The whole Luthra family was gathered on Arora Mansion for the engagement ceremony

Karan was continuously looking at the stairs waiting for Preeta to come

Karan (in mind): Kab neeche aayegi Preeta.. kabse sab baato mai lage baithe hai yaha.. aree phle meri engagement karwa de.. phir kar le jetni baate karni hai

Sameer and Shrishti looked at Karan impatiently looking at the stairs.. they smirked looking at each other knowing the reason

Sameer (teasingly): Kya baat hai Karan.. kabse shidiyo ko ghure jaa raha hai.. decorations jyaada acche lage kya?

Shrishti: Aree nahi nahi Sammy.. decorations jiske liye ki gayi hai naa.. woh jyada acchi lagne lagi hai

Karan glared at them

Karan: Jyaada bakwas nahi kar rahe tum dono.. mai Preeta ka wait nahi kar raha hu.. samjhe

Shrishti: Toh humne kab kaha ki tu Preeta ka wait kar raha hai.. ?

Karan: Aa.. aa.. woh.. mujhe yaad aaya mom ne mujhe bulaya tha

Shrishti: Are hume toh awaz nahi aayi

Karan: Tum dono k kaan kharab ho gaye hai.. mai.. mai jaa raha hu

He immediately left from there while Shrishti and Sameer bursted out laughing

Karan (in mind): Bacch gaya mai.. warna yeh Shrishti aur Sameer dimag kharab kar dete mera

He was walking and lost in thoughts when he bumped with someone

Karan: I am sorry.. I am sorry.. maine dekha nahi

He looked at the person's face and his mood got destroyed itself and you all might have guessed who the person was

He was none other than Rahul

Rahul (angrily): Tu..?

Karan: Haa mai.. agar tu bhul gaya hai.. toh meri hi sagai hai aaj.. Preeta k saath

Rahul (glared him): Preeta ka naam apne muh se matt le samjha

Karan: Lunga.. 100 baar lunga.. hone waali biwi hai meri woh.. to Mrs. Karan Luthra hai woh.. pure hak se naam lunga mai uska

Rahul: Dekh Karan limit mai reh warna..

Karan (angrily): Warna kya? haa warna kya.. limit mai tu rehna sikh.. tujhe kya lagta hai.. maine dekha nahi hai.. jab dekho Preeta ko mere khilaaf bharkate rehta hai... uske kaan bharta rehta hai

Rahul: Haa.. ku ki tu Preeta ko deserve nahi karta

Karan: Mai kya deserve karta hu aur kya nahi.. tujhe batane ki jaroorat nahi hai.. aur haa.. Preeta aur mere beech aana band kar de tu.. warna mujhse bura koi nahi hoga

Rahul looked at him angrily and raised his hand to punch him

But before he could Karan stopped him holding his hand and pushed him away angrily

Karan (angrily): Aaj agar Preeta aur meri sagai nahi hoti naa.. toh mai tujhe acche se batata par aaj mai Preeta ka din kharab nahi karna chahta tujhse jhagra kar k.. sukr mana ki tu Preeta ka best friend hai.. waran mai tera kya haal karta yeh mujhe v nahi pata

He glared him angrily and left from there.. Rahul fists his hands angrily looking at him going

Rahul: Kuch karna padega iska.. bohot udd raha hai.. Preeta meri hai.. sirf meri.. mai Preeta ki shaadi iss Karan se kabhi nahi hone dunga.. chahe uske liye mujhe Karan ko raaste se hatana hi ku naa par jaaye

Sameer: Kya hua Karan.. tera mood ku kharab lag raha hai

Karan: Uss Rahul k kaaran.. phirse bakwas kar raha tha.. nahi pata Preeta ne ku usse dosti rakhi hai.. agar Preeta ka dost nahi hota naa woh toh mai acche se dekhta woh.. par woh Preeta ka best friend hai aur mai usse ladunga toh Preeta ko bura lagega.. aur mai aisa bilkul nahi chahta

Sameer smiled listening him

Sameer: Tera mood abb naa bilkul thik ho jayega.. upar dekh

Karan looked at the direction and found Preeta coming downstairs

His breath got stuck seeing her and his heart skipped a beat.. he was so mesmerized by her beauty that he got lost in her

The lehenga and the earrings which he choosen for her was suiting her perfectly like they were made for her only

Her open hairs were making her look more gorgeous

She was looking just like a queen.. his queen.. who he wanted to protect from the whole world

(I don't know if I was able to describe Karan's feeling perfectly.. sorry if it's not good)

Karan came back to senses when Sameer and Shrishti hit their shoulders with him looking at him teasingly

He rolled her eyes and glared them.. he looked Preeta and smiled

He went towards her and forward his hands in front of her.. Preeta smiled and kept her hand on his

All smiles and looked at them in aww.. Rahul fists his hands angrily looking at them

She looked at him who was looking so handsome.. cute and hot at the same time

She thought

He is really hot and handsome.. why I didn't notice it earlier.. stupid me

Preeta shook at her head and conscience.

