( Misty's POV )

I hopped onto the couch and laid my laptop on my lap. I opened the laptop and searched on the web.

I was lucky no one was here. I knew this was illegal, but if the police wasn't able to do something with the information they had, I had to. I heard some noises outside, but the door didn't open. My eyes went back to the screen.

I clicked on the link. A page appeared on my screen. I typed in a username.

Username: JennyPueltown                                                                                                                                               Password: *****

Where did I know this from? Every officer Jenny did the same! Their username was Jenny with their town name behind it. And their password was the region they lived in. It was so simple that I wondered if they were ever gonna get problems with it. Some noises made me look up from my laptop. I sighed when I realized it was just the wind. I pressed 'next'.

I didn't know what scared me more. The fact that I was on this list, or the fact that I was the only one with a full name. I shook my head and looked into Leaf's document. There wasn't much information. I guess why they went after Leaf was just too mysterious. There was some stuff about her knowing something and for that almost killed, but nothing we didn't already know. I went to Barry's document. It was mostly DNA tests and all medical stuff, but also some useful stuff. Timmy had the least information. Brendan's file was the longest. Apparently Brendan's disappearance was the least mysterious. Zinnia had a long list of her condition in prison. When I finally was done with reading that, I slowly breathed in and out. The little arrow came closer to my name. 

And then the door opened.

"Hello!"May yelled happily. I closed my laptop immediately and faked a smile. I was getting better at it. "How is it going?" I considered telling her I was looking through the police files, but realized it might be a better idea not to tell anyone until I had everything.

"I can't find anything about the killer."I lied. "She's invisible."

"No one's invisible, Misty."May said with a sigh. She picked up my laptop to open it.

"Wait!"I squealed. May gave me a questionable look. I took the laptop in my own hands and opened it. May couldn't see what I was doing, so I deleted the page with the files. Maybe I would find out what my name was doing there later. I gave the laptop to May. She typed as fast as she could.

Sky Keen

"What?!"I shouted. May didn't move a muscle. There were a few websites about the Pyrite Town Gym, pictures of their family and about the fire Sky never wanted to talk about. "Take that one." I pointed at www.PyriteNews.com. May obeyed and let the arrow touch the link. It was an article about the fire. Above was a picture of the gym and the family. I saw Sky next to a younger boy on the left. Her father had brown hair and Sky's grey eyes. Next to her father was Sky's mother. She also had brown hair, but her eyes were greenish. Her little brother had the hair of his parents and the eyes of his mother. Sky was the only one with dark black hair.

FIRE IN PYRITE TOWN GYM

DJ Mary, Goldenrod City - It began as a normal day for the Keen family. Calda, the gym leader, was battling. Lon, their youngest child, was in the gym playing the pianoforte. Bane was caring for the pokémon. Only their beautiful daughter Sky wasn't in the gym that day. But suddenly, out of nowhere came this huge fire. They had to jump out of the window, but there was no one to catch them. Sky came home just in time to catch the young boy who challenged her mother. But her parents and little brother have died in the fire.                                                                                                                           "It was a tragedy I actually didn't want to see." said Fred, the challenger. He and Sky went on a journey far away from dark places like Pyrite Town. The police is still busy with figuring out how the fire had started. Because if there is one thing we're sure of, it's that this fire wasn't an accident.

May looked at me and bit her lip. "It isn't her."I said. May nodded. "Did you need this to prove her innocence."

"This doesn't prove anything, Misty."May said worriedly. "It only proves Fred was more into this than we thought. He might be the whole reason this is happening. Maybe the killer is someone else, ready to avenge him. Maybe the killer is close to Sky. But Misty, one of them is involved."

"Fred was a normal guy, from Arceus knows where!"I said in Fred's defense.

"What do you really know about him?!"May shouted. "Where does he live? Who was he, before he became a pokémon trainer? Is his only pokémon a Snubbull? What happened to his friends? Who is Fred?" I stiffened. Fred was just as innocent as Sky. I knew he was. "Love blinds, remember?"May continued. "Maybe he wasn't as innocent as you believe he was."

I closed my laptop and took it in my arms. "If you don't like the way I think, maybe I'm not worth saving after all."

