The islanders learned that they would be competing in a challenge in which they'd find out what America thought about them. The single islanders or the couples would have to wear a cardboard car, make their way through a course, stop at a stop sign and read a tweet about another islander and try to guess what islander they thought it was about and send them to sit on a bench to get slimed and blasted with powder. They then had to do it with another tweet.

JaNa was up first. She stopped at the stop sign and pulled the first card containing the tweet with blanks and began to read it, "Honestly ___ rubs me the wrong way. I want her out." Amelie gasped lightly, these tweets were brutal. JaNa was still annoyed at Kenny for bringing Catherine back so Amelie wasn't surprised when JaNa assumed the tweet was about Catherine. Amelie was genuinely shocked when JaNa revealed the tweet was about Nicole. JaNa made her way to the next stop sign and began to read the tweet out, "Not __ trying to last minute get into the villa by talking to __. I didn't even remember her until they showed the clip of them." Amelie's eyes widened as JaNa filled in the blanks with Destiny an Rob only for it to be Catherine and Kenny.

Next was Leah. She thought it was Caine gives me the biggest ick! Get that man off my screen. It was actually Kendall. Her second tweet caused the girls to all gasp, "I can't stand __. Liv guessed it was JaNa and was correct. The next one was borderline bullying in Amelie's opinon, "The way __ passed __ over to __ like she's an object. How embarrassing. And what's sad is that she'll go for it." They guessed it was Aaron, Daniela and Miles and they were correct.

Sierra and Miguel were next to go. Sierra spoke in disbelief reading the first one, "__ on love island usa is so toxic. she's not a girls girl, criticizies male vulnerable, dramatizes peoples words to get others on her side. has a sense of entitlement and the list goes on." She guessed it was about Leah and she was right. The girls made there way to the bench and sat down as Aaron revealed the full tweet, "I'm sorry but Liv wishes she was one of the og girls. Kaylor is the only one who truly likes her. Leah, Serena, Amelie and JaNa are the only true friends to each other."

They all agreed it was Miles and it was.
