly me! Wrong fandom!"

They have returned.

(Y/n) quickly got up and ran down the stairs and to Ratchets side- who glanced at her for a brief moment before looking at the returning bots.

The young child stared up at all the returning team- looking for one certain individual.

Only, the returning Autobots avoided eye contact with the child and walked pass her, not saying a single peep.

"W..where's my dad?.."

And no reply was given.

"Where Optimus?" Ratchet practically demanded as he shifted beside the worried child- who now began to panic.

"Close the bridge Ratchet. No one else is coming through," Arcee spoke up as she looked away.

And with that, (Y/n) heart shattered into a million pieces with those words as the sound of the bridge closing was heard- and her father nowhere to be seen.

And in a shaky broken voice, she uttered out one, sole word.

"P-Papa...."
