Personality-

Fauve is a fierce and wild thing. She is the first to jump off the cliff, the most eager to investigate a bump in the night, the girl who's natural state exists full of scrapes and bruises. She is full of motion and energy, and there's nothing she hates more than stagnation and boredom. Rules stand in the way of her excitement, and she's always had a problem following orders. Fauve has a special ability for getting herself into trouble, whether that's by never being where she's supposed to be, doing what she's not supposed to do, or finding increasingly creative ways to drag her gowns through mud. She's charming, an intoxicating bad influence that can convince nearly anyone to join her in her trouble and fun.

Fauve hates being a disappointment- and she knows that's what she is. She just can't resist the siren call of a dare or risk- her impulsiveness takes over before any common sense can catch up. She's always chasing some kind of adventure, thrill, or danger. The dark and hideous don't scare her- she's intrigued with the creepy and grotesque, investigates the things that everyone else is too frightened of to get near. Those who see her optimism and excitement at being lost in the woods or alone in a haunted cabin call her odd or crazy, but Fauve ignores it best she can.

She's a friendly person, one ready to call a stranger a friend after a single conversation. She makes playful observational remarks, laughs freely, and loves a good competitive rivalry. Fauve feels all her emotion freely, but runs to isolation when it becomes too much, always dealing with her worries and sadness by herself. She's accused of not taking things seriously enough, but its only that she hides the deeper part of herself from everyone but herself. When anger or hurt become too much and she's given no escape, Fauve lashes out, and can say nasty things that she regrets later. She's a proud girl, and doesn't apologize easily even though she's prone to guilt.

Fauve is a clever and curious person, always willing to get her hands dirty and investigate when there's a question at the forefront of her mind. She can become obsessed with a question or book, uninterested in little else until the topic is exhausted. Fauve's intensity scares and intimidates people, and she sometimes wishes that she could turn it off.

Strengths-

Nothing can stop Fauve when her mind is made up- not the promise of fear, nor pain. She will do some things just for the sake of doing them, and has an innate ability to ignore possible consequences of her actions. She's a brave, daring risk-taker who doesn't let anyone walk over her. Fauve may make many mistakes, but she always picks herself back up with an eagerness to try again- nothing can smother her indomitable spirit. She's a fun person to spend time with, has a sincere interest in other people, and loves to share the things that make her happy. Fauve is a fast runner, has a strong intuition, and is charming enough to get out of the trouble she so often finds herself in.

Weaknesses-

There's something inside of Fauve that craves understanding, and it might just one day destroy her. Being called crazy so many times can make a girl start to believe it. She runs before she can get hurt, and misses out in the process- she's stopped believing that anyone could accept all of her. When her emotions run high, her decisions are even more rash than usual, and her risk-taking behaviour can sometimes make her a danger to herself. Fauve is terrible when it comes to responsibility- she shies away from all forms of it, afraid to disappoint anyone else. She may act like the things people say don't bother her, but Fauve believes the things she's told about herself far too easily.