She looked into his eyes.. Karan too looked into her eyes at the same time and both got lost in each other

Both came back to senses hearing Shrishti

Shrishti: Are kab tak aise hi ekk dusre ki aankho mai dekhte rahoge.. engagement karni hai ki nahi

Both looked at her and then looked away feeling embarrassed

Karan smiles nervously and took Preeta to the stage area

All gathered around them

Priya: Toh Sudha suru kare humlog sagai ki rasam

Sudha: Haa haa ku nahi.. (to Shrishti) Shristi beta jaa.. jaake rings le aa naa

Shrishti nodes and went to bring the rings

Sudha: Chal Preeta phle Karan ko ring pehena

Preeta nodes smilingly and makes Karan wear the ring and all clapps

Rahul looked at them angrily

Priya: Chal Karan beta abb tu Preeta ko ring pehena

Karan nodes and he too makes Preeta wear the ring

He holds her hand and kissed the finger he made her wear the ring

Preeta blushes at his gesture and immediately takes her hand back

Rahul glared him

Rahul (in mind): Himmat v kaise hui iski Preeta ko chune ki.. ki isko toh mai chodunga nahi.. meri Preeta ko chua hai isne

All clapped again and looked at them with adoration

They fed each other sweets celebrating the moment

Shrishti (on mic): Jaisa ki aap sab jaante hai ki aaj mere pyaare dosto Karan aur Preeta ki engagement hai.. toh mai chahti hu aaj k iss khash din ko woh ekk couple dance kar k aur khass bana de.. to ladies and and gentlemen please welcome our star couple of tonight Karan and Preeta

All claps listening her..

Karan Preeta looked at each other with smile.. Karan holds her hand and took her to the dance floor

Karan pulls Preeta closer through waist and Preeta wrapss her hands around his neck

Both started moving according to the lyrics while looking at each other lostly

Karan twirls Preeta and makes her fall in his arms

Qismat se humein aap humdam mil gaye
Jaise ki dua ko alfaaz mil gaye
Socha jo nahin woh hasil ho gaya
Chahun aur kya ke khuda de ab mujhe

He make her stand and again pulls her closer through waist

Rab se mila ek ayaan ban gaye
Khwabo ka mere muqaam ban gaye
Aap ki tareef mein kya kahe
Aap humari jaan ban gaye
Aap humari jaan ban gaye

Karan (whispers):  Waise I must say.. tum aaj bohot beautiful lag rahi ho

Preeta (surprised): Sacchi..

Karan: Haa of course aree mera choose kia hua lehenga jo pehena hai (Preeta frowns looking away) but tumhe dekh k lag raha hai jaise yeh tumhare liye hi bana hai.. you are looking so breathtaking

Preeta looked at him being stunned.. she looked down blushingly

Aap hi rab aap imaan ban gaye
Aap humari jaan ban gaye

Karan twirls her again and backhugged her keeping his chin on her shoulder and wrapping his hands around belly

Preeta kept her hand on his and both closed their eyes feeling each other

Deen hai ilaahi mera maan hai maahi
Main to sajda karun unko
Arz rubaani meri farz gawahi
Meri ishq hua mujhko

Karan turns Preeta towards himself.. he picked her up in his arms twirling her

He made her stand on her feet and looked into her eyes lostly

Jaan ban gaye....

Both were looking lostly in each other eyes

Preeta tilts her eyes looking at him.. he too did the same

Both came back to senses hearing the clapping sound.. both separates from each other

Preeta tucks her hair strands behind her ears and looked down feeling little shy

Priya: Waah baccho kya dance kiya hai tum dono mai.. ketne pyaare lag rahe the dono

Sudha: Haa bhagwan naa kare ki dono ko kisi ki nazar lage

Rakesh: Aree kisi ki nazar lage naa lage par aap dono ki nazar jaroor lag jayegi dono baccho ko

Manoj (chuckles): Aur nahi toh kya?