"I am doing this for you Misty!"May yelled. "I have lots of things to do, but this is for you!"

"So you are only doing this because I'd like to stay alive!"

"No, that wasn't what I meant."May said carefully. "I meant that you don't appreciate my help."

"I appreciate your help when you appreciate my rules." I put my laptop down and walked out of the room. I walked outside and saw Gary...

( Gary's POV ) (a little time back... You know when Leaf and Red were talking?)

"Why are you so grumpy today?"I asked to Dawn and I walked over to her. She gave me an annoyed look. I just smirked at her. "Is it about Paully?"

"Gary!"she yelled and she punched me. "Not everything is about him."

"But you want it to be." Dawn slapped me. "Ouch..."I said, rubbing my cheek.

"That's what you get from teasing me." I pouted. She just chuckled a bit. "I... I'm going to Barry... Barry's grave. With Kenny and Red."

"Oh, so that's why Red's standing outside." Dawn's eyes widened. We both turned our heads to the window. I saw how Red's hand grabbed Leaf's arm. I growled. Then he let go and Leaf screamed something before running away. I quickly started moving. I ran out of the classroom with Dawn close behind me. Red was still standing there, not moving, like he was a statue. I walked to him and pushed him.

"What was that?!"I yelled. Red looked me in the eyes with a hint of amusement. "Why is Leaf mad at you?! What did you do?!"

"I just told her we weren't friends anymore."he said, not caring how much he had hurt Leaf. "If you really must know, the day she came to you, the day she kissed you, that was the day I confessed my love for her. But I let her go to you. I was the one that sent her to you. What did I get back for being so generous? Nothing."

"She was done with your shit!"I shouted. Everybody looked at us. Red grinned at me, which only made me angrier. "Do you even care about Leaf?!"

"If I care?!" Red snorted. "I'm the one that gave her everything she wanted! And what did you do? You annoyed her long enough to make her fall in love with you." Red turned to Dawn. "She didn't even care when I told her we were going to Barry's grave today. She said, and I quote: 'I've got other problems than one dead guy.'!" I saw how Dawn's eyes slowly filled themselves with tears.

"Shut up!"I screamed and I pushed Red again. Now he pushed back.

"Why would I listen to a stupid whore?!" Dawn became angrier and started crying. "Why would I listen to you?!" I punched him in the face. He stumbled, but stood up again. I tried to punch again, but Red caught my fist and threw me over himself. I fell on the stone floor. Then Red turned me around and punched me in the face. I felt how blood came out of my nose, but I didn't care.

"You know nothing about Leaf."I said softly, so only Red could hear. This made him even angrier. Red punched again. My nose hurt, but I got with difficulty up and pushed Red. He made a wrong step and almost fell. I came closer to Red. I was ready to punch him, but he, again, caught my fist before it hit him. He walked forwards, with an intimidating look on his face. He turned my hand in a way that hurt immensely. My fist disappeared and I screamed when I heard something crack inside my body. Red let go off my hand, and I immediately grabbed it. Even though that hurt even more.

"Come Dawn, we better leave before dawn." Dawn couldn't even smile. She was still crying and ran to me. She took my hand in hers. It hurt like hell, but I knew she could help. I fought back the tears. Dawn couldn't stop crying as she examined my hand.

"Broken."she whispered throughout her sobs. I had a feeling that she was right. Ash also ran to us with, surprisingly enough, Kenny behind him. I also saw a glimpse of Misty in the crowd. Ash and Kenny got me to the hospital. The woman there took one look at me.

"Gary Oak, what is it this time?" Dawn explained what happened, still shaking. Then I heard how the door opened and Misty ran in.

"What happened?!"she yelled as she ran to me. Kenny nodded to Ash and he got me to the hospital room, while Ash and Dawn stayed with Misty. Kenny got sent out of the room and the doctors gave me a sleeping pill. I saw doctors and a nurse Joy standing around me, before I went off to dreamland.

Red has gone rogue!😜

If you've ever written a story, have you ever had the feeling like you forgot something? I forgot Barry's funeral completely! So I quickly made his death a "thing" again.

Sorry for the swearing. I promise I won't do it a lot. I just felt like it finished this chapter. But I'm still sorry.
