"(Y/n), I know that's not all that happened. I want to help you. It hurts when I see you like this,"

"Come here," Arcee said soothingly as she gently picked up the softly weeping child and held her close to her frame.

"Shhh it's alright (Y/n), just take your time. There's no need to rush,"

There in Arcee's quarters, (Y/n) was being held gently against Arcee's frame while she (Arcee) sat on her berth.

The soft glowing light that came from Arcee's monitor was the only thing that lit the room as the console hummed gently.

"They pushed m-my books down and blamed me f-for something I didn't do and I got in trouble with the teacher," (Y/n) finally admitted. While this may have seen like it's not much, for a girl her age and grade, her emotions were rather tender.

"(Y/n), I want you to be safe. You mean a lot to me so tomorrow, I am going to go to your school and speak with your teacher- as well as the two kids parents. Alright?"

(Y/n) merely slumped and silently nodded her head- putting all of her trust in Arcee for what was to come the next day.

"Hello. I am the guardian of (Y/n). Are you two the parents of James and Colie?" Arcee asked as she stood in her holoform in front of two other ladies who paused their chat.

For that day, Arcee offered to drop (Y/n) off at school in which she received approval but with a raised optic ridge from Optimus.

"Yes hello, I'm the mother of Colie. My name is Sasha," One of the mothers said as she lent out a hand toward Arcee- who in turn, did not hesitate to place her own hand out and shake Sasha's. All the while (Y/n) quietly stood behind Arcee's leg- shying away at the two mothers.

"And I'm Carla, mother of James. Nice to meet you," The other mother spoke up as she too, presented her hand which Arcee shook in greeting.

"Was there something you needed?" The mother of James asked curiously.

"I don't mean to come of blunt and rude," Arcee started. "But are you aware that your child has been bullying my own?"

Both mothers looked at Arcee is shock and silence.

"James and Colie have pushed (Y/n)'s books down and got her into trouble for something that she did not do. I thought it would be best that I confront you about this,"

Both mothers then looked a bit upset as they opened their mouths and called their child over.

Both child's raced over to their mother and looked up at them expectantly- only casting a glance at (Y/n).

"Do you two want to explain to us about you bullying a classmate?" Sasha said as she placed a hand on her hip as she also leaned on her leg.

"What do you mean? We didn't bully anyone!" Colie said. James, who stood right beside her nodded his head in agreement.

"Is that so?" Carla said. She then turned to look at Arcee. "I don't want to say that you are lying or anything, but do you have any prof of this happening?"

Arced remained silent. No, she did not have any prof that she could show. There were no bruises on (Y/n) and the teacher obviously thought she was in the wrong so that won't be any help...so what could she do?

"Yes you did!" A sudden shout of a boys voice came from behind both Arcee and (Y/n).

Turning to see who it was, (Y/n) immediately recognized him.

It was Cade. One of (Y/n) friends. Oh, he's also James adopted brother.

"I saw you push her!" He shouted angrily as he walked forward to stand by (Y/n)'s side. "And you also got her in trouble for something you did! Stop lying to mom!"

"James!" Carla snapped as she turned her head towards James who avoided eye contact.

"Colie, I expected better from you," Sasha scolded. "Much, better. We are going to have a long talk when you get home after school,"

"That goes for the same to you James," Carla said before she turned to Arcee and (Y/n) "I'm very sorry for my child's actions. He was clearly in the wrong,"

"I apologize for my child's actions as well," Sasha inputted as well. "What Colie did was not acceptable. I hope you can forgive us- and we'll also talk to the teacher about this as well,"

Arcee nodded her head- well at least she didn't have to talk to the teacher. "As long as they don't try to bully (Y/n) again and learnt their lessons,"

Both mothers have a curt nod before giving their children a pointed look and leaving.

"So, how did school go today?"

"It was great! Cade and me played games and Colie and James didn't bother me!"

"That's good to hear. Just let me know if they start bullying you again and I'll deal with them," Arcee said as she walked by (Y/n)'s side in her holoform. She placed a hand on the girls head- lightly combing her hair away from her face which received a bright smile in return.

"I will!"
