GEMMA POV

In the early afternoon, I was at Pierre studio taking a Photoshop for his next cover 'black love'. it was scheduled to be release during the Christmas period. Showcasing a set of black Christmas love to the globe!

"Gemma look here!" Pierre screams at me as I put on a new pose.

"oh my god you're a goodness Gemma" he says as I chuckle this time.

"I think you're had enough pictures Pierre" I said feeling exhausted.

"I can stare at you for hours" he says dropping his black camera to glare at me with huge brown eyes.

"Gemma you have to check the new collection and still get ready for the premiere tonight" Amelia my best friend and my personal assistant says in her high pitch voice.

"oh that's right" I said slightly missing Pierre already feeling the exhaustion wear out.

"Don't worry you can always come back, when you have time" Pierre says calmly.

That's the thing I never have time!

"Sure thing Pierre" I said gathering my stuffs and giving him a hug before my departure.

Strolling out of the glass automatic doors, the usual reporters and journalists trying to get my attention but kept a safe distance because of my hefty bodyguards beside me.

"Gemma over here!" they all scream my name as I walk elegantly to the red SUV car in front of me.

Oh how rude of me, hey little fela I forgot to introduce myself. I'm Gemma Loxley and I'm famous! I'm a fashion model, designer and actress. I'm happily wedded to the love of my life, carter Loxley. I know you're wondering where he his but his out on a business trip coming back very soon. I'm obviously beautiful and have a very busy schedule to attend to so please if you don't mind, I have to go.....

Entering into the cool aired car. Amelia filled me up of my activities as I check my social media. By social media I mean instagram, scrolling through random reels when my notification pooped on with a ding sound. Curious to know what was it? I tapped on I and I saw loads of pictures of me earlier outside. I wasn't surprised but what caught my eyes was the caption under it.......

'You all know the little Miss perfect Gemma but what do you really know about her? She doesn't answer reporters, doesn't do interviews so what do we know? Care to answer Gemma?'

I scoffed at this. This wasn't a normal hater. I guess I forgot to lay out that I have stalker. An obsessed out at that. It started happening a few months ago, it started with mean captions about me. Then now pictures as if the person is literally following me everywhere. Now I felt insecure.

"What's the update in the stalker?" I asked killing the silence of the car. My bad!

"I got a tech team on it but they can't find the stalker" Amelia said with confusion written all over her face.

"The stalker is a professional, it's no newbie when they tired tracing the person the signals are in several locations and they checked them out but when they get there there's no one" she said.

"So the stalker is everywhere and nowhere" I said feeling the fear creep in.

"I'm gonna get a new team on it, so we'll find the person very soon" Amelia assured me with a smile.

"Oh okay" was all I could say. Amelia later filled me up on my schedule and presently I'm going to ART B. my very own fashion brand and there's a new project going on, black Christmas. The offshoot is close so I needed to make sure everything is perfecto.

We finally got there staring through the tinned glass car window at the five storey red bricked building with a large ART B lighted signboard on top. I didn't have time to gaze at the building so quickly too off walking speedily to the front door. Honestly speaking, I just didn't want the stalker on my trail.

Amelia later caught up meeting me in the reception office.

"You're an expert speed walker" Amelia said panting.

"Let's just get this over with and get ready for the premiere" I said clearly lying. Amelia knew that I was doing but she decided to keep a deaf ear.

Strolling into the draft room. The designs and dresses were ready giving a comfy, sexy shinning Christmas vibe.

"All the designs are wonderful...I feel this year launch is gonna be the best so far" I said with so much excitement.

We didn't wait time in ART B. everything was already ready it just needed a little finally touches. Getting out of the building back to the car didn't waste so much time, now it was time to get ready for the premiere.

This year, I filmed in a romance film name "Christmas with you" it's a heartfelt movie. I really felt moved by it so I put a lot of time and energy into it. By energy I mean by literally rehearsals during my hot baths and I don't usually play with my hot bath.

The movie is launched tonight. The full crew will be there but honestly all I want is for carter to be back. The car drove into the large golden gates presenting my large mansion.

I and Amelia strolled through the front door and I told her I needed to rest before the premiere so she excused herself. Kicking my heels across the room and trying to reach for the tight zip across my back I also tried face time with carter.

It ringed actually that's a good sign his gonna pick. Then he actually picked!!! I can get excited over the littlest things hehe....

"Hey Gemma" he said his voice sweet over the phone.

"Hey carter!. When are you coming back?" I asked immediately as I jump on my queen sized fluffy bed.

"Soon darling...I heard your premiere is tonight" he said.

"it is...but I'm gonna sit down lonely in that VIP area" I said already knowing how bored I'll be.

"Amelia will keep you company" he said trying to encourage me.

"I want you" I said finally seeing how selfish I am but I cant help it🥺.

"I want you too..." he said and for a moment we just looked at each other, as the yearning showed evident in our eyes until someone called his name.

"Gemma I need to go....talk to you later...love you" he said hastily before cutting the call.

"Yeah love you too" I said but I don't think he heard he after cutting the call. I breathe deeply trying to not miss him but I couldn't help myself and in my pool of thoughts the tiredness made me drift off to my little nap.

*a hour later*

"Gemma you need to wake up" I could heard a pitchy voice in my head. When I manage to open my eyes, the blur image of Amelia but more of her red dress shook me awake.

"Is it time yet?" I asked still sleepy.

"Yeah the makeup artist is already here" Amelia said.

"Oh okay" I said with my sleepy eyes getting off bed to a shirt carter owns to the parlor where the makeup artist stood. I didn't really hear much of what the two talked about but I couldn't care less. All I know I got seated and she did her magic. Looking at the mirror I couldn't help but feel happy with myself.

I quickly got back up after thanking the artist. Honestly she did a splendid job! But how wish carter could see me? I was getting dressed into a blue shimmering gown long but it did well to flaunt my curves right with the crystal heels I wore.

"So what are you going to be doing during the premiere?" I asked Amelia as she help me put on my accessories.

"With you obviously" she said jovial.

"What about that guy from the crew, what was his name again" I said trying to act dumb.

"Oh you mean Lennox? She said a blush crept on her dark cheeks.

"Oh so you remembered his name?...wow!" I said sounding surprised.

"Girls come first... So I'm gonna be with you"

"Screw that...go for your crush...I'll be fine" I said feeling happy for my bestie.

"You sure?" she said after helping me with my sliver heart necklace and looking at me, searching in my eyes for displeasure but she found none.

"Alright then" I said standing up and hugging her tightly.

"I wanna hear the gist when we get back" I whisper into her ear.

"Sure thing" she said giggly.

The black Ferrari car was ready as we got in and drove straight to "highlights cinema". We took so many pictures on our drive; it was very fun putting on so many looks!! I checked carter chats and it still remained blank for today and I wasn't happy about that.

"He hasn't text back?" Amelia asked and I just nodded.

"His gonna call you...trust me" she said shaking me and I couldn't help but smile. The screening sound of the brakes told us it was time. Without wasting a second, my car door opened wide and I couldn't quite see cause of the flashing lights.

I stepped out with the help of my body guard as I walk through the runway stopping a little to take some pictures.

"Gemma what do you have to say about the movie?" a reporter asked me.

"Christmas with you, is a heartfelt movie trying to center on what Christmas is that is togetherness and I do encourage you all to watch it. Have a eventful evening!!" I said taking about pose before taking my leave to the huge hall of guests present. Oh lord help me!!