Priya and Sudha glared them making them gulp.. all chuckles looking at them

Preeta was talking with guests when Rahul taps her shoulder

Preeta looked at him and rolled her eyes

Preeta: Kya hai.. ?

Rahul: Mujhe tujhse kuch baat karni hai.. mere saath chal naa

Preeta: Par mujhe nahi karni hai

Rahul: Preeta please.. chal naa mere saath

Preeta sighs.. she excused herself from the guests and went with Rahul

Karan who looked at them followed them

Preeta: Abb bata kya baat karni hai.. aur khabardar jo mere hone waale husband k khilaaf ekk shabd v bola toh

Rahul: Tujhe ho kya gaya hai Preeta..? tu ku uss Karan k liye mere saath aise behave kar rahi hai.. mai bestfriend hu tera

Preeta: Haa toh Karan v mera hone waala husband hai

Rahul: Par woh ekk flirt hai.. har ladki k saath flirt karta phirta hai

Preeta: Shut up Rahul.. bachpan se mere dimag mai tune Karan k khilaaf ulti seedhi baate bharta aaya hai.. etne time me.. mai etna toh samajh hi gayi hu.. ki Karan kaisa ladka hai.. woh utna v bura nahi hai.. jetan tu usee dikhana chahta hai

Rahul holds her hand tightly looking at her angrily

Rahul: Preeta this is too much.. tu aaj kal Karan ki bohot taraf daari kar rahi hai

Preeta: Rahul please mera haath chor mujhe dard ho raha hai

Rahul: Accha jab uss Karan k saath chipak k dance kar rahi toh kya.. av maine tera haath kya pakar liya tujhe dard ho raha hai

Preeta looked at him angrily.. she raised her hand to slap him but Rahul jerks her hand pushing her away harshly

Preeta lost her balance and was about to fall but someone holded her from back protecting her

She looks back and saw Karan standing there glaring Rahul dangerously

Rahul: Pree.. Preeta I am sorry.. woh gal.. galti se..

Karan (angrily interrupted): Shut up.. himmat v kaise hui teri Preeta ko aise dhakka dene ki

Rahul: Dekh tu humare beech mai mat bol samjha.. yeh mere aur meri friend k beech ki baat hai

Karan: Agar tu bhul raha hai.. toh teri friend meri hone waali biwi hai.. aur mujhe bilkul bardasht nahi ki koi mere hone waali biwi k saath aise behave kare

Rahul: Preeta tu dekh rahi hai naa yeh mujhse kaise baat kar raha hai.. aur tu chup chap khari hai

Preeta: Bilkul sahi tareeke se baat kar raha hai  Karan tujhse.. tu aisa hi behaviour deserve karta hai.. aur kya keh raha tha tu.. ki mai Karan k saath chipak chipak k dance kar rahi thi?.. haa kar rahi thi.. Karan mera hone waala pati hai.. hum jo chahe woh kare.. tujhe usse koi problem nahi honi chahiye..

Rahul was about to say

Preeta: Saare guests chale gaye hai.. I think tujhe v chale jaana chahiye abb

Rahul: Preeta mai tera best friend hu guest nahi!!

Preeta: Nahi.. abb tu mera koi nahi hai.. aaj se mai tujhse dosti tor rahi hu.. ku ki tu meri dosti deserve nahi karta.. now just get lost from here

Rahul: Preeta.....

Karan: Suna nahi tune Preeta ne kya kaha.. get lost.. jaa yaha hai.. waram guards se bolke bahar phekwa dunga tujhe

Rahul glared them angrily and left from there

Preeta and Karan sighs

Karan (worriedly): Preeta tumhe chot toh nahi lagi naa.. are you fine?

Preeta (smiles): Haa mai bilkul thik hu.. tum chinta matt karo

Karan: Preeta I am sorry maine woh tumhari aur Rahul ki baate sunn li.. mai aisa karna nahi chahta tha par jab tum Rahul k saath yaha aa rahi thi toh I thought to follow you.. ku ki mujhe aisi feeling aa rahi thi.. ki woh kuch garbar karega.. and.. see(sighs)

Preeta: Koi baat nahi Karan.. don't be sorry for it.. chalo abb chalte hai.. waha sab humara wait kar rahe honge

Karan nodes smiling.. he holds her hand making her smile.. they both left from there

Screen freezed on their entwined hands
