DENLEY STARTED THIS

been raised around four walls
and I'm afraid I've allowed them
to swallow my soul and make me
a hollow tainted vacant body again.
my eyesight is gone, my feelings are
empty, my stomach is far from ravenous, my heart is shallow.
I don't know if this is right, but
I'm comfortable in these four walls.
