Jasper's POV

I was reading a book, when Alice entered my bedroom.

-We need to talk- she said.

-Hi to you too- I said.

-Jasper I'm serious, I saw something...- she said.
I looked at her: she rarely was scared or worried but this time I could sense something was wrong.

-Is it about Bella? About the fight we're having in a few days?- I asked, closing the book.

-It is about Wanda- she said -I saw... Something is coming, something dangerous and it's looking for her-.

Something dangerous was coming there looking for Wanda... Maybe... I noticed that Wanda was a bit nervous and distracted latelyz maybe she knew about this?

-I'll protect her- I said.

-This thing, I don't know how to call it, it's very strong- Alice said -I don't want you to get hurt-.

-I'll be fine, I promise you- I said.

Alice smiled and sat on the bed next to me.
-You love her, don't you?- she asked.

-As if you don't already know -I said smiling and shw smiled too -But she is dying, we won't stay together for a long time and that scares me so much-.

-We did some researches, we didn't find anything about a cure or something- Alice said -You two need to enjoy much time as you can before it is too late-.

The next day I was at Wanda's house early in the morning, we had a training session that day, one of the last ones before the final fight.

I knocked on the door but after a few minutes Wanda still didn't answer.

Maybe she was sleeping, so I decided to enter the house and go upstairs.

When I arrived in front of her bedroom I saw her standing in front of the mirror: she was still in her pijamas and I could see the dark magic on her feet and on her neck too.

-Hi- I whispered.

She looked at me, tears in her eyes and she tried to cover her body, as if she didn't want me to see.

-Don't look at me- Wanda said crying -I am a monster-.

Her body was soon surrounded by her red hex, as a protection.
I approached slowly, whispering sweet words, keeping repeating that she wasn't a monster, that I loved her. I was using my powers to calm her too, but this time it seemed not working.

-Stay away- Wanda said.

-No- I said -I'll never leave-.

I took a deep breathe and hugged her, feeling her hex on my body hurting me. But the pain slowly decreased, until the hex was all gone.
Wanda's head was on my shoulder as we both fell on the floor, still hugging.
She kept crying and crying and I stayed there, hugging her and saying nothing.

-I... I don't know how much I have left- she said -I had three pain waves tonight and when I woke up I was looking like this-.

-Maybe someone from your universe can help you- I said.

-They can't... Also, I can't even reach them, so...- Wanda said.

-Alice said something is coming, looking for you- I said.

Wanda sighed, looking at me.
-I have a feeling too, I can feel the magic- Wanda said -And if it is who I think it is, then we better be ready or this isn't going to end well-.

-I'll fight by your side- I said -You said it, until the end...-.

-... Of the line- Wanda finished the sentence.
I kissed her and she kissed me back immediately. I wanted all her pain to be gone, I wanted her to be happy and healthy, I wanted to spend all my life with her.

-We'll fight together, we'll win and I'll find a cure for you, I promise- I said.

-I love you- Wanda said.

-I love you too-.

Doctor Strange's POV

-So? Did you find it?- I asked entering the room.

In front of me there was Wong, a book in his hands and more books around him.

-I think so- he said and showed me a page of the book he was holding -It isn't easy to make but it could work-.

-It is the only chance we have before another innocent gets killed- I said - How long will it take to be ready?-.

-A week more or less, maybe two- Wong amswered.

-Make sure they don't become three weeks, Wanda may not have all that time- I said.

-Get America, we'll need her powers- Wong said -We'll need to find the Scarlet Witch and give her this cure-.
